Thus, after the ultrasonic cleaning and the cleaning by the first cleaning means, the air-cut drying means 5 can perform cleaning such as drying and dust removal.
Further, a cleaning mechanism is disposed behind the second air knife 522, and the specific structure of the cleaning mechanism is identical to that of the first cleaning mechanism 4, which is not described herein, and the cleaning head 51 above the third support rail may also be driven by the air cylinder 511 to lift. The cleaning head 51 of the cleaning mechanism can be used for air drying or water washing, and the medium pipeline of the corresponding cleaning mechanism can be connected with a cleaning liquid supply mechanism or a gas supply mechanism, and the cleaning head is specifically selected according to different cleaning requirements. Meanwhile, the containing groove also covers the cleaning mechanism, so that waste water generated during cleaning of the cleaning mechanism can be collected.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to ensure that the liquids in the working process of the second cleaning mechanism 3 and the ultrasonic cleaning device do not flow into each other, a partition 345 is provided between the first support rail 21 and the second support rail 22, between the second support rail 22 and the third support rail 23, and between the first cleaning mechanism 4 and the wind-cutting drying mechanism 5, the partition 345 is driven to lift by a lifting cylinder 3451 fixed on the frame, when the cylinder shaft of the lifting cylinder 3451 extends, the bottom of the partition 345 is equal to or flush with or slightly lower than the height of the support rail 2, preferably, the bottom of the partition 345 is located below the support rail 2, and when the cylinder shaft of the lifting cylinder 3451 retracts, the partition 345 is lifted above the support rail 2 and the lifting height thereof is not lower than the height of the jig 100 or the workpiece, so as to ensure that the jig 100 can smoothly pass through the first support rail 21, the second support rail 22 and the third support rail 23. The plurality of partitions 345 may divide the track 2 into a plurality of washing partitions when descending, thereby avoiding interference when washing the partitions with each other.
The cleaning machine further comprises a feeding station 71 positioned in front of the first cleaning mechanism 4 and a discharging station 72 positioned behind the air-cut drying mechanism 5. The feeding station 71 is located on the first supporting rail 21, and the lifting partition 345 is arranged between the feeding station and the second cleaning mechanism 3; the blanking station 72 is located on the third supporting rail 23, and the lifting partition 345 is disposed between the blanking station and the wind-cutting drying mechanism 5. When the workpiece to be cleaned is placed on the jig 100, the jig 100 and the workpiece are placed between the two push rods 12 on the feeding station 71, and the push rods 12 push the workpiece to move towards the second cleaning nozzle 31. In the process of moving the first support rail 21 to the second support rail 22, the workpiece in the jig 100 is subjected to omnibearing high-pressure flushing. The jig 100 and the workpiece are moved to the third support rail 23, and the workpiece in the jig 100 is subjected to low-pressure flushing. After low-pressure flushing, the workpiece in the jig 100 is subjected to comprehensive air-cutting and air-drying and dust-removing treatment.
The scheme further discloses a cleaning system, comprising the push type ultrasonic cleaner. The cleaning medium supplying mechanism is used for supplying the cleaning medium to the push type ultrasonic cleaner.
The cleaning medium supply mechanism is specifically as follows:
as shown in fig. 6, it includes a fresh water tank 91 for storing fresh water for washing and a foul water tank 92 for storing foul water formed after washing. Both are provided with a level sensor 90. The water in the tank body is sensed by a liquid level sensor 90 positioned on the clean water tank 91, and a signal is transmitted to a control system when the water is insufficient, and the control system controls the conduction of a valve 901 on the automatic water supplementing pipeline to realize automatic water supplementing. The heater 911 is provided in the clean water tank 91 to heat the liquid in the clean water tank 91, the water temperature in the clean water tank 91 is detected and displayed by the temperature sensor 93, and the temperature sensor 93 is provided at the side of the clean water tank 91.
The cleaning medium supply mechanism further comprises a high-pressure liquid supply pipeline for supplying high-pressure water to the second cleaning nozzle 31, wherein the high-pressure liquid supply pipeline comprises a first water suction pump 831 and a first pipeline 832; the first suction pump 831 is connected to the clean water tank 91, and supplies the cleaning liquid in the clean water tank 91 to the cleaning medium supply pipe 43 to which the second cleaning nozzle 31 is connected through the first pipe 832, and outputs the cleaning liquid. The outlet pressure of the first suction pump 831 is preferably 2±0.3mpa.
The sewage obtained by cleaning the cleaning liquid sprayed from the second cleaning nozzle 31 is collected in the storage tank 30, and the sewage flows into the sewage tank 92 through a first drain filter pipe connected to a first drain outlet at the bottom of the storage tank 30. The first drainage filtering pipeline comprises a first drainage pipeline 301, the water inlet end of the first drainage pipeline 301 is connected with a first water outlet at the bottom of the storage groove 30, the water outlet end of the first drainage pipeline 301 is connected with the liquid inlet end of the magnetic separator 95, and the water outlet end of the magnetic separator 95 is connected with the sewage tank 92. The water outlet end of the first liquid draining pipe 301 is provided with a filter screen 94 or a filter screen 94 is disposed between the water outlet end of the first liquid draining pipe 301 and the magnetic separator 94, at this time, the filter screen is located in a water tank, and the water outlet at the bottom of the water tank is communicated with the liquid inlet section of the magnetic separator 94. The sewage is filtered and separated by the first filter net 94 and the magnetic separator 95 before entering the sewage tank 92, so that the cleaned solid impurities are not entered into the sewage tank 92. The mesh number of the first filter 94 is preferably 70 mesh, and the size can be adjusted according to practical requirements.
As shown in fig. 6, the oil dirt which has entered the upper layer of the sewage in the sewage tank 92 is removed from the sewage tank 92 by the oil scraper 921 which is provided on the sewage tank 92. The specific structure of the oil scraper is known technology and will not be described here.
The water stored in the sewage tank 92 is also used for supplying water to the ultrasonic cleaning device. The sewage tank 92 is connected with the cleaning tank of the ultrasonic cleaning device through a filtering liquid supply pipeline. The filtering water supply pipeline at least comprises a third water suction pump 801, a third pipeline 802 and a third filter arranged on the third pipeline 802; the third water pump 801 is connected to the sewage tank 92, and pumps the liquid in the sewage tank 92, filters the liquid through the first filter 803, and then sends the filtered liquid to the cleaning tank of the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus through the third pipe 802. Meanwhile, the first filter 803 is further connected to the clean water tank 91 through a fourth pipe 804, a connection point of the fourth pipe 804 and the third pipe is located at the rear of the first filter, and a valve located at the rear of the connection point of the third pipe and the fourth pipe is further arranged on the third pipe.
The first filter 803 is preferably a bag filter, and a two-stage belt filter is used, wherein the filtering accuracy of the former stage belt filter is 50 micrometers, and the filtering accuracy of the latter stage belt filter is 25 micrometers, and the filtering accuracy of the two-stage filter can be adjusted as required. The bag filter has the advantages that: the filter has the advantages of small volume, novel structure, strong applicability, convenient replacement of the filter bag and easy operation. And the two-stage filter can effectively ensure the filtering precision and the filtering efficiency. Of course, other filters disclosed in the prior art may be used instead of the bag filter of the present invention, and will not be described in detail herein.
The sewage that forms after ultrasonic cleaner washs is discharged to in the sewage case by the third drainage filter circuit, the third drainage filter circuit include with the second fluid-discharge tube 805 that the washing tank is connected, the liquid inlet end of magnetic separator is connected to the play water end of second fluid-discharge tube 805, magnetic separator's play water end is connected the sewage case, the play water end of second fluid-discharge tube is provided with the filter screen or be provided with the filter screen between play water end and the magnetic separator of second fluid-discharge tube 805.
The first drainage filtering pipeline and the second drainage filtering pipeline can be provided with a magnetic filter and a filter screen respectively, and are more optimal, the first drainage filtering pipeline and the second drainage filtering pipeline share the filter screen 94 and the magnetic separator 95, at the moment, the filter screen is arranged in a water tank above the sewage tank, and the liquid outlet ends of the two pipelines are respectively opposite to the filter screen 94 in the water tank.
The sewage tank 92 is further connected with an oil-water separation device 97, oil is separated by the oil-water separation device 97, the water outlet end of the oil-water separation device 97 is connected with the water purifying tank 91 through a pipeline, and finally purified water obtained after filtration is circularly discharged into the water purifying tank 91 through the pipeline. It can be seen that the liquid finally circulated and discharged into the clean water tank 91 is oil-free and free of solid impurities, whether filtered by the first filter 803 or separated by the oil-water separation device 97.
As shown in fig. 6, the cleaning medium supply mechanism further includes a low pressure supply line for supplying low pressure water to the first cleaning head 41, the low pressure supply line including a second suction pump 841 and a second pipe 842, the second suction pump 841 being connected to the clean water tank 91, and supplying the cleaning liquid drawn from the clean water tank 91 to the second cleaning head 31 through the second pipe 842 for output. The outlet pressure of the second water pump 841 is preferably 1.2±0.2mpa.
To improve the cleanliness of the cleaning solution output from the first cleaning nozzle 41, a second filter 843 is disposed on the second pipe 842, and the second filter 843 is preferably a cotton stick filter, so as to eliminate impurities in the liquid pumped by the second water pump 841, to protect the normal use of the cleaning machine, reduce maintenance, and to improve efficiency, the second filter 843 uses two cotton stick filters connected in parallel, and their filtering precision is 10 micrometers. So that the cleaning cleanliness of the first cleaning head will be higher than the cleaning proximity of the second cleaning head.
The sewage discharged through the first cleaning nozzle 41 is collected in the collecting tank 40, and is discharged into the sewage tank 92 through the second drain filter line communicating with the second drain port of the collecting tank 40. The second drainage filtering pipeline comprises a second drainage pipe 401 connected with a second drainage outlet at the bottom of the storage tank, a second filter screen 96 is arranged at the water outlet end of the second drainage pipe 401, and the second filter screen 96 can be fixed at the water outlet end of the second drainage pipe 401 or in a water tank on the sewage tank.
The air-cutting drying mechanism 5 is connected with an air blowing device (not shown in the figure), and the air blowing device may be a blower, a fan, or other devices disclosed in the prior art, and the structure thereof is not described herein. The gas is delivered to the drying nozzle 51 through the blowing device and is outputted to remove moisture from the surface of the workpiece. The air-cutting flow rate of the air blowing device in the invention is preferably 100+/-1 KM/H.
The jig used in cleaning can be of various feasible structures, such as a basket for conventional ultrasonic cleaning or other containers with water leakage and containing space.
The following briefly describes a cleaning method of an ultrasonic cleaner:
s1, placing the jig 100 with the workpieces on the two first support rails 21 and between the push rods 12.
S2, the motor 10 starts to drive the two chains to rotate so as to drive the push rod 12 to rotate and push the jig 100 on the first support rail 21 to move towards the second support rail 22.
And S3, the jig 100 moves to the second support rail 22 in the second state, the motor 10 stops, and the chain 21 stops rotating.
S4, the cylinder shafts of the second lifting cylinders 221 retract to enable the two second support rails 22 to descend, and simultaneously drive the jig 100 to descend into a cleaning tank of the ultrasonic cleaner for ultrasonic cleaning.
And S5, after ultrasonic cleaning is finished, the cylinder shaft of the second lifting cylinder 221 stretches out to drive the second support rail 22 and the jig 100 to ascend until the second support rail 22 is restored to a second state to be connected with the first support rail and the third support rail.
S6, the motor 10 starts to drive the chain 21 to resume rotation, and the push rod 22 pushes the jig 100 to the third support rail 23 and moves to the tail end for discharging.
Furthermore, in addition to ultrasonic cleaning, other cleaning processes can be performed according to different requirements, for example, the workpiece on the first support rail can be subjected to high-pressure water cleaning by the second cleaning mechanism before ultrasonic cleaning; after ultrasonic cleaning, the workpiece on the third support rail can also be subjected to low-pressure water cleaning by the first cleaning mechanism. After the low-pressure water washing, the workpiece can be subjected to air cutting, air drying treatment and the like through an air cutting mechanism and a cleaning mechanism.
The invention has various embodiments, and all technical schemes formed by equivalent transformation or equivalent transformation fall within the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (6)

1. Ultrasonic cleaner system, its characterized in that: at least comprises an ultrasonic cleaning device (101), a second cleaning mechanism (3), a first cleaning mechanism (4), a wind cutting mechanism (5), a clean water tank (91) and a sewage tank (92);
the second cleaning mechanism (3) is connected with the clean water tank (91) for supplying cleaning liquid to the second cleaning nozzle (31) thereof through a high-pressure liquid supply pipeline, and a first water outlet at the bottom of a collecting tank (30) for collecting waste water generated during cleaning of the second cleaning mechanism (3) is connected with the sewage tank (92) through a first water drainage filtering pipeline; the sewage tank (92) is also provided with an oil scraping machine (921);
the first cleaning mechanism (4) is connected with the clean water tank (91) through a low-pressure liquid supply pipeline for supplying cleaning liquid to a first cleaning nozzle (41) of the first cleaning mechanism, and a second water outlet at the bottom of a containing groove (40) for collecting sewage formed during cleaning of the first cleaning mechanism (4) is connected with the sewage tank (92) through a second water drainage filtering pipeline; the ultrasonic cleaning device (101) is connected with the sewage tank (92) through a filtering liquid supply pipeline for supplying cleaning liquid to the cleaning tank (1010), the ultrasonic cleaning device (101) is connected with the sewage tank (92) through a third draining filtering pipeline, the sewage tank (92) is communicated with the oil-water separation device (97) through a drain pipe (971), and the water outlet end of the oil-water separation device is connected with the water purifying tank (91) through a circulating pipeline (972);
the high-pressure liquid supply pipeline comprises a first water suction pump (831) and a first pipeline (832); the first water suction pump (831) is connected with the clean water tank (91) and is connected with the second cleaning spray head (31) through the first pipeline (832);
the low-pressure liquid supply pipeline comprises a second water suction pump (841), the second water suction pump (841) is connected with the first cleaning spray head (41) through a second pipeline (842), and a second filter (843) is arranged on the second pipeline (842);
the first drainage filter pipeline comprises a first drainage pipeline, the water outlet end of the first drainage pipeline is connected with the liquid inlet end of the magnetic separator (95), and the water outlet end of the magnetic separator (95) is connected with the sewage tank (92); the water outlet end of the first liquid discharge pipeline is provided with a filter screen or the filter screen is arranged between the water outlet end of the first liquid discharge pipeline and the magnetic separator.

The ultrasonic cleaning machine system according to claim 1, wherein: the number of the second filters (843) is two and the second filters (843) are arranged in parallel, and the filtering precision of the second filters (843) is larger than that of the filters in the filtering liquid supply pipeline.
