As shown in fig. 8, the lifting mechanism 7 further includes a third spring 7g, the third spring 7g is coaxially sleeved on the sliding rod 7c, and two ends of the third spring 7g respectively abut against the bottom end of the lifting plate 7d and the top end of the bottom plate 7 a.
The third spring 7g is coaxially sleeved on the sliding rod 7c, and when the relative height between the bottom plate 7a and the lifting plate 7d is adjusted, the bottom plate 7a and the lifting plate 7d can be stabilized and balanced through the third spring 7g, so that the second conveyor 2 can be stably fixed by the lifting plate 7d along the horizontal direction.
As shown in fig. 9, the bag breaking assembly 3 comprises chain saws 3a with working ends obliquely arranged at equal intervals at the bottom of the feeding end of the first conveyor 1, and the working ends of the chain saws 3a are arranged in a staggered mode between the hooks 1a along the moving direction of the hooks.
As shown in fig. 9, the working ends of the chain saws 3a are arranged between the hooks 1a in a staggered manner along the moving direction, and the working ends of the chain saws 3a are inclined towards the hooks 1a, so that when the plastic bag is hung on the hooks 1a to move horizontally, the chain saws 3a can saw the garbage bag along the conveying direction, so that the garbage bag can be separated from the plastic bag, and in the horizontal moving process, the bottom end of the plastic bag is gradually sawed, and the top end of the plastic bag is still hung on the hooks 1a, so that the garbage and the plastic bag can be separated.
As shown in fig. 3, partitions 2a perpendicular to the conveying surface of the second conveyor 2 are uniformly distributed on the conveying surface at equal intervals.
The conveying surface of the second conveyor 2 is uniformly provided with the partition plates 2a perpendicular to the conveying surface at equal intervals, namely when the garbage bags are thrown to the feeding end of the first conveyor 1, the partition plates 2a can push the garbage bags to move to the opposite surfaces of the first conveyor 1 and the second conveyor 2 along the conveying direction of the garbage bags, so that the garbage bags can be hung on the claw 1a even if the garbage bags are hung, and the garbage bags can be prevented from sliding on the conveying surface of the second conveyor 2 in the hanging process.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the device realizes the functions of the invention through the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems provided by the invention:
step one, kitchen waste packaged by plastic bags is put into a machine shell A through a feed port A1, and the feed port A1 is positioned at the top of the feed end of a second conveyor 2, namely the kitchen waste falls on the conveying surface of the second conveyor 2;
moving the garbage on the conveying surface of the second conveyor 2 until the garbage moves to the feeding end of the conveying surface at the bottom of the first conveyor 1, wherein the conveying surface of the first conveyor 1 is provided with hooks 1a in a rectangular array, namely the hooks 1a pierce the plastic bag and hang the plastic bag at the bottom of the first conveyor 1;
thirdly, clamping and conveying the garbage together by the conveying surface at the bottom of the first conveyor 1 and the conveying surface at the top of the second conveyor 2 until the garbage is separated from the conveying surface at the top of the second conveyor 2;
step four, starting the bag breaking assembly 3 to enable the chain saw 3a to saw the plastic bags along the conveying direction of the conveying surface at the bottom of the first conveyor 1, namely enabling the garbage in the plastic bags to fall into the feeding end of the crushing mechanism B under the action of gravity, and starting the vibration motor 5 to accelerate the garbage to be separated from the sawed packaging bags;
step five, the plastic bag is continuously hung on the hook claw 1a until the plastic bag moves to the discharge end of the conveying surface at the bottom of the first conveyor 1, the rotary roller 4a is coaxially and rotatably arranged at one side of the discharge end of the conveying surface at the bottom of the first conveyor 1, namely, the arc claw 4b can scrape the plastic bag hung on the hook claw 1a, so that the plastic bag is prevented from being accumulated on the conveying surface of the first conveyor 1 to influence the hanging effect of the plastic bag, and the plastic bag taken down by the stripping rake 4 is discharged outwards through the bag outlet A2, so that the plastic bag can be recovered;
step six, the garbage falls into a crushing mechanism B under the action of gravity, and the crushing mechanism B crushes the plastic bags;
and seventhly, discharging the crushed garbage into the solid-liquid separation mechanism C from the discharge end of the crushing mechanism B, so that the solid-liquid separation mechanism C separates solid garbage and liquid garbage, and the solid garbage can be changed into organic fertilizer through fermentation, so that the organic fertilizer is recycled.

1. A kitchen waste recycling disposer, comprising:
a housing (A);
the unpacking and separating mechanism is arranged at the top in the shell (A) and is used for separating garbage from the packaging bag;
the crushing mechanism (B) is arranged in the machine shell (A) and the feeding end of the crushing mechanism vertically faces to the discharging end of the unpacking and separating mechanism;
the solid-liquid separation mechanism (C) is arranged in the shell (A), the feeding end of the solid-liquid separation mechanism (C) is communicated with the discharging end of the crushing mechanism (B), and the solid discharging end and the liquid discharging end of the solid-liquid separation mechanism (C) are arranged outside the shell (A);
it is characterized in that;
the unpacking and separating mechanism comprises a first conveyor (1), a second conveyor (2), a bag breaking component (3) and a material removing rake (4),
the first conveyor (1) and the second conveyor (2) are sequentially and horizontally arranged at the top in the shell (A) from high to low, the conveying directions of the relative conveying surfaces of the first conveyor (1) and the second conveyor (2) are the same, the feeding end of the conveying surface at the bottom of the first conveyor (1) is positioned at the top of the discharging end of the conveying surface at the top of the second conveyor (2), hooks (1a) are arranged on the conveying surface of the first conveyor (1) in a rectangular array mode, hooks (1a) of the hooks (1a) positioned on the conveying surface at the bottom of the first conveyor (1) horizontally face the discharging end of the second conveyor (2), and the discharging end of the second conveyor (2) is positioned at the top of the feeding end of the crushing mechanism;
the bag breaking component (3) is arranged at the discharge end of the conveying surface at the bottom of the first conveyor (1), and the working end of the bag breaking component (3) faces the discharge end of the second conveyor (2);
the material removing rake (4) is coaxially and rotatably arranged on one side of the discharge end of the bottom conveying surface of the first conveyor (1), and the material removing rake (4) is used for scraping off the packaging bags on the discharge end of the bottom conveying surface of the first conveyor (1);
the machine shell (A) is also provided with a feed inlet (A1) positioned at the top of the feed end of the second conveyor (2) and a bag outlet (A2) positioned at one side of the material-removing rake (4).

The kitchen waste recycling and treating machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stripping rake (4) comprises a rotary roller (4a), the rotary roller (4a) is coaxially and rotatably arranged on one side of the feeding end of the first conveyor (1), arc claws (4b) which rotate in the same direction as the rotary roller are uniformly distributed on the circumferential surface of the rotary roller (4a), the hook claws (1a) and the arc claws (4b) are mutually staggered, one end of the rotary roller (4a) is coaxially and fixedly connected with the output shaft of the servo motor, and the rotary roller (4a) and the feeding end of the first conveyor (1) reversely rotate in the working state.
3. The kitchen waste recycling and treating machine according to claim 1, further comprising a vibration motor (5), wherein the vibration motor (5) is arranged on two sides of the first conveyor (1), and the vibration motor (5) is used for vibrating the plastic bags hung on the first conveyor (1).

The kitchen waste recycling processor according to claim 3, further comprising a shock-absorbing frame (6), wherein the first conveyor (1) is horizontally arranged in the housing (A) through the shock-absorbing frame (6), and the first conveyor (1) is used for eliminating the vibration of the vibration motor (5) and the housing (A).
5. The kitchen waste recycling disposer of claim 4, wherein the shock-absorbing frame (6) comprises,
the mounting plate (6a) and the guide rail (6b) are arranged on two sides in the machine shell (A) in a sliding mode along the vertical direction through the guide rail (6b), fixing lugs (6a1) with vertical axes are arranged on the outer side of the mounting plate (6a), and the first conveyor (1) is horizontally arranged between the mounting plates (6a) on the two sides;
the installation plate (6a) is vertical in axis and fixedly arranged on two sides in the machine shell (A) through the fixing seat (6d), and the polished rod (6c) is in sliding fit with the fixing lug (6a1) along the vertical direction;
first spring (6e) and second spring (6f), first spring (6e) and second spring (6f) all coaxial cover are established on polished rod (6c), and first spring (6e) both ends respectively the butt at the bottom of top fixing base (6d) and the top of fixed ear (6a1), the both ends of second spring (6f) respectively the butt at the top of bottom fixing base (6d) and the bottom of fixed ear (6a 1).
6. The kitchen waste recycling processor according to claim 1, further comprising a lifting mechanism (7), wherein the second conveyor (2) is horizontally disposed at the bottom of the first conveyor (1) by the lifting mechanism (7).
7. The kitchen waste recycling processor according to claim 6, wherein the lifting mechanism (7) comprises,
the bottom plate (7a), the bottom plate (7a) is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the bottom of the feed port (A1);
the device comprises a fixed cylinder (7b) and a sliding rod (7c), wherein the fixed cylinder (7b) is fixedly arranged at the top end of a bottom plate (7a) along the vertical direction, and the sliding rod (7c) is coaxially and slidably arranged in the fixed cylinder (7 b);
