技术领域
本申请涉及印刷版材涂层技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层、耐UV油墨CTP版及其制备方法。
背景技术
热敏CTP版材是一种采用830nm激光进行成像的胶印版材,由于其生产方便、成本适中、可明室操作、成像质量高、使用方便,已经在整个胶印版材中粘聚相当大的比例。
普通的热敏CTP版材只可用于普通胶印油墨的印刷,如果应用于UV油墨印刷,其表面涂层在UV油墨的作用下很快被溶解,在印刷几百印后寿命即告终。由于UV油墨印刷在包装印刷方面的应用越来越广,对具有耐UV油墨的热敏CTP版材的需求也越来越迫切。
目前市场上流通热敏CTP版都是表面涂布双层涂层,表层起成像作用但不耐印,底层无成像性但相对较耐印。激光扫描后表层的非图形部分产生变化,在显影过程中被溶解而露出底层。底层耐溶剂性好但易被碱性的显影液溶解。只有图形部分表层和底层均被保留,印刷时表层很快磨损,底层担任耐印的主角。双层涂布耐UV油墨热敏CTP版具有耐印力高的优点。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为在制备双层涂布CTP版时,首先在基版表面涂布底层,等底层成型干燥后,再涂布表层形成双层涂布,存在工艺复杂、成本高的缺点。
发明内容
为了简化CTP版涂布工艺,降低成本,以及提高成品率,本申请提供一种耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层、耐UV油墨CTP版及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层,采用如下的技术方案:
一种耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层,由包含如下重量份数的组分制成:丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯聚合物10-60份、混酚树脂10-60份、增溶剂2-12份、促溶树脂3-25份、阻溶树脂0-1份、红外吸收染料1-5份、染料1-2份。
通过采用上述技术方案,丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯聚合物能够抵抗UV油墨的溶解;混酚树脂可用来成膜,使涂层时形成均一的膜,印刷时吸附油墨并抵抗机械磨损,其抗碱性要优于间酚树脂;增溶剂、促溶树脂用于增加涂层显影溶解性;阻溶树脂显影时保护图形,增加分辨力;红外吸收染料用于光热转换,使激光扫描到的区域分子结构发生改变而在显影时容易被溶解;染料使显影后图形更容易观察。本申请提供的成像图层只需要在封孔后的版基表面涂布一层即可,不需要涂布底层也能获得与双层涂布CTP版相当的耐印力,由于减少了涂布底层的步骤,简化了工艺,提高了成品率,降低了成本。
进一步优选为,所述增溶剂为四氢苯酐或烷氧基苯甲酸。
通过采用上述技术方案,增溶剂用于增加涂层显影溶解性,增溶剂选择四氢苯酐或烷氧基苯甲酸,其中四氢苯酐还可改善涂层的附着力、弹性、光泽及耐溶解性。
进一步优选为,所述混酚树脂为间甲酚与甲醛缩合的聚合物、对甲酚与甲醛缩合的聚合物的混合物,所述混酚树脂的数均分子量为6000-10000。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用混酚树脂替代间酚树脂,混酚树脂的抗碱性较好。
进一步优选为,所述促溶树脂采用数均分子量为3000-5500的烷基酚甲醛树脂,所述阻溶树脂采用数均分子量为10000-12000的烷基酚甲醛树脂。
通过采用上述技术方案,促溶树脂与阻溶树脂能够提高混酚树脂的抗碱性能,亦能够增加涂层的显影性。
进一步优选为,所述红外吸收染料采用830nm热敏红外吸收菁染料。
通过采用上述技术方案,红外吸收染料用于光热转换,使激光扫描到的区域分子结构发生改变而在显影时容易被溶解,830nm热敏红外吸收菁染料的最大吸收峰在830nm处,其可溶于多种有机溶剂,溶解性较好,外观为红褐色闪光结晶。
进一步优选为,所述染料为乙基紫或维多利亚蓝。
通过采用上述技术方案,染料使显影后图形更容易观察,本申请采用乙基紫或维多利亚蓝,其颜色较深,染色性好。
第二方面,本申请提供一种耐UV油墨CTP版材,采用如下的技术方案:
一种耐UV油墨CTP版材,由版基和上述的成像涂层组成。
通过采用上述技术方案,利用上述成像涂层在版基上进行涂布,只需要涂布一层即能达到良好的印刷效果,不仅减少了涂布的步骤,简化了工艺,且提高了成品率,降低了成本。
进一步优选为,所述版基为铝基版。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用铝基版作为版基,质量易控制,印刷性能好,且铝基版表面缺陷易控制,质量较稳定。
第三方面,本申请提供一种耐UV油墨CTP版材的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:
一种耐UV油墨CTP版材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、采用磷酸或丙酮清洗液对版基表面进行清洗,干燥;
S2、进行成像涂层的涂布。
通过采用上述技术方案,利用本申请中的成像图层替代双层涂层涂布,简化工艺,且制备出来的版材,印刷过程中能够提高成品率,从而降低成本。
进一步优选为,所述版基进行涂布前还经过粗糙处理,具体步骤为:将处理液涂覆在版基表面,1-2min用去离子水清洗,干燥,所述处理液由包含以下重量份数的组分组成:浓度体积比为3%的盐酸溶液5-10份、硫脲0.1-0.3份、磷酸铝0.5-1份、甲基葡萄糖聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.5份、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚0.3-0.5份。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用上述处理液对铝基版表面先进行预处理,使其表面形成细微凹凸不平的粗糙面,从而提高后续涂层的结合力,保证涂层的耐印性,本申请采用上述组分制得的处理液,且能够保证铝基版表面粗糙度均匀。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
(1)本申请的成像图层只需要在封孔后的1050铝基版表面上涂布一层即可,由于减少了底层的涂布步骤,简化了工艺,提高了成品率,降低了成本;
(2)本申请制得的成像图层,耐UV油墨性强,不易被溶解,印刷寿命大大延长;
(3)本申请在制备CTP版材时,先对铝基版表面进行表面预处理,使其表面均匀粗糙化,再进行涂布处理,能够大大提高成像图层在铝基版表面上的结合力,提高涂层的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
实施例
实施例1
一种耐UV油墨CTP版材,由如下步骤制备获得:
S1、采用磷酸清洗液对铝基版表面进行清洗,并晾干;
S2、将耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层涂布到铝基版表面,烘干后溶剂残留量控制在3%以下,涂层重量控制在1.5-1.6g/m2,得到耐UV油墨CTP版材。
上述耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层,由包含如下重量的组分制成:丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯聚合物1kg、混酚树脂0.6kg、增溶剂0.2kg、促溶树脂0.3kg、阻溶树脂0.1kg、红外吸收染料0.1kg、染料0.1kg。
其中,混酚树脂为间甲酚与甲醛缩合的聚合物、对甲酚与甲醛缩合的聚合物的混合物,混酚树脂的数均分子量为6000-10000;增溶剂为四氢苯酐;促溶树脂为烷基酚甲醛树脂,数均分子量为3000-5500;阻溶树脂为烷基酚甲醛树脂,数据分子量为10000-12000;红外吸收染料为830nm热敏红外吸收箐染料;染料为乙基紫。
实施例2
一种耐UV油墨CTP版材,与实施例1的不同之处在于,所用耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层,由包含如下重量的组分制成:丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯聚合物3.5kg、混酚树脂3.5kg、增溶剂0.7kg、促溶树脂1.4kg、阻溶树脂0.05kg、红外吸收染料0.3kg、染料0.15kg。
实施例3
一种耐UV油墨CTP版材,与实施例1的不同之处在于,所用耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层,由包含如下重量的组分制成:丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯聚合物6kg、混酚树脂1kg、增溶剂1.2kg、促溶树脂2.5kg、红外吸收染料0.5kg、染料0.2kg。
实施例4
一种耐UV油墨CTP版材,与实施例1的不同之处在于,增溶剂为烷氧基苯甲酸。
实施例5
一种耐UV油墨CTP版材,与实施例1的不同之处在于,染料为维多利亚蓝。
实施例6
一种耐UV油墨CTP版材,与实施例1的不同之处在于,由如下步骤制备获得:
S1、取0.5kg浓度体积比为3%的盐酸溶液、0.01kg硫脲、0.05kg磷酸铝、0.03份甲基葡萄糖聚氧乙烯醚、0.03kg聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,混合均匀得到处理液,将处理液涂覆到铝版基表面,1min后用去离子水清洗,晾干;
S2、采用丙酮清洗液对铝基版表面进行二次清洗,并晾干;
S3、将耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层涂布到铝基版表面,烘干后溶剂残留量控制在3%以下,涂层重量控制在1.5-1.6g/m2,得到耐UV油墨CTP版材。
实施例7
一种耐UV油墨CTP版材,与实施例1的不同之处在于,由如下步骤制备获得:
S1、取0.75kg浓度体积比为3%的盐酸溶液、0.02kg硫脲、0.075kg磷酸铝、0.04份甲基葡萄糖聚氧乙烯醚、0.04kg聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,混合均匀得到处理液,将处理液涂覆到铝版基表面,1.5min后用去离子水清洗,晾干;
S2、采用磷酸清洗液对铝基版表面进行二次清洗,并晾干;
S3、将耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层涂布到铝基版表面,烘干后溶剂残留量控制在3%以下,涂层重量控制在1.5-1.6g/m2,得到耐UV油墨CTP版材。
实施例8
一种耐UV油墨CTP版材,与实施例1的不同之处在于,由如下步骤制备获得:
S1、取1kg浓度体积比为3%的盐酸溶液、0.03kg硫脲、0.1kg磷酸铝、0.05份甲基葡萄糖聚氧乙烯醚、0.05kg聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,混合均匀得到处理液,将处理液涂覆到铝版基表面, 2min后用去离子水清洗,晾干;
S2、采用磷酸清洗液对铝基版表面进行二次清洗,并晾干;
S3、将耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层涂布到铝基版表面,烘干后溶剂残留量控制在3%以下,涂层重量控制在1.5-1.6g/m2,得到耐UV油墨CTP版材。
对比例
对比例
一种CTP版材,由如下步骤制备获得:
S1、采用磷酸清洗液对铝基版表面进行清洗,并晾干;
S3、采用亲水性底涂对铝基版进行涂布,亲水性底涂为偏二氯乙烯/丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丁二酸三元共聚物;
S2、于亲水性底涂表面机械涂布成像涂层,成像涂层组分包括100g浓度为10%的聚酯酸乙烯酯水溶液、20g正硅酸甲酯、300g浓度为10%的硅酸钙水溶液、3g浓度为10%的聚季铵盐3水溶液、5g浓度为10%的曲拉通X-100水溶液。
性能检测试验
分别对实施例1-8和对比例制得的CTP版材进行测试。取465mm×380mm幅面,在科雷 Tp-2624E激光制版机上进行成像,在DV-T显影液里23℃显影25s,用ICPlate测试网点,用丙酮测试全曝光区的涂层残留确定哪一级能量激光刚好可以清底;用UV油墨洗车水滴到烘好的版表面,1min后用纸巾吸干,用爱色丽密度仪504分别测试液体接触过的部分的光学密度D1和周边未接触液体部分的光学密度D2,计算D1/D2的值,其值越大,表面耐UV 油墨洗车水的能力越好,进行UV油墨印刷时,耐印力也越高。
由表1中测试数据可以看出,相较于对比例中的双层CTP版,实施例1-8中CTP版只需要在铝基版上涂覆一层成像图层即可,简化了工艺,成品率提升至90%以上,成本大大降低,且重现性较好。相较于对比例,实施例6-8中的CTP版制作时,通过副铝基版表面进行处理,使得涂层附着力提高,涂覆性能提升,使得其D1/D2值稳定高于对比例中的D1/D2值,说明实施例6-8制得的CTP版成型涂层耐UV油墨性强,不易被溶解,印刷寿命长。

Claims (10)
1.一种耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层,其特征在于,由包含如下重量份数的组分制成:丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯聚合物10-60份、混酚树脂10-60份、增溶剂2-12份、促溶树脂3-25份、阻溶树脂0-1份、红外吸收染料1-5份、染料1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层,其特征在于,所述增溶剂为四氢苯酐或烷氧基苯甲酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层,其特征在于,所述混酚树脂为间甲酚与甲醛缩合的聚合物、对甲酚与甲醛缩合的聚合物的混合物,所述混酚树脂的数均分子量为6000-10000。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层,其特征在于,所述促溶树脂采用数均分子量为3000-5500的烷基酚甲醛树脂,所述阻溶树脂采用数均分子量为10000-12000的烷基酚甲醛树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层,其特征在于,所述红外吸收染料采用830nm热敏红外吸收菁染料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐UV油墨CTP版成像涂层,其特征在于,所述染料为乙基紫或维多利亚蓝。
7.一种耐UV油墨CTP版材,其特征在于,由版基和权利要求1-6任一所述的成像涂层组成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的耐UV油墨CTP版材,其特征在于,所述版基为铝基版。
9.权利要求8所述的耐UV油墨CTP版材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、采用磷酸或丙酮清洗液对版基表面进行清洗,干燥;
S2、进行成像涂层的涂布。
10.根据权利要求9所述的耐UV油墨CTP版材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述版基进行涂布前还经过粗糙处理,具体步骤为:将处理液涂覆在版基表面,1-2min用去离子水清洗,干燥,所述处理液由包含以下重量份数的组分组成:浓度体积比为3%的盐酸溶液5-10份、硫脲0.1-0.3份、磷酸铝0.5-1份、甲基葡萄糖聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.5份、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚0.3-0.5份。
