Abstract

本发明公开了一种防卷边高保型针织横机领的加工方法,采用空气层针织布添纱双层织法,将主纱和包芯纱用添纱方法同步编织在一起,同时使用弹力丝前后针盘对拉编织,连接主纱和包芯纱,使织物更紧密,并保证一定的弹力回复性。本发明加工方法对衣领主体的编织工艺和结构进行整体改良,使织物截面呈现五明治结构,得到尺寸稳定性和挺括度较高、耐久并保留一定弹性等优点的添纱织物,以该添纱织物作为衣领面料,可从面料源头上保证衣领的挺括性,同时通过在衣领主体两侧领尖部位的圆筒编织结构的空腔内分别插设并织入插角片,达到更好的保持衣领挺括的效果,最终得到耐久、防卷边且高保型的针织横机领。

一种防卷边高保型针织横机领的加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及针织衣领加工技术领域,具体是一种耐久、防卷边高保型针织横机领的加工方法。
背景技术
消费者对针织衣领最直观的要求主要有,穿着时脖子接触要有舒适感,另外要求衣领能够长时间保持平整和硬挺,即多次水洗后仍然具有良好的形态稳定性,不会产生明显的卷曲和褶皱。
横机领目前已经可以做到良好的接触舒适感,但采用棉、粘胶等纤维制成的衣领普遍存在洗涤5次之后产生领尖上翘、领边翻卷、领型褶皱等现象,导致整件衣服品相大打折扣。
为了增加领形的稳定性,使其不易变形,常见的做法是在衣领中增加衬里或粘衬。增加衬里的不足之处在于,衬里和领子之间因材质或工艺的不同会有缩率上的差异,导致其尺寸稳定性随着时间的推移不能很好地保持,特别是当多次洗涤后,衬里更易变形,导致衣领变形。而增加粘衬影响美观程度,且粘衬随着洗涤次数的增加有脱落的风险。
还有一种方法是通过提高针距、加粗纱支、减少线圈长度,来增加横机领的织物密度,使其形态更稳定,但这种做法会使领子厚度提升且变硬,虽然可使衣领变形小,但会明显地降低衣领的弹性度和柔软性,使消费者难以接受。
CN109371550A公开的专利文献中,将棉纤维与莫代尔混纺纱并和氨纶丝同步编织,制备成一种弹性柔软的针织面料,然而,此方法无法保证氨纶丝的分布均匀性,同时氨纶多次洗涤之后容易发生断裂和老化,导致形状回复能力变差。
可见,上述多种方法均未能有效解决横机领保型性较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有针织衣领保型性较差的问题,提供一种防卷边高保型针织横机领的加工方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种防卷边高保型针织横机领的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
1)通过电脑横机,采用空气层针织布添纱双层织法,编织由两层单面针织布构成的衣领主体,编织每层单面针织布时,将主纱和包芯纱用添纱方法同步编织在一起,主纱始终在线圈的正面,包芯始终纱在线圈的反面,主纱将包芯纱覆盖,同时使用弹力丝前后针盘对拉编织,连接主纱和包芯纱;
编织衣领主体过程中,在衣领主体的起口编织部位,构成起口编织部位的两侧针板中的任一侧针板编织时,另一侧针板做放针不参与编织,同时在主体织物的两侧前后针板各选N枚织针做对拉编织,按照此循环织法顺序编织5次;
编织衣领主体过程中,在衣领主体的两侧领尖部位分别设置圆筒编织结构,在圆筒编织结构内侧形成中空的空腔;在衣领主体背面的两侧,在圆筒编织结构与衣领主体的基础编织结构的交界处,分别编织一个插入孔;分别经插入孔,向每个空腔内插入一片用于保持衣领挺括的插角片;
2)导纱嘴前后针板交错编织,将两个空腔锁死。
本发明防卷边高保型针织横机领的加工方法,采用空气层针织布添纱双层织法,将主纱和包芯纱用添纱方法同步编织在一起,同时使用弹力丝前后针盘对拉编织,连接主纱和包芯纱,使织物更紧密,并保证一定的弹力回复性。本发明加工方法编织衣领主体的起口编织部位时,前后针板同时参与对拉编织,其前后纱线相互约束彼此的移动,从而该起口编织部位的伸缩性被适度抑制,且前后针板同时参与对拉编织的交替增圈编织方式,使横机领布面紧实、肌理细腻、弹性良好、挺刮耐洗,衣领洗涤后不易起皱。本发明加工方法在衣领主体的两侧领尖部位分别设置圆筒编织结构,该圆筒编织结构内侧形成的中空的空腔内插有插角片,插角片可保持衣领挺括,并能保持衣领边沿挺直以及整条领形在稳定状态下耐久且不易卷曲、变形,同时能保证衣领弹性高、悬垂性好和柔软度强,在多次洗涤之后仍然保持崭新平服的状态。插角片的插入孔设置在衣领主体的背面,衣领的外观没有改变,不会影响和干扰设计师的对衣服的造型设计。插角片插入后,空腔被锁死,衣领表面没有插入孔,保证美观。
作为优选,所述的插角片为塑料插角片。
作为优选,所述的插角片为PC插角片,其厚度为0.2mm,长度为35-65mm,宽度为3-5mm。PC可以耐高温超过100℃,耐低温-20℃,同时具有抗冲击性强、重量轻的特点,是插角片的优选材料。在实际应用中,也可以选择耐高低温性能较好的其他塑料或非塑料材料制作插角片。
作为优选,所述的主纱为棉、铜氨、天丝、黏胶或棉型短纤原料,所述的包芯纱为机包长丝类原料,所述的弹力丝为氨纶。作为优选,所述棉型短纤原料为竹浆纤维、涤纶、腈纶或锦纶,所述的机包长丝类原料为锦纶长丝包氨纶或涤纶长丝包氨纶。在实际应用中,主纱、包芯纱、弹力丝的原料选择包括但不限于上述具体列明的原料。
作为优选,所述的电脑横机的针距为16G或16G以下,最少使用单机头、三把导纱嘴编织衣领主体。
作为优选,设置圆筒编织结构时,电脑横机的编织速度调至0.8-1m/s,并在机头带着导纱嘴回转至空腔部位时,将编织线圈调紧0.5-1cm的纱长。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:本发明加工方法对衣领主体的编织工艺和结构进行整体改良,使织物截面呈现五明治结构,得到尺寸稳定性和挺括度较高、耐久并保留一定弹性等优点的添纱织物,以该添纱织物作为衣领面料,可从面料源头上保证衣领的挺括性,同时通过在衣领主体两侧领尖部位的圆筒编织结构的空腔内分别插设并织入插角片,达到更好的保持衣领挺括的效果,最终得到耐久、防卷边且高保型的针织横机领。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例:一种防卷边高保型针织横机领的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
为了保证舒适感和稳定性,主纱、包芯纱、弹力丝(本实施例中采用70D莱卡氨纶)的质量百分占比约为58%:37%:5%,采用80S/2(丝光棉纱)*2股+50D/36F(30D)包芯纱+70D莱卡氨纶。通过电脑横机,采用空气层针织布添纱双层织法,编织由两层单面针织布构成的衣领主体,编织时需采用三把导纱嘴,如图1所示,图1中1、2、3均为导纱嘴,导纱嘴1穿70D莱卡氨纶,导纱嘴2穿50D/36F(30D)包芯纱,导纱嘴3穿80S/2(丝光棉纱)*2股。导纱嘴3所穿纱线为主纱,在编织每层单面针织布时,将主纱和包芯纱用添纱方法同步编织在一起,通过调节导纱嘴3的垫纱角度,使主纱始终在线圈的正面,导纱嘴2所穿包芯纱终纱在线圈的反面,主纱将包芯纱覆盖,导纱嘴1穿70D莱卡氨纶,使用70D莱卡氨纶前后针盘对拉编织,连起到接主纱和包芯纱的作用。编织采用的空气层针织布添纱双层织法,至少包含一根显露在外的主纱和一根隐藏在里面的弹力丝。本实施例中编织得到的织物的截面呈现图2所示的五明治结构。图2中,4为主纱,5为包芯纱,6为弹力丝。
图3所示为衣领主体的起口编织部位的编织示意图。如图3所示,编织衣领主体的起口编织部位时,第一路编织前针板7和后针板8全部参与编织,此后前针板7编织时,后针板8做放针不参与编织,机头从左向右运动(如图3中指向右侧的箭头所示),带动线条A轨迹编织;当后针板8编织时,前针板7做放针不参与编织,机头从左向右运动(如图3中指向左侧的箭头所示),带动线条B轨迹编织,图3中线条B和线条A是一根纱线;同时在主体织物的两侧前针板7和后针板8各选2枚织针做对拉编织,按照此循环织法顺序编织5次。前针板7和后针板8在同时参与对拉编织,其前后纱线相互约束彼此的移动,该起口编织部位的伸缩性适度被抑制,使洗涤后不易起皱。前针板7和后针板8的排针数量根据衣领主体的横向尺寸规格来适当调整。
编织衣领主体过程中,在衣领主体的两侧领尖部位分别设置圆筒编织结构,在圆筒编织结构内侧形成中空的空腔。本实施例中衣领主体反面和插角片的外观示意图如图4所示,图4中9为衣领主体,10为圆筒编织结构,11为空腔,12为插入孔,13为插角片。在衣领主体1背面的两侧,在圆筒编织结构10与衣领主体1的基础编织结构的交界处,分别编织一个与插角片13的宽度相配合的插入孔12;在编织衣领主体1两侧的圆筒编织结构10至插入孔12处时,暂停织机,分别经插入孔12,向每个空腔11内插入一片用于保持衣领挺括的插角片13,然后导纱嘴前后针板交错编织,将两个空腔11锁死,使衣领表面没有插入孔,保证美观,从而得到防卷边高保型针织横机领。插角片13从插入孔12插入空腔11后,可以利用插角片13的存在保持领侧和领尖的挺直,以防止衣服在穿着一段时间或水洗后出现衣领变曲、卷曲的情况。插角片13优选17C透明PC片,其尺寸设定为35mm长*4mm宽*0.2mm厚。
将本实施例得到的针织横机领与市面上采用常规做法防变形的衣领进行对比,按照GB/T13769-2009 5A挂干测试方法分别测试两种衣领,具体测试数据如下表。

1.一种防卷边高保型针织横机领的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)通过电脑横机,采用空气层针织布添纱双层织法,编织由两层单面针织布构成的衣领主体,编织每层单面针织布时,将主纱和包芯纱用添纱方法同步编织在一起,主纱始终在线圈的正面,包芯始终纱在线圈的反面,主纱将包芯纱覆盖,同时使用弹力丝前后针盘对拉编织,连接主纱和包芯纱;
编织衣领主体过程中,在衣领主体的起口编织部位,构成起口编织部位的两侧针板中的任一侧针板编织时,另一侧针板做放针不参与编织,同时在主体织物的两侧前后针板各选N枚织针做对拉编织,按照此循环织法顺序编织5次;
编织衣领主体过程中,在衣领主体的两侧领尖部位分别设置圆筒编织结构,在圆筒编织结构内侧形成中空的空腔;在衣领主体背面的两侧,在圆筒编织结构与衣领主体的基础编织结构的交界处,分别编织一个插入孔;分别经插入孔,向每个空腔内插入一片用于保持衣领挺括的插角片;
2)导纱嘴前后针板交错编织,将两个空腔锁死。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防卷边高保型针织横机领的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的主纱为棉、铜氨、天丝、黏胶或棉型短纤原料,所述的包芯纱为机包长丝类原料,所述的弹力丝为氨纶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防卷边高保型针织横机领的加工方法,其特征在于,所述棉型短纤原料为竹浆纤维、涤纶、腈纶或锦纶,所述的机包长丝类原料为锦纶长丝包氨纶或涤纶长丝包氨纶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防卷边高保型针织横机领的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的电脑横机的针距为16G或16G以下,最少使用单机头、三把导纱嘴编织衣领主体。
