Abstract
The invention provides a royal jelly tortoise-turtle peptide chewing tablet and a preparation process thereof, belonging to the field of food and health care products. The chewable tablet comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of royal jelly freeze-dried powder, 20-50 parts of Chinese soft-shelled turtle peptide powder, 5-15 parts of Chinese grass turtle meat protein peptide powder, 5-12 parts of erythritol and 2-5 parts of an auxiliary agent. According to the invention, through reasonable proportioning of the components, the sleep can be obviously improved, the immunity is enhanced, and the effects of resisting fatigue and aging and promoting postoperative wound healing are achieved; the preparation process comprises the steps of carrying out full-component medicine application on the Chinese softshell turtle and the Chinese tortoise, and adopting the modes of enzymolysis, fermentation, vacuum concentration and vacuum drying to fully release the effective components in the Chinese softshell turtle and the Chinese tortoise, breaking through the fishy smell of the Chinese softshell turtle and the Chinese tortoise, keeping the nutrient components of the Chinese softshell turtle and the Chinese tortoise not lost, and providing the chewable tablet which has high nutrient component content, can be stored at normal temperature, is convenient to carry, is convenient to take, is easy to digest and absorb, is sanitary and safe.

Royal jelly is a high protein, wherein the protein accounts for about 50% of the dry matter of royal jelly, 2/3 is albumin, 1/3 is globulin, the protein in royal jelly is more than 12, and in addition, many small peptides are contained. The royal jelly also contains fat, saccharide and acetylcholine-like substances, and various amino acids and biological hormones required by human body. Royal jelly contains 9 kinds of sterol compounds, and three kinds thereof have been identified so far, which are stigmasterol, cholesterol and sitosterol. In addition, it also contains minerals such as iron, copper, magnesium, zinc, potassium, and sodium. The royal jelly contains vitamin A and vitamin B, especially vitamin B complex. In addition, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxine (B6), vitamin B12, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin, inositol, vitamin C, vitamin D, etc. are mainly contained, wherein the content of pantothenic acid is highest. Royal jelly is a recognized health food in the world, and domestic and foreign researches prove that the royal jelly or royal jelly freeze-dried powder has the effects of improving sleep, enhancing appetite, improving immunity, resisting fatigue and resisting aging for more than 100 years. Royal jelly is sweet and sour in taste and neutral in nature and enters spleen and liver meridians; has effects in tonifying, strengthening body constitution, tonifying liver, and invigorating spleen; the product can be used for treating weakness after illness, infantile malnutrition, senile asthenia, infectious hepatitis, hypertension, rheumatic arthritis, duodenal ulcer, etc., and has effects of moistening dryness and relaxing bowels. The royal jelly can obviously enhance the resistance of human bodies to various pathogenic factors, promote the regeneration and the repair of viscera tissues, regulate internal secretion and metabolism, effectively increase appetite, improve sleep and promote growth and development, and has extremely strong health care function and medical treatment effect on human bodies. Royal jelly can strengthen body's resistance and promote growth, and is orally taken or injected to increase the diameter of red blood cell and the hemoglobin of reticulocyte, increase blood iron content and increase platelet number. The long-term administration of Lac Regis Apis can stimulate appetite, enhance constitution, and increase body weight of people with emaciation, and make people vigorous, sleep well, and have good mood.
In clinical medicine, royal jelly has the auxiliary effects of improving the resistance of old people and weak and sick people, improving malnutrition, hypoevolutism and skin metabolism, treating climacteric syndrome, liver diseases, diabetes, hypertension, nervous system diseases and cardiovascular diseases and resisting tumors.
The Chinese tortoise-turtle is a native variety of thousands of years in China and is an ancient organism on the earth. Symbiotic with dinosaurs hundreds of millions of years ago. Dinosaurs are extinct, and turtles survive to the present time tenaciously. The tortoise and turtle have strong vitality and longevity genes, have folk legends of eight thousand years of king tortoise and the longevity of the annual crane of the tortoise, and provide important basis for human health preservation and health care by utilizing the tortoise and turtle. For thousands of years, testudinate has accumulated a profound culture bottom in China as a health care food with food and medicine homology.
Chinese grass turtle, the tortoise. The civilian Li Shizhen records that the coccid is three hundred and sixty and the tortoise is the long in the compendium of materia Medica. Tortoise, also for the lingering case of coccid, and Tortoise can dredge meridians, so it can nourish yin by taking its meat to tonify heart, tonify kidney and enrich blood. The Chinese grass turtle meat is rich in protein, amino acid and unsaturated fatty acid, and contains various trace elements such as calcium, phosphorus, iron and various vitamins. Has effects in nourishing yin, tonifying yang, dispersing pathogen accumulation, regulating immunity, enhancing immunity, and relieving fatigue and aging. Has good effects on liver and kidney yin deficiency, postpartum weakness, rectocele, hysteroptosis, sexual hypofunction and the like.
The Chinese softshell turtle is also called soft-shelled turtle, has delicious meat taste and rich nutrition, and is a high-grade health tonic with homology of medicine and food. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the turtle has the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, nourishing yin, and clearing and nourishing, and is usually used as a nourishing health food for promoting wound healing after severe illness and physical weakness or after surgical operation. The folk generally believes that the turtle can prevent and cure various diseases, has the functions of preventing and curing cancer when being eaten frequently, and particularly has the functions of curing low blood cells and low immunity of cancer patients after chemotherapy.
The soft-shelled turtle contains 18 kinds of amino acids, and is rich in unsaturated fatty acids with eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA for short) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA for short) as main components. Also called omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid, trace elements of calcium and vitamin, particularly high vitamin B17 in turtle skirt, is an anticancer substance approved by the health organization (WHO) of the United nations.
However, the reports of the mixed use of royal jelly and tortoise-turtle peptide are few, and the retrieval Chinese patent application 2005100616211 discloses a preparation method of micron sugared radix codonopsitis, American ginseng, rhodiola root, tortoise plastron, turtle shell, chromium propolis granules, capsules and tablets. The middle-aged and elderly diabetic can obtain dozens of nutrient substances, and simultaneously, the health-care functions of nourishing yin, lowering blood sugar, resisting fatigue and enhancing immunity are strengthened because of the addition of the components of micron codonopsis pilosula powder, micron rhodiola rosea powder and the like which are known as oriental tonic treasure. However, only tortoise plastron and turtle shell are used in the application, the nutrients are not fully utilized, and the effective components are easily lost by only crushing the tortoise plastron and the turtle shell, and the tortoise plastron and the turtle shell have poor feeling after being taken and low absorption rate after being taken.
Therefore, the royal jelly terrapin peptide composition with high mouthfeel, high content of effective components and high digestibility needs to be provided.
