Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a multiple regenerated cellulose fiber functional fabric.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people abandon the concept of only being used for covering up the sht and keeping warm in the aspect of wearing, and begin to develop towards the directions of health, environmental protection, fashion, comfort and functionalization. The traditional cotton, hemp and silk wool and petroleum-based synthetic chemical fiber cannot meet the requirements of modern clothes on raw materials, and the development of the natural functional fabric of the green and environment-friendly fiber becomes a research hotspot.
Regenerated cellulose fibers are currently popular materials for textile materials, and are cellulose fibers obtained by recovering natural cellulose fiber clothing products such as cotton, hemp, bamboo, rayon, and the like, waste materials thereof, or extracting cellulose components from bark, crops, and plants, and then processing the cellulose components. Because of 100 percent of pure natural materials, the fiber is naturally biodegradable, has no additive, heavy metal or harmful chemical substances, is compatible and nonirritating to skin, and is environment-friendly green fiber with excellent performance. The regenerated cellulose fiber fabric is known as breathable fabric, has soft hand feeling, smoothness, coolness and uneasy static electricity, and has the advantages of softness of cotton, luster of silk and smoothness of hemp; comfortable and close fitting, air permeability and moisture absorption, and good elasticity; the cotton-padded clothes can not feel muggy when being worn in summer, has better air permeability than pure cotton fabrics, is an ideal close-fitting fabric and health-care clothing product, and is beneficial to the physiological circulation and health of human bodies. However, a single type of regenerated cellulose fiber has disadvantages such as poor dimensional stability of fabrics, poor crease resistance, and easy deformation of clothes, and is a short board for new product development.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multiple regenerated cellulose fiber functional fabric which is woven by mixing and spinning multiple regenerated cellulose fibers and has multiple functions of comfort, air permeability, crease resistance, antibiosis, ultraviolet resistance and the like.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a multiple regenerated cellulose fiber functional fabric which is woven by warps and wefts;
the warp is a 45S/1 compact siro spinning yarn prepared by mixing regenerated materials of cotton, viscose and modal and spinning; the weft is made into 40S/1 ring spinning yarn by spinning after being mixed by regenerated materials of flax and bamboo fiber;
the fabric is prepared by the following process: weaving → dyeing → finishing → washing → primary shaping → secondary shaping, wherein the temperature of the primary shaping is 130 ℃ and the time is 40-60 s; setting the breadth to be 165cm, the weft density to be 34.7, overfeeding to 11 grids and warp shrinkage to 25 percent; the temperature of the secondary shaping is 150 ℃, and the time is 30-50 s; setting the breadth of 150cm, the weft density of 34.7 and the reverse overfeed grid to ensure that the shrinkage degree of the weft direction reaches 18 percent.
Furthermore, the ratio of the regenerated materials of the cotton, the viscose and the modal in the warp is 40:30:30, and the ratio of the regenerated materials of the flax and the bamboo fiber in the weft is 50: 50.
Further, an air jet loom is used for production during weaving, a No. 16.5 reed 2 is put on a loom, the weft density is 26 shuttles, and the breadth is 182 cm.
Furthermore, the weave structure of the fabric is a honeycomb weave and is a raised and recessed three-dimensional weave structure with two staggered surfaces and super strength. The innovative design of the honeycomb morphological structure has the advantages that the warp floating length and the weft floating length are gradually changed, are opposite and are staggered simultaneously, hollow texture is formed, and the cloth cover is staggered, fluffy and soft.
Further, the finishing process comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a nano particle finishing agent: dispersing the peony extract, the kudzu root extract and the honeysuckle extract in a finishing liquid according to the ratio of 1:1:1, and uniformly stirring to obtain the nano particle finishing agent;
s2, flat cylinder arrangement: putting the dyed fabric into a flat cylinder, heating to 70 ℃, adding the nanoparticle finishing agent, and keeping the temperature for 35 min; then the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature at the speed of 1.5 ℃/min.
The peony extract, the kudzu root extract and the honeysuckle extract have the functions of antibiosis and health care, and are dispersed in the finishing liquid, so that effective component molecules in the peony extract, the kudzu root extract and the honeysuckle extract can be leached out. When the nano particle finishing agent is used for finishing the fabric, the molecules of the effective components are bonded with the active groups on the fabric fibers and are firmly attached to the fabric, so that the fabric is endowed with the effects of antibiosis and health care. Preferably, the concentration of the peony extract, the kudzu root extract and the honeysuckle extract in the finishing agent is controlled to be 0.01 wt% -0.05 wt%.
Further, the warp density of the fabric is 38.4 threads/cm, and the weft density of the fabric is 34.7 threads/cm.
Further, the width of the fabric is 150cm, and the weight is 138 grams per square meter.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the regenerated materials of cotton, viscose fiber and modal are mixed, the 45S/1 compact siro spinning yarn is spun as the warp, the regenerated materials of flax and bamboo fiber are mixed, the 40S/1 ring spinning yarn is spun as the weft, and the multiple regenerated cellulose fiber functional fabric is obtained after weaving and dyeing and finishing, so that the defects of poor fabric size stability, poor crease resistance, easy deformation of clothes and the like of a single type of regenerated cellulose fiber are overcome.
2. The invention adopts twice shaping process, aiming at different raw materials in warp direction and weft direction, and realizes the softness, superstrong stereoscopic impression and excellent elasticity of the fabric.
3. The functional fabric has the advantages of good comfort, wrinkle resistance and ultraviolet resistance, good moisture absorption and air permeability, soft hand feeling, strong stereoscopic impression, novel and unique appearance and excellent environmental protection property, and is a good product for manufacturing underwear, casual clothes and fashionable clothes.
