The transfer bin 16 further comprises a urine collection tube pad 1604, the urine collection tube pad 1604 is disposed on the transfer bin lower chute 1603, and as shown in fig. 9, the urine collection tube pad 1604 is W-shaped near the upper edge of the transfer belt 1. When the sampling tube falls on the transfer bin lower chute 1603, the sampling tube pad 1604 plays a role in buffering. The urine collecting tube cushion block 1604 is in a W shape close to the upper edge of the transfer belt 1, so that the vertical urine collecting tube falls in a groove on the upper edge of the urine collecting tube cushion block 1604, and when the transfer belt 1 rotates, the vertical urine collecting tube is shifted to be horizontal by the baffle strip 102 and then rolls onto the transfer belt 1. In addition, the urine collection tube pad 1604 is W-shaped near the upper edge of the transfer belt 1, so the urine collection tube is unstable when falling to the lowest end of the transfer bin 16 and will not be locked in the transfer bin 16.
The outlet pipe bin 17 comprises a front outlet pipe bin limiting plate 1701 and a rear outlet pipe bin limiting plate 1702, the top end and the rear end of the rear outlet pipe bin limiting plate 1702 are provided with guide parts connected with the top end of the transfer belt 1 and connected with the outlet pipe dial wheel 8, an outlet pipe bin detection window is arranged on the front outlet pipe bin limiting plate 1701, and an outlet pipe bin detection grating 1703 is arranged at the outlet pipe bin detection window. The outlet chamber detection grating 1703 is used for detecting the number of urine collection tubes in the tube chamber 17, and when the height of the urine collection tubes reaches the outlet chamber detection window, the transfer belt 1 stops transferring the urine collection tubes.
According to the urine collecting tube labeling machine, a user does not need to arrange urine collecting tubes in order and then place the urine collecting tubes into the tube inlet bin, but can place one urine collecting tube arranged in disorder into the tube inlet bin, and arrange a plurality of urine collecting tubes placed in the tube inlet bin in order through the transfer mechanism, so that the urine collecting tubes are horizontal when falling into the tube outlet bin; in the rotation process of the outlet pipe shifting wheel, the urine collecting pipe falling into the outlet pipe bin is clamped into the urine collecting pipe clamping groove, and when the urine collecting pipe clamping groove clamped with the urine collecting pipe is rotated to the lower end of the outlet pipe shifting wheel, the urine collecting pipe automatically falls due to gravity.
