The urine collection tube moving chute 223 is fixedly arranged on the translation mechanism mounting plate 221. The urine collection tube stirring plate 224 is arranged in the urine collection tube moving chute 223, and the urine collection tube stirring plate 224 is fixedly connected with the first driving belt 2253. The lateral wall of the urine collecting tube moving chute 223 is provided with a urine collecting tube toggle plate slot 2231 with two closed ends. When the urine sampling tube striking plate 224 moves to both ends of the urine sampling tube striking plate slot 2231, the movement of the urine sampling tube striking plate 224 stops.
The urine collecting tube poking plate 224 is further fixedly connected with a first sliding block 226, a first guide rail 227 is fixedly arranged on the translation mechanism mounting plate 221, and the first sliding block 226 is in sliding connection with the first guide rail 227. The two ends of the first guide rail 227 are respectively and fixedly provided with a second detection optical coupler 228 on the translation mechanism mounting plate 221, and a first optical coupler baffle 2241 is arranged on the urine collection tube stirring plate 224.
The urine collecting tube falling blocking mechanism, the urine collecting tube pressing mechanism, the urine collecting tube positioning mechanism and the urine collecting tube falling mechanism are arranged on the frame 331. The frame includes a left riser 3311 and a right riser 3312.
As shown in fig. 8-10, the urine collection tube falling baffle mechanism comprises a falling baffle mechanism mounting plate 332, a urine collection tube falling baffle 333, a falling baffle driving mechanism 334, a first return spring 335 and a mounting plate turnover mechanism 336.
The falling pipe blocking mechanism mounting plate 332 is rotatably connected to the left vertical plate portion 3311 and the right vertical plate portion 3312 at both ends of one side through the falling pipe blocking mechanism rotating shaft 337, and the falling pipe blocking mechanism mounting plate 332 is disposed at the other side of the mounting plate tilting mechanism 336. The urine collection tube pressing mechanism is arranged below the mounting plate overturning mechanism 336.
The mounting plate turnover mechanism 336 comprises a turnover handle 3361, a hook 3362, a hook mounting shaft 3363, a hook clamping shaft 3364 and a turnover tension spring 3365. The hook claw mounting shaft 3363 rotates to be connected on the falling pipe blocking mechanism mounting plate 332, the hook claw mounting shaft 3363 and the falling pipe blocking mechanism rotating shaft 337 are arranged in parallel. The both ends of coupler claw installation axle 3363 fixed mounting the coupler claw 3362, upset handle 3361 fixed mounting is in the one end of coupler claw installation axle 3363. A claw engaging shaft 3364 corresponding to the claw 3362 is fixed to each of the left and right vertical plates 3311 and 3312.

The urine collection tube falling baffle 333 is provided with a second optocoupler baffle part 3332, and a third detection optocoupler 33011 corresponding to the second optocoupler baffle part 3332 is fixedly arranged on the falling baffle tube mechanism mounting plate 332.
The urine collecting tube falling baffle 333 is provided with a travel switch touch block, and a first travel switch 33012 corresponding to the travel switch touch block is fixedly arranged on the falling baffle mechanism mounting plate 332. In this embodiment, the second slider 339 is a travel switch touch block.
When the urine collection tube is clamped at the urine collection tube pressing mechanism, the turnover handle 3361 is rotated, so that the hook claw 3362 is separated from the hook claw clamping shaft 3364, the urine collection tube falling tube blocking mechanism is turned around the falling tube blocking mechanism rotating shaft 337, the urine collection tube pressing mechanism is opened, and the urine collection tube clamped at the pressing mechanism can be conveniently processed.
As shown in fig. 11 to 12, the urine sampling tube pressing mechanism includes a rotary friction wheel 442, a support roller 443, a pressing roller 444, a rotary friction wheel drive mechanism 445, and a pressing roller drive mechanism 446. The rotary friction wheel 442, the support roller 443, and the pinch roller 444 are arranged in an acute triangular shape, the support roller 443 is disposed below the rotary friction wheel 442, and the pinch roller 444 is disposed in front of the rotary friction wheel 442 and the support roller 443.
The supporting roller 443 includes a first supporting roller 4431 and a second supporting roller 4432, the first supporting roller 4431 and the second supporting roller 4432 are mounted on a supporting roller shaft 447, and two ends of the supporting roller shaft 447 are respectively mounted on the left vertical plate 3311 and the right vertical plate 3312 through bearings.
The rotating friction wheel 442 is attached to a rotating friction wheel shaft 448, and both ends of the rotating friction wheel shaft 448 are attached to the left and right vertical plates 3311, 3312 through bearings, respectively. The rotating friction wheel driving mechanism 445 comprises a rotating motor 4451, a transmission wheel five 4452, a transmission wheel six 4453 and a transmission belt three 4454, wherein the rotating motor 4451 is connected with the transmission wheel five 4452, the rotating friction wheel shaft 448 is connected with the transmission wheel six 4453, and the transmission wheel five 4452 and the transmission wheel six 4453 are connected through the transmission belt three 4454. The rotary motor 4451, the five transmission wheel 4452 and the six transmission wheel 4453 are mounted on the left vertical plate portion 3311 or the right vertical plate portion 3312.
As shown in fig. 13, the rotating friction wheel shaft 448 is provided with a rotating friction wheel mounting portion 4481, and the rotating friction wheel mounting portion 4481 is in interference fit with the rotating friction wheel 442. The rotating pulley mounting portion 4481 is provided at both ends with split retainer grooves 4482, and split retainers 4410 are mounted in the split retainer grooves 4482 to restrict axial displacement of the rotating pulley 442.
The pinch roller 444 is mounted on a pinch roller shaft 449, and the pinch roller shaft 9 is mounted on a pinch roller bracket 4411. A urine collection tube pressing and mounting plate 4412 is fixedly mounted between the left vertical plate portion 3311 and the right vertical plate portion 3312, and the pressing roller bracket 4411 is connected with the urine collection tube pressing and mounting plate 4412 through a guide rail slider mechanism. The upper surface of the urine sampling tube pressing mounting plate 4412 is provided with a guide rail three 4413 and a guide rail four 4414 which are arranged in parallel, the lower surface of the pressing roller bracket 4411 is provided with a slide block three 4415 and a slide block four 4416 which correspond to the guide rail three 4413 and the guide rail four 4414, and the guide rail three 4413 and the slide block three 4415, the guide rail four 4414 and the slide block four 4416 are in sliding connection.
As shown in fig. 14, a travel switch contact block 4417 is fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the pressing roller bracket 4411, and a second travel switch 4418 is mounted on the urine collection tube pressing mounting plate 4412.
The pressing roller driving mechanism 446 comprises a translation motor 4461, a lead screw nut mechanism 4462, a transmission wheel seven 4463, a transmission wheel eight 4464 and a transmission belt four 4465. The lead screw nut mechanism 4462 comprises a lead screw nut 44621 and a lead screw 44622, and the lead screw nut 44621 and the lead screw 44622 are in transmission connection. The pressing roller bracket 4411 is fixedly connected with a lead screw nut fixing plate 4419, and the lead screw nut fixing plate 4419 is fixedly connected with a lead screw nut 44621. The lead screw 44622 is connected with a transmission wheel seven 4463, the translation motor 4461 is connected with a transmission wheel eight 4464, and the transmission wheel seven 4463 and the transmission wheel eight 64 are connected through a transmission belt four 4465. The seven transmission wheel 4463, the eight transmission wheel 4464 and the translation motor 4461 are arranged on the urine sampling tube pressing and mounting plate 4412.
The pinch roller 444 is a rubber roller or the surface of the pinch roller 444 is coated with a rubber layer to increase the friction force of the pinch roller 444 on the urine collection tube.
The urine collecting tube is clamped tightly in a triangular mode by the rotary friction wheel 442, the supporting roller 443 and the pressing roller 444, and clamping is stable; the rotating friction wheel driving mechanism 445 drives the rotating friction wheel 442 to rotate, and the rotating friction wheel 442 drives the urine collection tube to rotate, so that the label is gradually attached to the urine collection tube; the pinch roller drive mechanism 446 drives the pinch roller 444 to translate back and forth, thereby pinching off the fallen urine collection tube.
As shown in fig. 15-17, the label paper printing mechanism includes a base plate 551, a mounting riser 552, a printer head 553, a platen roller assembly 554, a plurality of guide rods 555, a paper discharge spool assembly 556, a paper delivery spool assembly 557, and a drive motor 558.
The mounting riser 552 is slidably coupled to the base 551 by a rail-slider mechanism. The printer head 553, the paper pressing roller assembly 554, the guide rods 555, the paper feeding roller assembly 556, the paper collecting roller assembly 557 and the driving motor 558 are arranged on the mounting vertical plate 552.
As shown in fig. 15 to 16, two rail mounting grooves 55101 are provided on the base plate 551, and five rails 559 are respectively provided in the rail mounting grooves 55101. The cross section of the mounting vertical plate 552 is L-shaped, a five sliding block 5510 corresponding to the five guide rails 559 is arranged at the bottom of the mounting vertical plate 552, and the five sliding block 5510 is slidably connected with the five guide rails 559. When paper needs to be changed, the mounting vertical plate 552 is pulled out, and after the printing paper is changed, the mounting vertical plate 552 is pushed back, so that the printing paper can be conveniently changed.
As shown in fig. 18, the platen roller assembly 554 includes a fixed mounting block 55401, a plunger mounting block 55402, a plunger 55403, and a plurality of platen rollers 55404. The paper pressing rollers 55404 are rotatably connected to the pressing rod 55403, and the pressing rod 55403 is fixedly mounted on the pressing rod mounting block 55402. The platen rollers 55404 press against the printing paper, so friction is generated between the printing paper and the platen roller 55404. When one of the platen rollers 55404 is blocked or jammed in rotation, the remaining platen rollers 55404 can still rotate smoothly. Therefore, compared with the integrally arranged paper pressing roller, the paper pressing roller is arranged in a split mode, and when the paper pressing roller is blocked or stuck, the friction between the printing paper and the paper pressing roller is smaller.
The printer head 552 comprises a paper inlet and a paper outlet, a paper feed guide rod 55501 is arranged at the paper inlet, a paper outlet is provided with a first paper outlet guide rod 55502 and a second paper outlet guide rod 55503, a paper pressing roller 55404 is arranged between the first paper outlet guide rod 55502 and the second paper outlet guide rod 55503, and the paper pressing roller 55404 presses printing paper to the first paper outlet guide rod 55502 and the second paper outlet guide rod 55503.
Two paper pressing roller adjusting grooves 55201 are arranged on the mounting vertical plate 552, the paper pressing roller adjusting grooves 55201 are waist-shaped grooves, and the length direction of the paper pressing roller adjusting grooves 55201 is along the vertical direction. Bolts pass through the press rod mounting block 55402, the press roller adjusting groove 55201 and the fixing mounting block 55401 to fixedly mount the press rod mounting block 55402 on the mounting vertical plate 552. The tightness of the paper pressing can be adjusted by adjusting the up-and-down position of the fixed mounting block 55401 at the paper pressing roller adjusting groove 55201 to adjust the up-and-down height of the paper pressing roller 55404 and the pressing lever 55403.
As shown in fig. 19, the paper feeding roll assembly 556 includes a paper feeding roll 55601, a paper feeding roll inner baffle 55602, a paper feeding roll flange 55603, a paper feeding roll shaft 55604, and a paper feeding roll bearing pair 55605. The paper roll shaft 55604 is fixedly mounted on the mounting upright plate 552 via a paper roll flange 55603, and the paper roll 55601 is rotatably connected to the paper roll shaft 55604 via a paper roll bearing pair 55605. The paper feeding roller inner baffle 55602 is fixedly connected to one end of the paper feeding roller 55601 close to the mounting vertical plate 552.
As shown in fig. 20-21, the delivery roll assembly 557 includes a delivery roll 55701, a delivery roll inner flapper 55702, a delivery roll bearing assembly 55703, a delivery roll shaft 55704, a pair of delivery roll bearings 55705, and a delivery nip 55706. The delivery roll shaft 55704 is fixedly connected to the delivery roll 55701, and the delivery roll bearing block 55703 is fixedly mounted on the mounting upright plate 552. The delivery spool 55704 is rotatably coupled to the delivery spool bearing mount 55703 by a delivery spool bearing pair 55705. The delivery roll inner baffle 702 is fixedly connected to one end of the delivery roll 55701 close to the mounting upright plate 552. The paper recycling clip 55706 is U-shaped, and the paper recycling reel 55701 is provided with a paper recycling clip installation groove 557011 for installing the paper recycling clip 55706.
The shaft of the delivery roll 55701 is connected with the driving motor through a transmission mechanism, and the driving motor 558 is fixedly installed on the installation vertical plate 552.
In this embodiment, the transmission mechanism includes a transmission wheel nine, a transmission wheel ten, and a transmission belt five. The driving wheel nine is installed on the delivery drum shaft through a bearing I, and two ends of the bearing I are limited through split collars. An output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the driving wheel ten, and the driving wheel nine and the driving wheel ten are connected through the driving belt five.
As shown in fig. 22-23, the urine collection tube dropping mechanism comprises a urine collection tube rolling slide 662, a urine collection tube overturning component 663, a travel switch component 664 and a second return spring 665.
The urine collecting tube overturning assembly 663 comprises an overturning frame 6631, an overturning frame plectrum 6632, an eccentric wheel 6633 and an overturning motor 6634.
The overturning frame 6631 comprises an upper overturning plate 66311 and a lower overturning plate 66312, the upper overturning plate 66311 is Jiong-shaped, the lower overturning plate 66312 is 3526-shaped, and the upper overturning plate 66311 and the lower overturning plate 66312 are fixedly connected to form a □ -shaped overturning frame 6631. Two ends of the turning frame 6631 are respectively connected with the frame 331 in a rotating way through rotating shafts. The rotating shaft of the eccentric wheel II 6633 is arranged in parallel with the axial lines of the rotating shafts at the two ends of the turning frame 6631. The second eccentric wheel 6633 is driven by the overturning motor 6634 to rotate, the second eccentric wheel 6633 stirs the turnover frame shifting sheet 6632, so that the turnover frame 6631 overturns, the urine collecting pipe placed on the upper surface of the upper turnover plate 66311 falls to the urine collecting pipe rolling slide 662, and the urine collecting pipe rolls from the urine collecting pipe rolling slide 662.
