Abstract
本发明一种白芨驱蚊剂及其制备方法,重用白芨,辅以佩兰、香薷、芳香、艾叶、薄荷、桂花等芳香类中药材,可以有效驱蚊;由于白芨本身具有一定的黏性,重用白芨一定程度上加大了产品的黏性,将白芨驱蚊剂制成花露水这类产品时,用户会觉得产品黏腻,加入金钱草后,再将白芨驱蚊剂制成花露水这类产品,极大降低了产品黏腻性,用户体验更高,使用舒适度更高;而且加入金钱草后,制成的白芨驱蚊剂对跳蚤也有良好的趋避效果;经检验,本申请白芨驱蚊剂对和宠物安全无害;且生产工艺简单,成本低廉,可以极大地拓宽白芨的用途和功效,同时拓宽了制出的驱蚊剂的功效,从而拓宽了白芨驱蚊产品的销路。

技术领域
本发明涉及白芨的加工技术领域,具体涉及一种白芨驱蚊剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蚊子,属于昆虫纲双翅目蚊科,全球约有3000种。是一种具有刺吸式口器的纤小飞虫。通常雌性以血液作为食物,而雄性则吸食植物的汁液。吸血的雌蚊是登革热、疟疾、黄热病、丝虫病、日本脑炎等其他病原体的中间寄主。除南极洲外各大陆皆有蚊子的分布。其中,以按蚊属、伊蚊属和库蚊属最为著名。蚊子的唾液中有一种具有舒张血管和抗凝血作用的物质,它使血液更容易汇流到被叮咬处。被蚊子叮咬后,被叮咬者的皮肤常出现起包和发痒症状。
白芨,中药名。为兰科植物白及的干燥块茎。每年9~10月当茎叶枯萎时采挖,除去须根,洗净,置沸水中煮或蒸至无白心,晒至半干,除去外皮,晒干。白芨呈不规则扁圆形,多有2~3个爪状分枝,长1.5~5cm,厚0.5~1.5cm。表面灰白色或黄白色,有数圈同心环节和棕色点状须根痕,上面有突起的茎痕,下面有连接另一块茎的痕迹。质坚硬,不易折断,断面类白色,角质样。气微,味苦,嚼之有黏性。白芨具有收敛止血,消肿生肌的功效。临床主要用于内伤出血、外伤出血、咳血、吐血、疮疡肿毒、皮肤皲裂、肺结核咳血、溃疡出血等疾病的治疗。因为它具有良好的收敛止血,消肿生肌功效,所以对于结核杆菌、肿瘤细胞,都有明显的抑制作用。在临床应用中,对于烧伤、烫伤、肛裂、手足皲裂、痈肿,都有良好的治疗作用。另外,它对于咳嗽、肺热咳嗽、肺结核病变,都有良好的止咳作用。
白芨的产量较大,其销路成为较大问题,在未拓宽白芨的销路的情况下,可以拓宽白芨的用途,从而避免白芨滞销的情况;为拓宽白芨的用途,申请人研究发现,白芨除了具有收敛止血,消肿生肌的功效之外,其在驱蚊方面也有一定的功效,白芨可作为驱蚊产品的原材料;由于市面上的驱蚊产品较多,为进一步拓宽白芨驱蚊产品的销路,申请人需要进一步拓展白芨驱蚊产品的其他功效。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种驱蚊效果好、且具有趋避跳蚤的功效的白芨驱蚊剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种白芨驱蚊剂,所述白芨驱蚊剂由以下重量份的组分组成:白芨30~45份、佩兰8~12份、香薷7~12份、艾叶10~12份、薄荷5~8份、桂花8~12份、金钱草7~9份。
进一步地,所述白芨驱蚊剂由以下重量份的组分组成:白芨35~45份、佩兰9~12份、香薷8~12份、艾叶11~12份、薄荷6~8份、桂花9~12份、金钱草8~9份。
进一步地,所述白芨驱蚊剂由以下重量份的组分组成:白芨40份、佩兰10份、香薷9份、艾叶11.5份、薄荷7份、桂花11份、金钱草8.5份。
进一步地,所述的白芨是指含水量在10%以内的白芨。
本发明还提供了一种白芨驱蚊剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按配比称取各原料;
(2)制备白芨乙醇提取物:1)将白芨粉碎,得到白芨粉;2)用浓度为85%~90%的乙醇超声波浸提白芨粉,过滤,得到白芨浸提液;其中,白芨粉与乙醇的重量份比为1:32~35;3)减压浓缩白芨浸提液,即得所述白芨乙醇提取物;
(3)制备金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物:1)将金钱草粉碎,得到金钱草粉;2)用乙酸乙酯超声波浸提金钱草粉,过滤,得到金钱草浸提液;其中,金钱草粉与乙酸乙酯的重量份比为1:45~50;3)减压浓缩金钱草浸提液,即得所述金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物;
(4)熬制佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合液:重复熬煮四次,取四次熬煮的熬出液混合,得到佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合熬出液;
(5)混合:将白芨乙醇提取物、金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物和佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合熬出液混合均匀,得到混合液;
(6)调配:在混合液中加入乙醇,混合均匀,即得所述白芨驱蚊剂。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中超声波浸提白芨粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为75~80kHz,浸提温度为42~46℃,浸提时间为60~80min。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中超声波浸提白芨粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为78kHz,浸提温度为45℃,浸提时间为70min。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中超声波浸提金钱草粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为80~85kHz,浸提时间为40~50min。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中超声波浸提金钱草粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为82kHz,浸提时间为45min。
进一步地,所述步骤(6)中在混合液中加入香精、色素、乙醇,混合均匀,即得所述白芨驱蚊剂。
白芨为兰科植物,药用部位为:白芨的干燥块茎,主产于云贵、四川、湖北等地。白芨味苦、甘、涩,性微寒,归肺、肝、胃经。白芨的主要功效是收敛止血,消肿生肌,用于咳血,衄血,吐血,外伤出血、疮痈肿毒,烫伤,手足皲裂,肛裂、肺痈而咳吐腥痰脓血日渐减少者。
佩兰,中药名。为菊科泽兰属植物佩兰的干燥地上部分。具有化湿,解暑的功效。主治湿阻中焦,暑湿,湿温初起。味辛,性平;归脾、胃、肺经。
香薷,中药名。为唇形科石荠苧属植物石香薷或江香薷的地上部分。前者称“青香薷”,后者称“江香薷”。具有发汗解表,化湿和中,利水消肿的功效。主治风寒感冒,水肿脚气。味辛,性微温;归肺、脾、胃经。
艾叶,中药名。为菊科蒿属植物艾的叶。具有温经止血,散寒止痛,祛湿止痒的功效。主治吐血,衄血,咯血,便血,崩漏,妊娠下血,月经不调,痛经,胎动不安,心腹冷痛,泄泻久痢,霍乱转筋,带下,湿疹,疥癣,痔疮,痈疡。味辛、苦,性温;归肝、脾、肾经。
薄荷,中药名。为唇形科薄荷属植物薄荷的地上部分。具有疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气的功效。主治风热感冒,温病初起,风热头痛,目赤多泪,咽喉肿痛,麻疹不透,风疹瘙痒,肝郁气滞、胸闷胁痛。味辛,性凉;归肺、肝经。
桂花,中药名。为木犀科植物木犀的花。具有温肺化饮,散寒止痛的功效。用于痰饮咳喘,脘腹冷痛,肠风血痢,经闭痛经,寒疝腹痛,牙痛,口臭。味辛,性温;归肺、脾、肾经。
金钱草,中药名。为报春花科珍珠菜属植物过路黄的干燥全草。具有利湿退黄,利尿通淋,解毒消肿的功效。主治黄疸、水肿、风湿痹痛、疟疾、带下、淋浊、痈肿、疮癣等。味甘、咸,性微寒;归肝、胆、肾经。

制备白芨驱蚊剂:
一种白芨驱蚊剂,所述白芨驱蚊剂由以下重量份的组分组成:白芨30份、佩兰8份、香薷7份、艾叶10份、薄荷5份、桂花8份、金钱草7份;所述的白芨是指含水量在10%以内的白芨。
一种白芨驱蚊剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按配比称取各原料;
(2)制备白芨乙醇提取物:1)将白芨粉碎,得到白芨粉;2)用浓度为85%的乙醇超声波浸提白芨粉,过滤,得到白芨浸提液;其中,白芨粉与乙醇的重量份比为1:32;超声波浸提白芨粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为75kHz,浸提温度为42℃,浸提时间为60min;3)减压浓缩白芨浸提液,即得所述白芨乙醇提取物;
(3)制备金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物:1)将金钱草粉碎,得到金钱草粉;2)用乙酸乙酯超声波浸提金钱草粉,过滤,得到金钱草浸提液;其中,金钱草粉与乙酸乙酯的重量份比为1:45;超声波浸提金钱草粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为80kHz,浸提时间为40min;3)减压浓缩金钱草浸提液,即得所述金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物;
(4)熬制佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合液:重复熬煮四次,取四次熬煮的熬出液混合,得到佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合熬出液;熬煮的方法为:一公斤中草药中加入8公斤的水,中火煮沸,小火熬制25min,重复熬煮四次即可;
(5)混合:将白芨乙醇提取物、金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物和佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合熬出液混合均匀,得到混合液;
(6)调配:在混合液中加入香精、色素、乙醇,混合均匀,即得所述白芨驱蚊剂;其中香精和色素是为了调节香味和调节颜色的,具体的添加量根据实际需要添加即可;乙醇起到助溶的作用,为的是让白芨乙醇提取物、金钱草乙酸乙酯充分溶解,乙醇添加至白芨乙醇提取物、金钱草乙酸乙酯充分溶解即可。
实施例2
制备白芨驱蚊剂:
一种白芨驱蚊剂,所述白芨驱蚊剂由以下重量份的组分组成:白芨45份、佩兰12份、香薷12份、艾叶12份、薄荷8份、桂花12份、金钱草9份;所述的白芨是指含水量在10%以内的白芨。
一种白芨驱蚊剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按配比称取各原料;
(2)制备白芨乙醇提取物:1)将白芨粉碎,得到白芨粉;2)用浓度为90%的乙醇超声波浸提白芨粉,过滤,得到白芨浸提液;其中,白芨粉与乙醇的重量份比为1:35; 超声波浸提白芨粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为80kHz,浸提温度为46℃,浸提时间为80min;3)减压浓缩白芨浸提液,即得所述白芨乙醇提取物;
(3)制备金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物:1)将金钱草粉碎,得到金钱草粉;2)用乙酸乙酯超声波浸提金钱草粉,过滤,得到金钱草浸提液;其中,金钱草粉与乙酸乙酯的重量份比为1:50;超声波浸提金钱草粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为85kHz,浸提时间为50min;3)减压浓缩金钱草浸提液,即得所述金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物;
(4)熬制佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合液:重复熬煮四次,取四次熬煮的熬出液混合,得到佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合熬出液;熬煮的方法为:一公斤中草药中加入15公斤的水,中火煮沸,小火熬制30min,重复熬煮四次即可;
(5)混合:将白芨乙醇提取物、金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物和佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合熬出液混合均匀,得到混合液;
(6)调配:在混合液中加入香精、色素、乙醇,混合均匀,即得所述白芨驱蚊剂;其中香精和色素是为了调节香味和调节颜色的,具体的添加量根据实际需要添加即可;乙醇起到助溶的作用,为的是让白芨乙醇提取物、金钱草乙酸乙酯充分溶解,乙醇添加至白芨乙醇提取物、金钱草乙酸乙酯充分溶解即可。
实施例3

(4)熬制佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合液:重复熬煮四次,取四次熬煮的熬出液混合,得到佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合熬出液;熬煮的方法为:一公斤中草药中加入10公斤的水,中火煮沸,小火熬制28min,重复熬煮四次即可;

一种驱蚊剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按配比称取各原料;
(2)制备金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物:1)将金钱草粉碎,得到金钱草粉;2)用乙酸乙酯超声波浸提金钱草粉,过滤,得到金钱草浸提液;其中,金钱草粉与乙酸乙酯的重量份比为1:43;超声波浸提金钱草粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为83kHz,浸提时间为46min;3)减压浓缩金钱草浸提液,即得所述金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物;
(3)熬制佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合液:重复熬煮四次,取四次熬煮的熬出液混合,得到佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合熬出液;熬煮的方法为:一公斤中草药中加入9公斤的水,中火煮沸,小火熬制28min,重复熬煮四次即可;
(4)混合:将金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物和佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合熬出液混合均匀,得到混合液;
(5)调配:在混合液中加入香精、色素、乙醇,混合均匀,即得所述白芨驱蚊剂;其中香精和色素是为了调节香味和调节颜色的,具体的添加量根据实际需要添加即可;乙醇起到助溶的作用,为的是让金钱草乙酸乙酯充分溶解,乙醇添加至金钱草乙酸乙酯充分溶解即可。
上述实施例1~4及对比例1-2制备得到的驱蚊剂的使用方法和花露水一样,可喷施在使用者的手脚等裸露部位,也可以喷施在空气中;
验证试验:
1、跳蚤趋避效果测试
测试对象为跳蚤,取宠物狗身上的跳蚤30只,宠物猫身上的跳蚤30只;测试方法为:准备一个大的玻璃容器,玻璃容器上设置有通气孔;将玻璃容器划分为等面积的A、B、C、D四个区域;在区域A内放置喷洒了上述实施例1~4及对比例1-2制备得到的驱蚊剂的滤纸,其他区域为空;观察跳蚤在四个区域中的活动情况,也即统计四个区域中跳蚤的停留数量;用相机抓拍的方式统计数据;
2、蚊子趋避效果测试
测试对象为蚊子,取普通住房中捕获的蚊子60只;测试方法为:准备一个大的玻璃容器,玻璃容器上设置有通气孔;将玻璃容器划分为等面积的A、B、C、D四个区域;在区域A内放置喷洒了上述实施例1~4及对比例1-2制备得到的驱蚊剂的滤纸,其他区域为空;观察蚊虫在四个区域中的活动情况;也即统计四个区域中蚊子的停留数量;用相机抓拍的方式统计数据;
3、用户使用体验测试
邀请志愿者进行使用体验,试用上述实施例1~4及对比例1-2制备得到的驱蚊剂;使用方法为:喷施在使用者的手脚等裸露部位;统计使用体验测试结果;
跳蚤趋避效果测试结果如下表1所示。

由上述跳蚤趋避效果测试、蚊子趋避效果测试的统计数据为跳蚤、蚊子的分布较为稳定的时候抓拍的数据,根据观察就可以知道跳蚤趋避效果测试的过程中,跳蚤的活动虽是很活跃,但其活动范围多在B、C、D三个区域,由此可以知道,白芨驱蚊剂对跳蚤有着良好的趋避效果;由蚊子趋避效果测试可知白芨驱蚊剂对蚊子的趋避效果好。
由此可知,本发明一种白芨驱蚊剂及其制备方法,重用白芨,辅以佩兰、香薷、芳香、艾叶、薄荷、桂花等芳香类中药材,可以有效驱蚊;由于白芨本身具有一定的黏性,重用白芨一定程度上加大了产品的黏性,将白芨驱蚊剂制成花露水这类产品时,用户会觉得产品黏腻,加入金钱草后,再将白芨驱蚊剂制成花露水这类产品,极大降低了产品黏腻性,用户体验更高,使用舒适度更高;而且加入金钱草后,制成的白芨驱蚊剂对跳蚤也有良好的趋避效果;经检验,本申请白芨驱蚊剂对和宠物安全无害;且生产工艺简单,成本低廉,可以极大地拓宽白芨的用途和功效,同时拓宽了制出的驱蚊剂的功效,从而拓宽了白芨驱蚊产品的销路。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种白芨驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述白芨驱蚊剂由以下重量份的组分组成:白芨30~45份、佩兰8~12份、香薷7~12份、艾叶10~12份、薄荷5~8份、桂花8~12份、金钱草7~9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种白芨驱蚊剂,其特征在于:所述白芨驱蚊剂由以下重量份的组分组成:白芨35~45份、佩兰9~12份、香薷8~12份、艾叶11~12份、薄荷6~8份、桂花9~12份、金钱草8~9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种白芨驱蚊剂,其特征在于:所述白芨驱蚊剂由以下重量份的组分组成:白芨40份、佩兰10份、香薷9份、艾叶11.5份、薄荷7份、桂花11份、金钱草8.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种白芨驱蚊剂,其特征在于:所述的白芨是指含水量在10%以内的白芨。
5.权利要求1-4中任意一种白芨驱蚊剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按配比称取各原料;
(2)制备白芨乙醇提取物:1)将白芨粉碎,得到白芨粉;2)用浓度为85%~90%的乙醇超声波浸提白芨粉,过滤,得到白芨浸提液;其中,白芨粉与乙醇的重量份比为1:32~35; 3)减压浓缩白芨浸提液,即得所述白芨乙醇提取物;
(3)制备金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物:1)将金钱草粉碎,得到金钱草粉;2)用乙酸乙酯超声波浸提金钱草粉,过滤,得到金钱草浸提液;其中,金钱草粉与乙酸乙酯的重量份比为1:45~50;3)减压浓缩金钱草浸提液,即得所述金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物;
(4)熬制佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合液:重复熬煮四次,取四次熬煮的熬出液混合,得到佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合熬出液;
(5)混合:将白芨乙醇提取物、金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物和佩兰、香薷、艾叶、薄荷、桂花混合熬出液混合均匀,得到混合液;
(6)调配:在混合液中加入乙醇和水,混合均匀,即得所述白芨驱蚊剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种白芨驱蚊剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中超声波浸提白芨粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为75~80kHz,浸提温度为42~46℃,浸提时间为60~80min。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种白芨驱蚊剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中超声波浸提白芨粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为78kHz,浸提温度为45℃,浸提时间为70min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种白芨驱蚊剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中超声波浸提金钱草粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为80~85kHz,浸提时间为40~50min。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种白芨驱蚊剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中超声波浸提金钱草粉的工艺参数为:超声波频率为82kHz,浸提时间为45min。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种白芨驱蚊剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中在混合液中加入香精、色素、乙醇和水,混合均匀,即得所述白芨驱蚊剂。
