Abstract
The invention relates to a capping device, which comprises a transmission part, a first capping part and a second capping part, wherein the transmission part is used for transmitting a cap body and a product to be capped; the first gland part receives the cap body of the transmission part and a product to be capped, so that the cap body is positioned on the product to be capped and moves synchronously with the product to be capped; the second gland part receives the product to be capped of the first gland part and presses the cap body onto the product to be capped. The capping device realizes automatic capping, the cap bodies are taken out when the products to be capped pass through the first capping part, each cap body is placed on the corresponding product to be capped without an additional mechanism, and the products to be capped carrying the cap bodies are moved out of the second capping part to complete the whole capping action, so that the capping device is simple in structure and high in production efficiency.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the capping device of the present invention includes a transmission portion 1, a first capping portion 2 and a second capping portion 3, where the transmission portion 1 includes a cap supplying mechanism 4, a cap conveying platform 5 and a to-be-capped product conveying platform 6, the cap conveying platform 5 conveys a cap body 7, the to-be-capped product conveying platform 6 conveys a to-be-capped product 8, and the cap supplying mechanism 4 is located on the cap conveying platform 5, in this embodiment, the cap conveying platform 4 is located right above the to-be-capped product conveying platform 6 and has the same conveying direction, i.e., I-shaped arrangement, and the cap conveying platform 5 and the to-be-capped product conveying platform 6 may also be Y-shaped arrangement; in this embodiment, both the cover body conveying platform 5 and the to-be-pressed cover product conveying platform 6 may adopt a conveyor belt, preferably, the cover body conveying platform 5 adopts a conveyor belt, and the to-be-pressed cover product conveying platform 6 adopts a chain plate line. The cover supplying mechanism 4 comprises a casing 9 and a plurality of cover bodies 7 stacked in the casing, the plurality of cover bodies 7 are nested with each other, a first opening for moving out the cover body 7 is arranged at the bottom of the casing 9, preferably, in this embodiment, the casing 9 is supported above the cover body conveying platform 5 through a supporting member and has a predetermined distance with the cover body conveying platform 5, so as to form an opening for moving out the cover body 7; the cover body 7 at the bottommost layer is transferred from the casing 9 to the cover body transmission platform 5 through a separation mechanism 10 and moves along with the cover body transmission platform 5; the partition mechanism 10 includes a partition plate and a driving device, the housing 9 is provided with a second opening for inserting the partition plate, in this embodiment, the cover body 7 located at the bottommost layer is located on the cover body conveying platform 5 in an initial state, and since a plurality of cover bodies 7 are stacked, the cover bodies cannot move synchronously with the cover body conveying platform 5, the driving device drives the partition plate to be inserted into the housing, so that the cover body 7 located at the bottommost layer is separated and moves with the cover body conveying platform 5; in this embodiment, the cover body 7 at the bottommost layer may also be supported by the supporting mechanism to have a predetermined distance in the vertical direction from the cover body conveying platform 5 in the initial state, so that the cover body 7 at the bottommost layer does not have friction with the cover body conveying platform 5. In this embodiment, preferably, the two cover supplying mechanisms 4 are located on the cover conveying platform 5, and a blocking member is disposed on the cover conveying platform 5, so that the cover bodies 7 can only be individually removed from the cover conveying platform 5.
The first cover pressing part 2 comprises a moving track 11, a first end of the moving track 11 is connected with the cover body transmission platform 5, a second end of the moving track is supported by a first adjusting mechanism 12 and located at a preset height, the first adjusting mechanism 12 can adjust the height of the second end of the moving track according to the height of the product to be pressed, the first adjusting mechanism 12 adopts a screw rod, an air cylinder and other structures, and details are not repeated here. In this embodiment, the height of the moving track 11 gradually decreases from the first end to the second end, so that the cover body 7 can move from the first end to the second end of the moving track 11 after moving out of the cover body transferring platform 5. The first end of the moving track 11 is surrounded by a plurality of connecting rods arranged along the conveying direction and supported by a fixing plate, the connecting rods can be bent, and the first end of the moving track 11 can be relatively bent by the connecting rods so as to adapt to different working environments; the second end of moving track 11 is equipped with stops piece 13, it includes first clamp end, second clamp end and blocks the elastic component to stop piece 13, first end first, the second of first, the second clamp end with the second end of moving track 11 is connected in rotating, block the elastic component and connect the second end of first, the second clamp end, and make the second end of first, the second clamp end keeps normally closed state, works as the lid body transmit to when moving track 11's second end, first, the second clamp end hinders the lid body shifts out moving track 11. The second end of the moving track 11 is further provided with a positioning part 14, the positioning part 14 comprises a first positioning plate, a second positioning plate and a positioning elastic part, the first end of the first positioning plate is rotatably connected with the second end of the second positioning plate, the first end of the positioning elastic part is connected with the upper surface of the second positioning plate, the second end of the positioning elastic part is supported above the second positioning plate through a supporting plate, so that the extending direction of the positioning elastic part is perpendicular to the plane of the second positioning plate, the first end of the second positioning plate is rotatably connected with the moving track 11, the second end of the second positioning plate is kept in a downward pressing state by the positioning elastic part, the second end of the second positioning plate drives the first end of the first positioning plate to be kept in a downward pressing state, and when the cover body 7 is located at the blocking part 13, the first positioning plate limits one end, close to the cover supplying mechanism, of the cover body to upwarp.
In this embodiment, preferably, the auxiliary power devices 15 are disposed on both sides of the first capping portion 2, when the product 8 to be capped moves to the first capping portion 2, the product 8 to be capped contacts the cap body 7 and drives the cap body 7 to move towards the second capping portion 3 synchronously, and since the power of the product conveying platform 6 to be capped is constant, it cannot be guaranteed that the product conveying platform can overcome the clamping forces of the first and second clamping ends to move the cap body 7 out of the moving track 11, and therefore, the auxiliary power devices 15 provide power to the product 8 to be capped on both sides to ensure that the product 8 to be capped can overcome the clamping forces of the first and second clamping ends to move the cap body 7 out of the moving track 11. In this embodiment, the auxiliary power device 15 may be a conveyor belt; preferably, the auxiliary power device 15 further comprises an adjusting mechanism to adjust the position of the auxiliary power device according to the size of the product to be pressed, and the adjusting mechanism can be realized by adopting a bolt, an air cylinder and the like.
The second gland part 3 comprises a gland platform which is in a cubic structure, as shown in fig. 4, the height of the bottom of the gland platform from the first end to the second end is gradually reduced (namely, the length of L2 to L1 is gradually reduced in the figure), and when the product to be capped 8 carrying the cap body 7 moves from the first end to the second end of the gland platform at the bottom of the gland platform, the cap body 7 is pressed onto the product to be capped 8; in this embodiment, preferably, an auxiliary conveying mechanism is arranged in the capping platform, a third opening is arranged at the bottom of the capping platform, and the auxiliary conveying mechanism provides power for the product to be capped, so that the product to be capped can be moved from the first end to the second end of the capping platform; the auxiliary transmission mechanism can be a roller, a conveyor belt, etc., and in this embodiment, the auxiliary transmission mechanism is preferably a conveyor belt. The auxiliary conveying mechanism is supported above the to-be-pressed cover product conveying platform 6 through a second adjusting mechanism 16, the height of the auxiliary conveying mechanism can be adjusted, and the auxiliary conveying mechanism can be adjusted through a screw, an air cylinder, a servo motor and the like.
In this embodiment, the transmission part 1, the first press cover part 2, and the second press cover part 3 are all disposed on a rack electric control box 17, and the rack electric control box 17 houses a driving device and a control system for controlling the above components.
