Description

Weaving and dyeing and finishing process of antibacterial one-way water guide mesh fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of eyelet fabric production, in particular to a weaving and dyeing and finishing process of an antibacterial single-direction water guide eyelet fabric.
Background
The mesh cloth is generally used as a grid for decorating wall surfaces to increase the strength of wall surface gypsum powder and effectively prevent cracks, is generally made of polyester materials, and is relatively cheap and practical. After bleaching and dyeing, the cloth is cool and has good air permeability. It is suitable for making summer clothes, especially for making curtains and mosquito nets. The jacquard fabric is divided into white weave, yarn dyed, small jacquard and big jacquard. The eyelet fabric can be woven by pure cotton or chemical fiber blended yarns, the full-yarn eyelet fabric is generally made of 14.6-13 # yarns, the full-yarn eyelet fabric is made of 13-9.7 # twin-yarn yarns, and yarns are interwoven, so that the pattern of the fabric surface can be more prominent, and the appearance effect can be enhanced. A mesh fabric, which is a woven fabric having mesh-shaped pores. Different meshes can be woven by different equipment, and the woven meshes and the knitted meshes are mainly two types: the weaving method of the woven mesh fabric generally comprises two methods: one is to use two sets of warp yarns twisted together to form a shed and interwoven with weft yarns. The skein is twisted on the left side of the ground warp by using a special skein heald, is twisted to the right side of the ground warp after one weft insertion, has stable structure due to mesh-shaped small holes formed by mutual twisting and weft interweaving, and is called as a leno; the other is a change of jacquard weave or reeding method, the warp yarn is in a group of three and penetrates into a reed dent, and a fabric with small holes on the cloth surface can also be woven, but the mesh structure is unstable and easy to move, so the fabric is also called as a false leno. The woven mesh cloth is white or yarn-dyed, also has big jacquard weave, and can weave various simple and convenient patterns. Has good air permeability, and after the bleaching and dyeing processing, the cloth body is very cool, and is particularly suitable for being used as articles such as curtains, mosquito nets and the like besides being used as clothes in summer. Knitted mesh fabrics are also classified into two types, namely weft knitted mesh fabrics and warp knitted mesh fabrics, wherein the warp knitted mesh fabrics are generally woven by a high-speed warp knitting machine, the raw materials are generally polyamide, polyester, spandex and the like, and finished products of the knitted mesh fabrics include various mesh fabrics such as high-elastic mesh fabrics, mosquito net fabrics, laundry nets, case and bag nets, hard nets, sandwich net fabrics, tricot, embroidery net fabrics, wedding net fabrics, square net nets, transparent nets, American nets, diamond nets, jacquard nets, laces and the like.
The traditional eyelet fabric is poor in antibacterial effect, moisture absorption and quick drying effect and soft and smooth hand feeling effect, and is poor in comfort in use, so that the problems are solved by designing an antibacterial one-way water guide eyelet fabric weaving and dyeing and finishing process.
