随着人们生活质量的提高,对帆布鞋的追求标准比过去有了明显的变化,在注重舒适性、轻便性、质量的同时,更加强调一些特殊的功能,如防水、透湿、保暖、抗菌等。目前市面上大部分的帆布鞋鞋底薄,极易浸水,防水性差,且耐磨性、透气性也有待进一步提高。此外,帆布鞋鞋面设计也存在无法防水排湿等问题,使得帆布鞋在下雨天穿着使用时,雨水极易浸湿鞋面,并进入鞋腔内部,导致鞋体内部潮湿,穿着体验感差。

从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的双层防水底的帆布鞋,鞋底采用双层复合鞋底结构,且双层复合鞋底外涂覆耐磨防水胶,上层鞋底端面结合有透气抗菌纤维网,双层防水鞋底采用合理的原料配方,并通过试验,筛选调整出最优最合理的原料配方,最终使得本发明的双层鞋底具有高强度、高耐磨性、高稳定性、高弹性,以及优异的防水性、抗菌透气性。
(2)本发明的双层复合鞋底上层鞋底端面结合有透气抗菌纤维网,采用天然椰壳纤维网,具有良好的透气性,还具有抗菌性,能够有效避免脚气、脚汗、脚廯等疾病。本发明鞋底涂覆有耐磨防水胶,赋予了鞋底更加优异的耐热防水性。
(3)本发明的鞋面面料采用双层鞋面面料,有抗菌透气层和高分子聚合物防水透气薄膜复合而成;其中,抗菌透气层采用包芯纱;中心纱线为草珊瑚纤维,草珊瑚纤维具有抗菌消炎、自身发热等优点;保暖纱线为棉纤维,棉纤维具有优异的吸湿性、保暖性、耐热性等优点,采用包芯纱能够使得制备的鞋面面料具有强度高、稳定性强、吸湿快干、抗菌保健等优点。
(4)本发明的高分子聚合物防水透气薄膜内部孔径小于水分子的直径,穿着过程中鞋面仅空气和水蒸气可通过鞋面面料,液体不能渗透,具有优异的防水透气性能,此外经刮涂处理后的PVDF/TPU共混薄膜表面具有疏水性,同时也进一步降低了薄膜的平均孔径;因此本发明最终制备的面料具有气密性和水密性的同时,具有优异的防水性。

上述下层鞋底包括以下重量份的原料:顺丁橡胶65kg、丁苯橡胶弹性体45kg,石蜡油11kg,三氧化铝12kg,硬脂酸镁10kg、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2kg,过氧化二异丙苯1kg,硫化剂2kg、2,2’-二硫化二苯并噻唑1.8kg。
上述双层复合鞋底的制备包括以下步骤:
S1,将上述重量份的上层鞋底原料混合熔融挤出造粒,制得上层鞋底颗粒;将上述重量份的下层鞋底材料混合熔融挤出造粒,制得下层鞋底颗粒;
S2,将步骤S1制得的上层鞋底颗粒混炼、模压成型,制得上层鞋底;步骤S1制得的下层鞋底颗粒混炼、模压成型,制得下层鞋底;其中上层鞋底底面结合有高温低温膜片;
S3,将步骤S2制得的上层鞋底、下层鞋底依次放入复合模具中并加热加压复合在一起,使得高低温膜片介于上层鞋底和下层鞋底之间,将上层鞋底与下层鞋底粘结,制得双层复合鞋底。
上述耐磨防水胶的制备包括以下步骤:将30kg丙烯酸酯乳液、20kg聚醋酸乙烯乳液、15kg环氧树脂、8kg松香改性酚醛树脂加入到混料槽中,搅拌混合,在搅拌下依次加入5kg卡波姆、10kg柠檬酸钠、5kg醋酸丙酸纤维素、8kg轻质碳酸钙、3kg成膜助剂,3kg抗氧化剂,继续搅拌混合均匀,并调节pH至7~8,制得耐磨防水胶。
上述透气抗菌纤维网为天然椰壳纤维利用铺网机铺网制得的三维空间无序排列纤维网;上述透气抗菌纤维网与上层鞋底端面结合通过在上层鞋底端面表面涂覆胶粘剂,并经平压机压膜成型制得。
上述抗菌透气层采用抗菌透气面料;上述抗菌透气面料包括经丝和纬丝;上述经丝和纬丝均采用包芯纱;上述包芯纱包括中心纱线和包裹在中心纱线外面的保暖纱线;上述中心纱线与保暖纱线的重量比为45:100;上述中心纱线为草珊瑚纤维;上述保暖纱线为棉纤维;上述抗菌透气面料的制备包括以下步骤:将经丝按照经线密度为88根/cm,纬丝按照纬线密度为68根/cm编织成纤维网,制得抗菌透气面料。
上述防水层为高分子聚合物防水透气薄膜,上述高分子聚合物防水透气薄膜的内部孔径小于水分子的直径;上述高分子聚合物防水透气薄膜为经刮涂处理后的PVDF/TPU共混薄膜。
上述刮涂处理包括以下步骤:将聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚物与甲基丙烯酸甲酯以质量比10:1的比例加入到丙酮溶液中,混合搅拌30min,得到混合液;将PVDF/TPU共混薄膜在105℃下加热处理15min,得到热处理后的PVDF/TPU共混薄膜;采用混合液对热处理后的PVDF/TPU共混薄膜进行刮涂处理,然后置于真空干燥箱中,在80℃下真空干燥固化处理10h,得到经刮涂处理后的PVDF/TPU共混薄膜。

Claims (5)

1.一种双层防水底的帆布鞋,包括鞋底,其特征在于,所述鞋底顶部设有鞋面,所述鞋面底端与鞋底连接处连接;所述鞋底为双层复合鞋底,包括上层鞋底和下层鞋底,所述双层复合鞋底外涂覆耐磨防水胶,上层鞋底端面结合有透气抗菌纤维网;所述鞋面为双层鞋面面料,包括抗菌透气层和防水层;所述抗菌透气层上表面与所述防水层通过聚氨酯热熔胶热压复合连接;所述上层鞋底包括以下重量份的原料:顺丁橡胶50份~70份、天然橡胶30份~45份、聚氨酯弹性体25份~35份、竹炭粉10份~20份,壳聚糖5份~8份,活性炭1份~3份、软化油8份~10份、偶联剂3份~5份、硫化剂2份~4份、硬质酸锌5份~10份;所述下层鞋底包括以下重量份的原料:顺丁橡胶50份~65份、丁苯橡胶弹性体30份~45份,石蜡油8份~11份,三氧化铝10份~12份,硬脂酸镁5份~10份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1份~2份,过氧化二异丙苯0.5份~1份,硫化剂1.5份~2份、2,2’-二硫化二苯并噻唑0.5份~1.8份;所述透气抗菌纤维网为天然椰壳纤维利用铺网机铺网制得的三维空间无序排列纤维网;所述透气抗菌纤维网与上层鞋底端面结合通过在上层鞋底端面表面涂覆胶粘剂,并经平压机压膜成型制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层防水底的帆布鞋,其特征在于,所述双层复合鞋底的制备包括以下步骤:
S1,将所述重量份的上层鞋底原料混合熔融挤出造粒,制得上层鞋底颗粒;将所述重量份的下层鞋底材料混合熔融挤出造粒,制得下层鞋底颗粒;
S2,将步骤S1制得的上层鞋底颗粒混炼、模压成型,制得上层鞋底;步骤S1制得的下层鞋底颗粒混炼、模压成型,制得下层鞋底;其中上层鞋底底面结合有高温低温膜片;
S3,将步骤S2制得的上层鞋底、下层鞋底依次放入复合模具中并加热加压复合在一起,使得高低温膜片介于上层鞋底和下层鞋底之间,将上层鞋底与下层鞋底粘结,制得双层复合鞋底。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层防水底的帆布鞋,其特征在于,所述抗菌透气层采用抗菌透气面料;所述抗菌透气面料包括经丝和纬丝;所述经丝和纬丝均采用包芯纱;所述包芯纱包括中心纱线和包裹在中心纱线外面的保暖纱线;所述中心纱线与保暖纱线的重量比为35~45:100;所述中心纱线为草珊瑚纤维;所述保暖纱线为棉纤维;所述抗菌透气面料的制备包括以下步骤:将经丝按照经线密度为75根/cm~88根/cm,纬丝按照纬线密度为58根/cm~68根/cm编织成纤维网,制得抗菌透气面料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层防水底的帆布鞋,其特征在于,所述防水层为高分子聚合物防水透气薄膜,所述高分子聚合物防水透气薄膜的内部孔径小于水分子的直径;所述高分子聚合物防水透气薄膜为经刮涂处理后的PVDF/TPU共混薄膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双层防水底的帆布鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋底顶部设有鞋面,所述鞋面底端与鞋底连接处连接;所述鞋面通过粘合或缝合的方式连接在鞋底上。
