Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a Dizhi pill and a preparation method thereof, which aim to solve the technical problems.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the pill of two ingredients to rehmannia comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-13 parts of radix rehmanniae preparata, 5-13 parts of dogwood, 3-8 parts of dioscorea opposita thumb, 1-5 parts of rhizoma alismatis, 1-5 parts of tree peony bark, 2-6 parts of poria cocos, 1-4 parts of glossy privet fruit, 0.5-2 parts of dried orange peel, 1.5-4 parts of eclipta alba and 1-3 parts of eucommia ulmoides.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises 8 parts of radix rehmanniae preparata, 4 parts of dogwood, 4 parts of Chinese yam, 3 parts of rhizoma alismatis, 3 parts of moutan bark, 3 parts of poria cocos, 2 parts of glossy privet fruit, 1 part of dried orange peel, 2 parts of eclipta alba and 2 parts of eucommia ulmoides.
The dogwood is wine-steamed dogwood, and the glossy privet fruit is wine-steamed glossy privet fruit.
A preparation method of a pill of two ingredients with rehmannia comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing radix rehmanniae Preparata, Corni fructus, rhizoma Dioscoreae, Alismatis rhizoma, cortex moutan, Poria, fructus Ligustri Lucidi, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, Ecliptae herba, and Eucommiae cortex;
s2, steaming radix rehmanniae Preparata at 100 deg.C for 1 hr, softening, slicing, heating in water at 115-125 deg.C under 2 standard atmospheric pressures for 2-3 hr to obtain mixture A, concentrating at 80 deg.C, and oven drying to humidity of 45-55% to obtain mixture B;
s3, pre-crushing the yam and the tuckahoe into coarse powder, adding water with the weight ratio of 1:5 to the raw materials, heating the mixture for 1 to 2 hours in water with the temperature of 120-125 ℃ under 2 standard atmospheric pressures, and then concentrating the mixture into paste at the temperature of 90 to 105 ℃ to obtain a mixture C;
s4, rolling rhizoma Alismatis and cortex moutan to coarse powder, mashing with fructus Corni, drying, rolling to fine powder, mixing, and sieving with 80-100 mesh sieve to obtain mixture D;
s5, soaking herba Ecliptae and Eucommiae cortex in clear water, decocting for 2-3 hr, squeezing, and filtering to obtain filtrate; adding a proper amount of clear water into filter residues, decocting, squeezing, filtering, taking filtrate, and repeating for three times; mixing the filtrates, heating, and decocting to obtain a thick paste mixture E;
s6, putting the mixture B, the mixture C, the mixture D and the mixture E obtained in the steps S2-S5 into a lump combining device, adding refined honey, uniformly stirring to form moist lumps, dividing the lumps into lumps, rubbing into strips, and making pills.
