Abstract
本申请涉及健康食品技术领域,具体公开了一种缓解痛风组合物、软胶囊及其制备方法。一种缓解痛风组合物由包含以下重量份的原料制成:海洋鱼低聚肽100‑200份、猕猴桃提取物200‑400份、山楂提取物100‑200份、菊花提取物200‑800份、茯苓提取物200‑800份、复合B族酵母400‑800份、柠檬酸钾100‑200份、辅料2000‑4000份。本申请的缓解痛风组合物通过海洋鱼低聚肽、复合B族酵母、猕猴桃提取物以及山楂提取物等物质的复配,使其具有降低尿酸、增强新陈代谢,提高免疫力,缓解痛风的优点。

技术领域
本申请涉及健康食品技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种缓解痛风组合物、软胶囊及其制备方法。
背景技术
痛风是一种常见且复杂的关节炎类型,各个年龄段均可能罹患本病,男性发病率高于女性。痛风患者经常会在夜晚出现突然性的关节疼,发病急,关节部位出现严重的疼痛、水肿、红肿和炎症。目前为止痛风是在国内外均属于无法完全治愈的疾病之一。
痛风上在医学上主要是指高尿酸血症导致关节出现的疼痛,高尿酸血症(HUA)是指在正常嘌呤饮食状态下,非同日两次空腹血尿酸水平男性高于420umol/L,女性高于360umol/L的病症。对于高尿酸血症的治疗,除饮食、运动等生活方式干预以外,药物治疗扮演十分重要的角色。目前,临床常用降尿酸药物包括两种,一种是抑制尿酸合成的药物,例如别嘌呤醇、非布司他;另一种是促进尿酸排泄的药物,例如苯溴马隆﹑丙磺舒。
我国市场临床上最常用药物为别嘌呤醇和苯溴马隆。上述两种药物在临床使用的过程中对人体的肾脏或者肝功能有不利的影响,且大多患者出现的这类损伤往往是不可逆转的。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为得到的一种纯天然来源无副作用,且能够有效降低人体内的尿酸、乳酸含量的组合物具有现实意义。
发明内容
为了降低人体内尿酸含量以缓解痛风,本申请提供一种缓解痛风组合物、软胶囊及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种缓解痛风组合物,采用如下的技术方案:
一种缓解痛风组合物,所述缓解痛风组合物由包含以下重量份的原料制成:
通过采用上述技术方案,由于采用海洋鱼低聚肽和菊花提取物是抑制尿酸产生的主要材料,由于海洋鱼低聚肽中含有的安肌肽(Anserine)、肌肽(Carnosine)和菊花提取物中菊花多酚可提高该组合物的降尿酸、缓解肌肉老化、痛风的问题。与此同时,加入的茯苓提取物、猕猴桃提取物、山楂提取物以及复合B族酵母与海洋鱼低聚肽和菊花提取物协同复配可以提高人体的免疫力,燃烧脂肪,加快体内的代谢速度,还进一步加速了缓解痛风组合物将乳酸、尿酸等排除体外的效果,此外柠檬酸钾的加入可以缓解因利尿后导致钾元素大量流失的情况以达到体内钾离子的动态平衡。因此,降低人体内尿酸生成的同时,还具有加速尿酸外排以达到缓解痛风、镇静舒缓的效果。
优选的,所述复合B族酵母由以下重量份的原料制成:
通过采用上述技术方案,复合B族酵母是酵母与多种维生素B的复配组合物,不仅可以有助于肠胃蠕动,增加对缓解痛风组合物的吸收效果,而且还能缓解因痛风所带来的焦虑,神经紧张的问题,起到了助消化和镇静舒缓的双重效果。
优选的,所述海洋鱼低聚肽选自深海鳕鱼低聚肽、深海金枪鱼低聚肽粉、鱼软骨提取物中的一种或多种组合物。
通过采用上述技术方案,深海鳕鱼低聚肽、深海金枪鱼低聚肽粉、鱼软骨提取物(即三文鱼软骨提取物中的软骨素可结合水分子用于润滑和支撑关节,促进骨骼愈合,使关节活动自如,减轻关节疼痛)均是采选的深海鱼类中提取得到的低聚肽,属于胶原蛋白的一种,且分子量在1000-3000道尔顿以下。上述任意一种海洋鱼低聚肽与人体亲和性强,低分子量的肽粉更有利于人体的吸收和消化。
优选的,所述辅料为矫味剂、麦芽糊精和香精香料中的一种或多种的组合物。
优选的,所述矫味剂选自木糖醇;香精香料选自甜橙油和甘油中的一种或两种组合物。
通过采用上述技术方案,矫味剂、麦芽糊精和香精香料均是常见的辅料,可以用于增加缓解痛风组合物的口感和食用体验。
第二方面,本申请提供一种软胶囊,采用如下的技术方案:
一种软胶囊,所述软胶囊是由胶皮和内容物组成,所述胶皮和内容物的重量比为(400-500):1500;所述内容物选自所述的缓解痛风组合物。
优选的,所述胶皮由以下重量份的原料制成:
通过采用上述技术方案,明胶和甘油作为主要胶皮物质,加入的果胶、海藻酸钠和山梨糖醇起到矫味的作用,而尼泊金酯和山梨糖醇主要是可以抑制内容物中微生物的生成,起到防腐,延长保质期的作用。
第三方面,本申请提供一种软胶囊的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:
一种软胶囊的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
S1、在海藻酸钠中加入五分之一重量的纯水搅拌溶解制得海藻酸钠水溶液;接着再将明胶、果胶、甘油和四分之一重量的纯水升温至50-70℃后混合均匀,然后加入山梨糖醇和海藻酸钠水溶液在50-60℃温度下进行搅拌,混合10-15分钟后加入尼泊金酯和剩余的纯水继续搅拌1-2小时,最后抽真空消除气泡即可得到胶皮的混溶料体,置于50-60℃的胶桶一内暂存;
S2、在-8~8℃的温度下,按配比将海洋鱼低聚肽、猕猴桃提取物、山楂提取物、菊花提取物、茯苓提取物、柠檬酸钾和去离子水加入搅拌装置中,按照100-200转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌10-15分钟,然后加入复合B族酵母和辅料,按照1000-2000转/分钟的速度搅拌1-3分钟,接着利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质3-5分钟后得到内容物,置于0-5℃的胶桶二内暂存;
S3、将S2中得到的内容物计入到软胶囊制粒机的料槽中,调节胶盒以及喷体温度30-40℃,内容物装量为0.5-1g/粒,调节胶皮厚度为1.0-1.25mm,滚磨转速为2-3转/分钟进行软胶囊的压制,压制后在20-30℃,相对湿度在20-25%的环境下干燥10-15小时即可得到软胶囊。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于采用高压微射流纳米均质机可将内容物进行微乳化,其乳化后的分子量可以达到20~80nm,不仅可以提高人体对内容物的吸收效果,而且还能促进各内容物原料之间充分混合,随着内容物的吸收,利用多种成分之间的协配效果,以多种混合复配的形式一起进入到人体的各个部位,从而使得缓解痛风组合物的服用效果更佳。同时优化配比胶皮的用量可以起到一定的缓释作用,有效提高了缓解痛风组合物在人体内作用的时长,并且胶皮的存在还能起到减少内容物被氧化变质的几率,延长了保存时间。
第四方面,本申请提供一种缓解痛风组合物在制备降低尿酸、缓解痛风的产品中的应用,所述产品包括固体饮料、液体饮料、乳制品、调味粉料、营养品,以及外用或内服的医疗保健品中的一种或多种。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、由于本申请采用海洋鱼低聚肽、菊花提取物、茯苓提取物、猕猴桃提取物、山楂提取物以及复合B族酵母,由于海洋鱼低聚肽中含有的安肌肽(Anserine)、肌肽(Carnosine)和菊花提取物中菊花多酚的协配可以进一步降低人体内尿酸生成的同时,还具有加速尿酸外排以达到缓解痛风,镇静舒缓的效果。
2、本申请中优选采用复合B族酵母与猕猴桃提取物和山楂提取物协同复配的作用,可以缓解人体因痛风引起的焦虑,神经紧张,起到调整神经,镇静舒缓的效果。
3、本申请的方法,通过高压微射流纳米均质机可将内容物进行微乳化,不仅可以提高人体对内容物的吸收效果,而且还能促进各内容物原料之间充分混合,随着内容物的吸收,可以以多种混合复配的形式一起进入到人体的各个部位,使缓解痛风组合物的服用效果更佳。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本申请的各实施例中所用的原料,除下述特殊说明之外,其他均为市售产品。
深海鳕鱼低聚肽采选自烟台嘉惠海洋生物科技有限公司的海洋鱼低聚肽粉,产品原料是阿拉斯加深海鳕鱼,经酶解所得到的小分子活性肽类物质。
深海金枪鱼低聚肽粉采选自烟台嘉惠海洋生物科技有限公司的金枪鱼肽粉,产品原料是金枪鱼肉,经酶解所得到的小分子活性肽类物质。
鱼软骨提取物采选自烟台嘉惠海洋生物科技有限公司的鱼软骨提取物(粉末),产品原料是三文鱼软骨,经生物酶分解所得到的小分子肽类物质。
猕猴桃提取物采选自西安全奥生物科技有限公司,货号为MHT-101的猕猴桃提取物(棕黄色粉末,80目)。
山楂提取物采选自陕西森悦生物科技有限公司,品牌为陕西森悦的山楂提取物(提取比例为5:1,黄棕色精细粉末,食品级)。
菊花提取物采选自西安金萃坊植物技术开发有限公司,品牌为金萃坊的菊花提取物(提取比例为10:1,棕黄色粉末)。
茯苓提取物采选自陕西佰萃康生物科技有限公司,品牌为佰萃康的茯苓提取物(提取比例为10:1,棕黄色粉末)。
制备例
制备例1:一种复合B族酵母,由以下重量份的原料制成:15克酵母粉;5.5克维生素B1、5.5克维生素B2、5.5克维生素B4、5.5克维生素B6、0.0015克维生素B12、20克泛酸、1克叶酸、20克烟酰胺,以及30克钙。
其制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
按配比将15克酵母粉;5.5克维生素B1、5.5克维生素B2、5.5克维生素B4、5.5克维生素B6、0.0015克维生素B12、20克泛酸、1克叶酸、20克烟酰胺,以及30克钙按照200转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌15分钟。
制备例2:一种复合B族酵母,与制备例1的不同之处在于:上述复合B族酵母由以下重量份的原料制成:20克酵母粉;6克维生素B1、6克维生素B2、6克维生素B4、6克维生素B6、0.01克维生素B12、30克泛酸、2克叶酸、30克烟酰胺,以及40克钙。
制备例3:一种复合B族酵母,与制备例1的不同之处在于:上述复合B族酵母由以下重量份的原料制成:10克酵母粉;5克维生素B1、5克维生素B2、5克维生素B4、5克维生素B6、0.002克维生素B12、15克泛酸、0.5克叶酸、15克烟酰胺,以及20克钙。
实施例
实施例1:一种缓解痛风组合物,由以下重量克的原料制成:鱼软骨提取物150克、猕猴桃提取物300克、山楂提取物150克、菊花提取物500克、茯苓提取物500克、制备例1的复合B族酵母600克、柠檬酸钾150克、木糖醇3650克。
上述缓解痛风组合物的制备方法:按配比将鱼软骨提取物150克、猕猴桃提取物300克、山楂提取物150克、菊花提取物500克、茯苓提取物500克、制备例1的复合B族酵母600克、柠檬酸钾150克、木糖醇3650克混合搅拌均匀即可得到缓解痛风组合物,6.00g/袋。
实施例2:一种缓解痛风组合物,由以下重量克的原料制成:深海鳕鱼低聚肽100克、猕猴桃提取物200克、山楂提取物100克、菊花提取物200克、茯苓提取物200克、制备例2的复合B族酵母400克、柠檬酸钾100克、木糖醇1000克、甜橙油1000克。
上述缓解痛风组合物的制备方法:按配比将深海鳕鱼低聚肽100克、猕猴桃提取物200克、山楂提取物100克、菊花提取物200克、茯苓提取物200克、制备例2的复合B族酵母400克、柠檬酸钾100克、木糖醇1000克、甜橙油1000克混合搅拌均匀即可得到缓解痛风组合物,6.00g/袋。
实施例3:一种缓解痛风组合物,由以下重量克的原料制成:深海鳕鱼低聚肽50克、深海金枪鱼低聚肽粉50克,以及鱼软骨提取物100克、猕猴桃提取物400克、山楂提取物200克、菊花提取物800克、茯苓提取物800克、制备例3的复合B族酵母800克、柠檬酸钾200克、麦芽糊精2000克、甘油1000克。
上述缓解痛风组合物的制备方法:按配比将深海鳕鱼低聚肽50克、深海金枪鱼低聚肽粉50克,以及鱼软骨提取物100克、猕猴桃提取物400克、山楂提取物200克、菊花提取物800克、茯苓提取物800克、制备例3的复合B族酵母800克、柠檬酸钾200克、麦芽糊精2000克、甘油1000克混合搅拌均匀即可得到缓解痛风组合物,5.00g/袋。
实施例4:一种缓解痛风组合物,与实施例1的不同之处在于:加入制备例2的复合B族酵母。
实施例5:一种缓解痛风组合物,与实施例1的不同之处在于:加入制备例3的复合B族酵母。
实施例6:一种缓解痛风组合物,与实施例4的不同之处在于:加入的海洋鱼低聚肽种类不同,具体包括深海鳕鱼低聚肽100克、深海金枪鱼低聚肽粉50克,以及鱼软骨提取物100克。
实施例一:一种软胶囊:上述软胶囊是由胶皮和内容物组成,内容物为实施例6的缓解痛风组合物,胶皮和内容物的重量比为450:1500。上述胶皮由以下重量份的原料制成:明胶25克、果胶0.25克、甘油20克、海藻酸钠8克、尼泊金酯0.2克、山梨糖醇8克,以及纯水30克。
上述软胶囊的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
S1、在海藻酸钠中加入五分之一重量的纯水搅拌溶解制得海藻酸钠水溶液;接着再将明胶、果胶、甘油和四分之一重量的纯水升温至60℃后混合均匀,然后加入山梨糖醇和海藻酸钠水溶液在55℃温度下进行搅拌,混合15分钟后加入尼泊金酯和剩余的纯水继续搅拌1.5小时,最后抽真空消除气泡即可得到胶皮的混溶料体,置于60℃的胶桶一内暂存;
S2、在-8℃的温度下,按配比将深海鳕鱼低聚肽100克、深海金枪鱼低聚肽粉50克,以及鱼软骨提取物100克、猕猴桃提取物300克、山楂提取物150克、菊花提取物500克、茯苓提取物500克、柠檬酸钾150克和去离子水1000ml加入搅拌装置中,按照100转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌10分钟,然后加入制备例2的复合B族酵母600克和木糖醇3650克,按照1000转/分钟的速度搅拌1分钟,接着利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质3分钟后得到内容物,置于0℃的胶桶二内暂存。(实施例6的缓解痛风组合物)
S3、将S2中得到的内容物计入到软胶囊制粒机的料槽中,调节胶盒以及喷体温度30℃,内容物装量为0.5g/粒,调节胶皮厚度为1.0mm,滚磨转速为2转/分钟进行软胶囊的压制,压制后在20℃,相对湿度在20%的环境下干燥10小时即可得到软胶囊。
实施例二:一种软胶囊:与实施一的不同之处在于,上述胶皮由以下重量份的原料制成:明胶20克、果胶0.1克、甘油15克、海藻酸钠5克、尼泊金酯0.1克、山梨糖醇5克,以及纯水20克。
上述软胶囊的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
S1、在海藻酸钠中加入五分之一重量的纯水搅拌溶解制得海藻酸钠水溶液;接着再将明胶、果胶、甘油和四分之一重量的纯水升温至50℃后混合均匀,然后加入山梨糖醇和海藻酸钠水溶液在50℃温度下进行搅拌,混合10分钟后加入尼泊金酯和剩余的纯水继续搅拌1小时,最后抽真空消除气泡即可得到胶皮的混溶料体,置于50℃的胶桶一内暂存;
S2、在-8℃的温度下,按配比将深海鳕鱼低聚肽100克、深海金枪鱼低聚肽粉50克,以及鱼软骨提取物100克、猕猴桃提取物300克、山楂提取物150克、菊花提取物500克、茯苓提取物500克、柠檬酸钾150克和去离子水1000ml加入搅拌装置中,按照100转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌10分钟,然后加入制备例2的复合B族酵母600克和木糖醇3650克,按照1000转/分钟的速度搅拌1分钟,接着利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质3分钟后得到内容物,置于0℃的胶桶二内暂存。(实施例6的缓解痛风组合物)
S3、将S2中得到的内容物计入到软胶囊制粒机的料槽中,调节胶盒以及喷体温度40℃,内容物装量为1g/粒,调节胶皮厚度为1.25mm,滚磨转速为3转/分钟进行软胶囊的压制,压制后在30℃,相对湿度在25%的环境下干燥15小时即可得到软胶囊。
实施例三:一种软胶囊:与实施一的不同之处在于,上述胶皮由以下重量份的原料制成:明胶30克、果胶0.5克、甘油25克、海藻酸钠10克、尼泊金酯0.3克、山梨糖醇10克,以及纯水40克。
实施例四:一种软胶囊:与实施例三的不同之处在于:内容物采用实施例3的缓解痛风组合物。S2的具体步骤为:在8℃的温度下按配比将深海鳕鱼低聚肽50克、深海金枪鱼低聚肽粉50克,以及鱼软骨提取物100克、猕猴桃提取物400克、山楂提取物200克、菊花提取物800克、茯苓提取物800克、柠檬酸钾200克和去离子水1200ml加入搅拌装置中,按照200转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌15分钟,然后加入制备例3的复合B族酵母、甘油1000克和麦芽糊精2000克,按照2000转/分钟的速度搅拌3分钟,接着利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质5分钟后得到内容物,置于5℃的胶桶二内暂存。
实施例五:一种软胶囊:与实施例三的不同之处在于:内容物采用实施例1的缓解痛风组合物。S2的具体步骤为:在0℃的温度下,按配比将鱼软骨提取物150克、猕猴桃提取物300克、山楂提取物150克、菊花提取物500克、茯苓提取物500克、柠檬酸钾150克和去离子水800ml加入搅拌装置中,按照150转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌12分钟,然后加入制备例1的复合B族酵母和木糖醇3650克,按照1500转/分钟的速度搅拌2分钟,接着利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质4分钟后得到内容物,置于2℃的胶桶二内暂存。
实施例六:一种软胶囊:与实施例三的不同之处在于:胶皮和内容物的重量比为400:1500。
实施例七:一种软胶囊:与实施例三的不同之处在于:胶皮和内容物的重量比为500:1500。
对比例对比例一:一种胶囊,与实施例六的不同之处在于:内容物不包含菊花提取物。
对比例二:一种胶囊,与实施例六的不同之处在于:内容物不包含复合B族酵母。
对比例三:一种胶囊,与实施例六的不同之处在于:内容物采用实施例6的缓解痛风组合物粉末代替纳米微乳液的形态。
对比例四:一种胶囊,与实施例六的不同之处在于:采用市购产品复合海洋鱼低聚肽粉胶囊。
性能检测试验
为了验证本发明制备得到的软胶囊的各项性能,将本发明得到的软胶囊用于试验。
试验一、外用试验
选取60名年龄在25-65实验者,平均分成12组每组5名,分别使用由实施例一至实施例七、对比例一至对比例四制得的软胶囊将胶囊剥开后分别将相对应的乳液均匀或者空白组涂抹到脸上,在每天洁面后使用,每天一次,连续使用30天(期间不适用其他产品进行护肤),记录每位试验者的使用效果,综合评价打分,取平均分。最高分为5分,表示使用效果显著;4分表示使用效果良好;3分使用效果一般;3分以下表示使用效果较差。
结合实施例一至实施例七,对比例一至对比例四,以及空白组并结合表1可以看出,实施例一至实施例七的产品在保湿、舒缓、美白和抗皱方面的效果均优于对比例一至对比例四,也优于空白组。其中,实施例三、实施例六和实施例七均是在胶皮上的调整,其内容物实际上就是实施例一的内容物(实施例6的缓解痛风组合物)。
实施例一的保湿、舒缓、美白和抗皱优于其他实施例二、实施例四和实施例五,由此可知在深海鳕鱼低聚肽、深海金枪鱼低聚肽粉,以及鱼软骨提取物复合多种海洋鱼低聚肽时其对于皮肤的外用效果更好。
结合实施例六与对比例一至对比例四,结合表1可知,纳米微乳液的形态对皮肤的透皮吸收效果优于粉末,对比例三和对比例四在使用的过程中其保湿作用差于空白组,其透气吸收效果较差,因此对比例三在外用的美白和抗皱性能上均差于实施例六的效果。

试验二、血糖代谢
选取60名年龄在27-29实验者,提前一天晚上8点后不摄入任何食物和水分。然后在次日清晨7点准时分别口服实施例一至实施例七,对比例一至对比例四,以及空白组(水)一粒胶囊(0.5g/粒)和50g葡萄糖后,采用血糖血酮尿酸分析仪PM900检测服用前、30分钟、60分钟、120分钟以及180分钟时的血糖含量的平均值,并记录在表2中。

结合实施例一至实施例七、对比例一至对比例二和空白组并结合表2可以看出,实施例六的血糖代谢最优,并且实施例六的血糖代谢优于实施例三的,进一步优于实施例一的血糖代谢,由此可知胶皮与内容物的重量比为400:1500的范围最最优,大于这个范围的实施例七以及胶皮厚度在1.0mm的实施例二,因胶皮厚度的影响会导致内容物释放缓慢,故实施例七、实施例二的血糖值在50分钟时依旧达到一个相对较高的水平,由此可知,胶皮对于胶囊的起效时间和作用效果也具有至关重要的作用。
此外,实施例六在180分钟时的血糖值与其120分钟时的血糖值相差20,由此可知实施例六的产品在180分钟时依旧有良好的促进血糖代谢的效果,体现了胶皮与内容物的重量比为400:1500的范围时其对内容物的释放具有一定的缓释效果。
与对比例一至对比例二相比较,实施例六的内容物(即实施例6的缓解痛风组合物)的血糖代谢能力较好。由此可知,实施例六中的内容物包括海洋鱼低聚肽、菊花提取物以及海洋鱼低聚肽等各原料之间进行协同复配可以有效提高血糖代谢效率,促进人体内循环,提高免疫力。
结合实施例六、对比例三至对比例四和空白组并结合表2可以看出,对比例三至对比例四的血糖代谢进度缓慢,在50分钟时的血糖值依旧偏高,在180分钟时其血糖值可以基本接近实施例六120分钟时的血糖值。由此可知,对比例三至对比例四的内容物为粉末时人体对其的吸收效果差于实施例六吸收效果,因此对比例三至对比例四的血糖代谢的即时性差于实施例六的血糖代谢的即时性。
试验三、降尿酸检测1
选取未患任何疾病的14名20~60岁男性作为受试者,且每位受试者的血清尿酸值在7.1mg/dL以上。然后分别服用实施例一、实施例六,对比例一至对比例四的胶囊或空白组(内容物为水的软胶囊)。接着每位受试者仍维持往常的饮食生活习惯,同时摄取量3粒/日(三餐饭后各一粒,0.5g/粒),持续摄取2周,采用血糖血酮尿酸分析仪PM900检测摄取前和摄取后2周的尿酸的平均值,并登记在表3中。

结合实施例一、实施例六、对比例一至对比例四的胶囊和空白组,并结合表3可以看出,实施例一和实施例六的降尿酸效果明显优于对比例三、四,进一步优于对比例二、三和空白组。其中,实施例六的降尿酸效果最优,由此可知本申请的缓解痛风组合物具有明显的降尿酸的作用,尿酸的降低可以达到缓解痛风的效果。
试验四、降尿酸检测2
选取20名高尿酸值(6.5~8.0mg/dL)的成年男性作为受试者,然后分成2组,一组为实施例六(1粒胶囊/日,0.5g/粒),一组为安慰剂组(内容物是水),接着每位受试者仍维持往常的饮食生活习惯,持续摄取4周,采用血糖血酮尿酸分析仪PM900连续测试6周的尿酸平均值,并登记在表4中。

结合实施例六和安慰剂组,并结合表3可以看出,实施例六的尿酸值逐日在下降且下降明显,而且在停止摄取后2周实施例六的尿酸值还在小幅度下降。而安慰机组,受试者因前期心理因素诱发,在摄取后的1周时其尿酸值有一定的下降,但是在继续服用安慰剂后一段时间,安慰剂组的尿酸值呈逐步上升的趋势,在停止服用安慰剂后2周(即摄取后6周)安慰剂组的尿酸值达到了7.11mg/dl(大于摄取前的尿酸值),由此可知本申请的缓解痛风组合物具有明显的降尿酸的作用且持续效果较好,连续服用4周以上可以达到持续缓解痛风的效果。
本具体实施例仅仅是对本申请的解释,其并不是对本申请的限制,本领域技术人员在阅读完本说明书后可以根据需要对本实施例做出没有创造性贡献的修改,但只要在本申请的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。
Claims (9)
1.一种缓解痛风组合物,其特征在于,所述缓解痛风组合物由包含以下重量份的原料制成:
海洋鱼低聚肽 100-200份;
猕猴桃提取物 200-400份;
山楂提取物 100-200份;
菊花提取物 200-800份;
茯苓提取物 200-800份;
复合B族酵母 400-800份;
柠檬酸钾 100-200份;
辅料 2000-4000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解痛风组合物,其特征在于:所述复合B族酵母由以下重量份的原料制成:
酵母粉 10-20份;
维生素B1 5-6份;
维生素B2 5-6份;
维生素B4 5-6份;
维生素B6 5-6份;
维生素B12 0.002-0.01份;
泛酸 15-30份;
叶酸 0.5-2份;
烟酰胺 15-30份;
钙 20-40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解痛风组合物,其特征在于:所述海洋鱼低聚肽选自深海鳕鱼低聚肽、深海金枪鱼低聚肽粉、鱼软骨提取物中的一种或多种组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解痛风组合物,其特征在于:所述辅料为矫味剂、麦芽糊精和香精香料中的一种或多种的组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种缓解痛风组合物,其特征在于:所述矫味剂选自木糖醇;香精香料选自甜橙油和甘油中的一种或两种组合物。
6.一种软胶囊,其特征在于:所述软胶囊是由胶皮和内容物组成,所述胶皮和内容物的重量比为(400-500):1500;所述内容物选自权利要求1-5中任一所述的缓解痛风组合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的软胶囊,其特征在于:所述胶皮由以下重量份的原料制成:
明胶 20-30份;
果胶 0.1-0.5份;
甘油 15-25份;
海藻酸钠 5-10份;
尼泊金酯 0.1-0.3份;
山梨糖醇 5-10份;
纯水 20-40份。
8.权利要求7所述的软胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下操作步骤:
S1、在海藻酸钠中加入五分之一重量的纯水搅拌溶解制得海藻酸钠水溶液;接着再将明胶、果胶、甘油和四分之一重量的纯水升温至50-70℃后混合均匀,然后加入山梨糖醇和海藻酸钠水溶液在50-60℃温度下进行搅拌,混合10-15分钟后加入尼泊金酯和剩余的纯水继续搅拌1-2小时,最后抽真空消除气泡即可得到胶皮的混溶料体,置于50-60℃的胶桶一内暂存;
S2、在-8~8℃的温度下,按配比将海洋鱼低聚肽、猕猴桃提取物、山楂提取物、菊花提取物、茯苓提取物、柠檬酸钾和去离子水加入搅拌装置中,按照100-200转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌10-15分钟,然后加入复合B族酵母和辅料,按照1000-2000转/分钟的速度搅拌1-3分钟,接着利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质3-5分钟后得到内容物,置于0-5℃的胶桶二内暂存;
S3、将S2中得到的内容物计入到软胶囊制粒机的料槽中,调节胶盒以及喷体温度30-40℃,内容物装量为0.5-1g/粒,调节胶皮厚度为1.0-1.25mm,滚磨转速为2-3转/分钟进行软胶囊的压制,压制后在20-30℃,相对湿度在20-25%的环境下干燥10-15小时即可得到软胶囊。
9.一种根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的缓解痛风组合物在制备降低尿酸、缓解痛风的产品中的应用,所述产品包括固体饮料、液体饮料、乳制品、调味粉料、营养品,以及外用或内服的医疗保健品中的一种或多种。
