Abstract

本发明公开的舒爽抗皱面料的加工方法包括纱线加工和织造染整加工,纱线加工的工序依次包括配棉、清花、梳棉、预并、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、倍捻和并线工序,织造染整加工的工序依次包括筒纱松络、染纱、烘干、络筒、整经、浆纱、织造、备布、烧毛、退浆、丝光、定型和预缩工序,倍捻工序的单纱捻度比常规相同纱支的捻度高20~80%;倍捻和并线工序之间设置有蒸纱工序;并线工序的股线捻度比常规相同纱支的捻度高20~80%;并线工序之后设置有二次蒸纱工序;筒纱松络工序与染纱工序之间设置有高温高压水浴定捻工序。本发明不需使用化学免烫助剂,更环保更健康,加工出来的面料具有优良的洗后外观平整度、优雅的外观、干爽的手感以及良好的尺寸稳定性。

Description

一种舒爽抗皱面料的加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域的面料加工技术和方法,具体是一种舒爽抗皱面料的加工方法。
背景技术
普通棉类织物舒适透气,但是抗皱性能不佳。目前的棉类抗皱服装,绝大多数是通过免烫树脂整理达到抗皱效果。免烫树脂整理需要使用免烫树脂整理剂,免烫树脂整理剂是化学助剂,在加工过程中会产生甲醛挥发,生产过程需要特定的高温和设备,且经过免烫树脂整理后的成衣或面料,其强力会有下降。因此,开发一种新型的不需免烫树脂整理的抗皱面料是行业亟需的技术。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种不需使用任何的化学免烫助剂,即可达到抗皱免烫效果的舒爽抗皱面料的加工方法,其舒爽主要体现在消费者在穿着过程中,该面料离体爽身、不粘腻。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种舒爽抗皱面料的加工方法,包括纱线加工和织造染整加工,所述的纱线加工的工序依次包括配棉、清花、梳棉、预并、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、倍捻和并线工序,所述的织造染整加工的工序依次包括筒纱松络、染纱、烘干、络筒、整经、浆纱、织造、备布、烧毛、退浆、丝光、定型和预缩工序,所述的倍捻工序的单纱捻度比GB/T 398-2008中记载的常规相同纱支的捻度高20~80%;所述的倍捻和所述的并线工序之间设置有蒸纱工序;所述的并线工序的股线捻度比GB/T 398-2008中记载的常规相同纱支的捻度高20~80%;所述的并线工序之后设置有二次蒸纱工序;所述的筒纱松络工序与所述的染纱工序之间设置有高温高压水浴定捻工序。
本发明加工方法中的倍捻工序和并线工序的捻度分别比GB/T 398-2008中记载的常规相同纱支的捻度提升20~80%,同时相较于常规纱线加工,在倍捻工序之后增加蒸纱工序,并增加并线工序后的二次蒸纱工序,蒸纱工序和二次蒸纱工序的目的是为纱线定捻,保证后续筒纱松络、整经、织造等工序的顺利进行,避免纱线起扭、绞缠;在染纱工序前增加高温高压水浴定捻工序的目的,是为了进一步提高捻度的稳定性,确保定捻效果,避免后续筒纱松络和织造过程中因捻度过高而起辫子,影响生产效率。本发明通过调整纱线加工工艺和织造染整加工工艺实现面料免烫,不需使用任何的化学免烫助剂即可达到抗皱免烫效果,因而更环保更健康。
作为优选,所述的蒸纱工序和所述的二次蒸纱工序均为汽蒸工序,温度为80~105℃,时间为0.5~2h。
作为优选,所述的高温高压水浴定捻工序的温度为110~150℃,时间0.5~1.0h。
作为优选,所述的丝光采用液氨丝光,液氨丝光处理的车速为30~90m/min。区别于普通面料的液碱丝光整理加工,本发明采用液氨丝光整理加工。
作为优选,该方法适用的面料包括纯棉面料、棉涤面料或其他棉类短纤混纺面料,如棉、铜氨、天丝、粘胶面料,以及竹浆纤维、涤纶、腈纶、锦纶面料等棉类短纤混纺面料。本发明方法所适用的面料,包括但不限于上述具体列明的面种类料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:本发明通过调整纱线加工工艺和织造染整加工工艺实现面料抗皱免烫,不需使用任何的化学免烫助剂即可达到抗皱免烫效果,因而更环保更健康。本发明加工出来的面料具有优良的洗后外观平整度、优雅的外观、干爽的手感以及良好的尺寸稳定性,其舒爽主要体现在消费者在穿着过程中,该面料离体爽身、不粘腻。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一、采用本发明方法加工生产高捻100S/2*100S/2 150*90纯棉斜纹免烫面料(即高捻舒爽抗皱斜纹面料HC100/2*HC100/2 150*90),具体过程为:
(1)纱线加工依次进行配棉、清花、梳棉、预并、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、倍捻(210捻/厘米)、蒸纱(102℃*1小时)、并线(180捻/厘米)、二次蒸纱(102℃*1小时)工序;
(2)面料做色织,进行织造染整加工,依次进行如下工序:筒纱松络、高温高压水浴定捻(130℃*40分钟)、染纱、烘干、络筒、整经、浆纱、织造、备布、烧毛、退浆、液氨丝光(车速70m/min)、定型和预缩工序。
经过以上方法加工生产的面料,5次水洗后外观等级达到3.5,与GB/T 398-2008中记载的常规相同纱支的非高捻面料相比,外观等级提高,达到免烫级别;与GB/T 398-2008中记载的常规相同纱支的采用了化学免烫助剂的免烫面料比,具有相同的外观,但是具有更好的强力和耐磨性,且没有甲醛产生。具体对比数据如下表1:

实施例二、采用本发明方法加工生产高捻80S/2*80S/2 130*90纯棉斜纹面料(即高捻舒爽抗皱斜纹面料HC80/2*HC80/2 130*90),具体过程为:
(1)纱线加工依次进行配棉、清花、梳棉、预并、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、倍捻(190捻/厘米)、蒸纱(100℃*1.5小时)、并线(160捻/厘米)、二次蒸纱(100℃*1.5小时)工序;
(2)面料做色织,进行织造染整加工,依次进行如下工序:筒纱松络、高温高压水浴定捻(140℃*30分钟)、染纱、烘干、络筒、整经、浆纱、织造、备布、烧毛、退浆、液氨丝光(车速70m/min)、定型和预缩工序。
经过以上方法加工生产的面料,5次水洗后外观等级达到3.5,与GB/T 398-2008中记载的常规相同纱支的非高捻面料相比,外观等级提高,达到免烫级别;与GB/T 398-2008中记载的常规相同纱支的采用了化学免烫助剂的免烫面料比,具有相同的外观,但是具有更好的强力和耐磨性,且没有甲醛产生。具体对比数据如下表2:

1. 一种舒爽抗皱面料的加工方法,包括纱线加工和织造染整加工,所述的纱线加工的工序依次包括配棉、清花、梳棉、预并、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、倍捻和并线工序,所述的织造染整加工的工序依次包括筒纱松络、染纱、烘干、络筒、整经、浆纱、织造、备布、烧毛、退浆、丝光、定型和预缩工序,其特征在于,所述的倍捻工序的单纱捻度比GB/T 398-2008中记载的常规相同纱支的捻度高20~80%;所述的倍捻和所述的并线工序之间设置有蒸纱工序;所述的并线工序的股线捻度比GB/T 398-2008中记载的常规相同纱支的捻度高20~80%;所述的并线工序之后设置有二次蒸纱工序;所述的筒纱松络工序与所述的染纱工序之间设置有高温高压水浴定捻工序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒爽抗皱面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的蒸纱工序和所述的二次蒸纱工序均为汽蒸工序,温度为80~105℃,时间为0.5~2h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒爽抗皱面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的高温高压水浴定捻工序的温度为110~150℃,时间0.5~1.0h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒爽抗皱面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的丝光采用液氨丝光,液氨丝光处理的车速为30~90m/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒爽抗皱面料的加工方法,其特征在于,该方法适用的面料包括纯棉面料、棉涤面料或棉类短纤混纺面料。
