本发明涉及一种无泡型全合成磨削液复合剂及其制备方法,所述方法步骤如下:所述方法包括以下的步骤:1)将苯并三氮唑0.1‑0.5%、混合二元酸1‑10%、三乙醇胺5‑15%、单乙醇胺5‑15%、水1‑20%按比例加入反应罐中,在50‑60℃条件下搅拌30‑40分钟至固体溶解;2)将尚勤硼酸酰胺Genitacor BA7209 5‑10%、尚勤反式聚醚Genifol RPE1720 5‑30%、尚勤聚醚GenifolRA3500 5‑10%、尚勤多功能聚醚消泡剂Genifol 8818:1‑5%、尚勤水溶性铝缓蚀剂Genipol AL1‑5%、尚勤偶合剂Geniple 4833:1‑10%按比例加入到步骤1的混合物中,在40‑50℃搅拌均匀30分钟;3)将余量水加入,在40℃以下加入杀菌剂,搅拌均匀30‑45分钟。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种方法,具体涉及一种无泡型全合成磨削液复合剂及其制备方法,属于金属加工液添加剂技术领域。
背景技术
随着机加工行业生产率的提高,机床主轴转速、切削、磨削速度愈来愈快,供液压力又不断增大,对加工液的泡沫要求也越来越高;而安全、环保问题也越来越引起人们的重视,因此全合成、低泡类型切削、磨削液将受到市场越来越多的青睐。
磨削液通常要求较高的铁屑沉降性、较好的防锈性,较低的泡沫以及较好的润滑性,为了达到上述性能,难免会用到一些表活,表活特别容易引起较多的泡沫问题,因此我们利用尚勤的优势原料搭配,兼顾到产品的铁屑沉降性、润滑性,开发了一款无泡型的全合成磨削液复合剂。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种无泡型全合成磨削液复合剂及其制备方法,该方案制备出的磨削液具有优异的防锈性防腐蚀性,使用寿命长,不用额外添加沉降剂就能达到较好的沉降性能,克服了沉降剂带来的泡沫困扰,并达到良好的无泡效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种无泡型全合成磨削液复合剂及其制备方法,所述方法步骤如下:

进一步地,所述方法包括以下的步骤:
1)将苯并三氮唑0.1-0.5%、混合二元酸1-10%、三乙醇胺5-15%、单乙醇胺5-15%、水1-20%按比例加入反应罐中,在50-60℃条件下搅拌30-40分钟至固体溶解;
2)将尚勤硼酸酰胺Genitacor BA7209 5-10%、尚勤反式聚醚Genifol RPE17205-30%、尚勤聚醚GenifolRA3500 5-10%、尚勤多功能聚醚消泡剂Genifol 8818:1-5%、尚勤水溶性铝缓蚀剂Genipol AL1-5%、尚勤偶合剂Geniple 4833:1-10%按比例加入到步骤1的混合物中,在40-50℃搅拌均匀30分钟;
3)将余量水加入,在40℃以下加入杀菌剂,搅拌均匀30-45分钟。
进一步地,所述的混合酸为癸二酸、十一碳、十二碳、十三碳二元酸等的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述杀菌剂为杀细菌和真菌的复配物,通常为三嗪、亚甲基二吗啉、苯丙异噻啉酮、甲基苯丙异噻啉酮的一种或几种。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有如下优点,1)该技术方案通过本发明制备的磨削液复合剂可以制备出不含对人体和环境产生不利影响的亚硝酸盐等有毒化学品,不含硅类消泡剂,完全不起泡,能保持较长的使用寿命,防腐防锈以及润滑性能极佳,适合各种黑色金属以及有色金属机加工的全合成磨削液;2)本发明产品推荐使用添加量按重量百分比50%添加,另外使用50%纯水稀释,搅拌混合均匀制备一种无泡型全合成磨削液,该磨削液适合加工黑色金属、有色金属的研磨、磨削等,润滑性能、防锈性能优异,使用寿命较长,无论什么硬度水质,无论什么加工工艺,都可以达到无泡的性能。
具体实施方式:
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
实施例1,一种无泡型全合成磨削液的复合剂,按重量百分比计由以下组分组成:

所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将苯并三氮唑、混合二元酸、单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、水按比例加入反应罐中,在50-60℃条件下搅拌30-40分钟至固体溶解;
2)将尚勤硼酸酰胺7209、尚勤反式聚醚1720、尚勤聚醚3500、尚勤多功能聚醚消泡剂8818、尚勤水溶性铝缓蚀剂AL、尚勤偶合剂4833按质量百分比比例加入到步骤1的混合物中,在40-50℃搅拌20分钟;
3)冷却至40℃,将杀菌剂加入通过步骤2得到的混合物中,在40℃搅拌20-25分钟。
实施例2
无泡型全合成磨削液复合剂,按重量百分比计由以下组分组成:

所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将苯并三氮唑、混合二元酸、单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、水按比例加入反应罐中,在50-60℃条件下搅拌30-40分钟至固体溶解;
2)将尚勤硼酸酰胺7209、尚勤反式聚醚1720、尚勤聚醚3500、尚勤多功能聚醚消泡剂8818、尚勤偶合剂4833按质量百分比比例加入到步骤1的混合物中,在40-50℃搅拌20分钟;
3)冷却至40℃,将杀菌剂加入通过步骤2得到的混合物中,在40℃搅拌20-25分钟。
对实施例1、实施例2的无泡全合成磨削液复合剂按照重量百分比50%复合剂添加量+50%纯水配成磨削液后进行了性能测试,性能结果见下表:实施例1添加尚勤铝缓蚀剂AL后可以用于铝加工。
