本发明公开了一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,包括地板布本体,地板布本体包括顶板布、底板布和夹心片,顶板布的底部与夹心片的顶部固定连接,夹心片的底部与底板布的顶部固定连接,所地板布本体的顶部粘接有耐刮膜,地板布本体的顶端刻有防滑纹,本发明一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,设置地板布本体,地板布本体由顶板布、地板布和夹心片组成,且核心的顶板布和地板布由石墨烯组成,石墨烯具有较好的耐磨性,石墨烯地板布的耐磨性要优于其他的地板布,石墨烯地板布不会有玻璃化现象,防滑性能好,受到高温时,石墨烯地板布不会产生有害气体,使用比较环保,满足了人们日益增长的对环保以及安全用材的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及地板布领域,具体为一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布。
背景技术
动车、全称动力车辆,是指轨道交通系统中装有动力装置的车辆,包括机车和动力车厢两大类。动车装配有驱动车轮,而与之相对应地无驱动装置车辆就是拖车。动车组用地板布不仅为了装饰需要,更为了保证旅客的人身安全及健康。因此,对其既包含物理力学性能要求,也包含阻燃环保性能要求。
国内现有的动车组地板布通常为PVC板布,采用合成型橡胶作为原材料,表面阻力低,防滑性能不好,且不环保,使用过程中容易鼓泡,具有热塑性,同时还会产生玻璃化,PVC板布受热时会产生有害气体污染环境,目前国内的制备方法也无法生产出高质量的动车组用底板布。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,以解决上述背景技术中提出的国内现有的动车组地板布通常为PVC板布,采用合成型橡胶作为原材料,表面阻力低,防滑性能不好,且不环保,使用过程中容易鼓泡,具有热塑性,同时还会产生玻璃化,PVC板布受热时会产生有害气体污染环境,目前国内的制备方法也无法生产出高质量的动车组用底板布。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,包括地板布本体,所述地板布本体包括顶板布、底板布和夹心片,所述顶板布的底部与夹心片的顶部固定连接,所述夹心片的底部与底板布的顶部固定连接,所地板布本体的顶部粘接有耐刮膜,所述地板布本体的顶端刻有防滑纹。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述顶板布和地板布均由石墨烯制成,所述顶板布与地板布对称设置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述夹心片包括防火层、环保层和防腐层,且所述防火层的一侧固定连接有环保层,所述环保层远离防火层的一侧固定连接有防腐层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防火层由耐火纤维布制成,所述环保层由碳纤维制成,所述防腐层由环氧树脂制成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述地板布本体底端的一侧固定连接有第一耐磨薄垫,所述地板布本体底端的另一侧固定连接有第二耐磨薄垫,所述第一耐磨薄垫的表面和第二耐磨薄垫的表面均设有刻度。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述地板布本体底端的中部刻有若干标记虚线,且若干所述标记虚线等距分布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
设置地板布本体,地板布本体由顶板布、地板布和夹心片组成,且核心的顶板布和地板布由石墨烯组成,石墨烯具有较好的耐磨性,石墨烯地板布的耐磨性要优于其他的地板布,石墨烯地板布不会有玻璃化现象,防滑性能好,受到高温时,石墨烯地板布不会产生有害气体,使用比较环保,满足了人们日益增长的对环保以及安全用材的需求。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供了一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,包括地板布本体1,地板布本体1包括顶板布2、底板布3和夹心片4,顶板布2的底部与夹心片4的顶部固定连接,夹心片4的底部与底板布3的顶部固定连接,使用过程中,顶板布2和底板布3由石墨烯组成,石墨烯具有较好的耐磨性,石墨烯地板布的耐磨性要优于其他的地板布,石墨烯地板布不会有玻璃化现象,防滑性能好,受到高温时,石墨烯地板布不会产生有害气体,使用比较环保,满足了人们日益增长的对环保以及安全用材的需求,所地板布本体1的顶部粘接有耐刮膜5,地板布本体1的顶端刻有防滑纹9。
优选的,顶板布2和底板布3均由石墨烯制成,顶板布2与底板布3对称设置,顶板布2和底板布3均由石墨烯制成,使得整体地板布具有更好的耐磨性和防火性,同时使用环保,节约成本等。
优选的,夹心片4包括防火层6、环保层7和防腐层8,且防火层6的一侧固定连接有环保层7,环保层7远离防火层6的一侧固定连接有防腐层8,设置防火层6提高地板布的防火性能。
优选的,防火层6由耐火纤维布制成,环保层7由碳纤维制成,防腐层8由环氧树脂制成,设置防腐层8防止地板布本体1中部被腐蚀。
优选的,地板布本体1底端的一侧固定连接有第一耐磨薄垫10,地板布本体1底端的另一侧固定连接有第二耐磨薄垫11,第一耐磨薄垫10的表面和第二耐磨薄垫11的表面均设有刻度12,设置第一耐磨薄垫10、第二耐磨薄垫11和刻度12便于了解使用地板布的尺寸。
优选的,地板布本体1底端的中部刻有若干标记虚线13,且若干标记虚线13等距分布,设置若干标记虚线13便于使用时地板布的裁剪工作。
具体使用时,本发明一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,设置地板布本体1由顶板布2、底板布3和夹心片4组成,使用时地板布本体1直接取材后铺贴使用,自带胶,对车间温度和灰尘没有要求,节约了时间和成本,使用过程中,顶板布2和底板布3由石墨烯组成,石墨烯具有较好的耐磨性,石墨烯地板布的耐磨性要优于其他的地板布,石墨烯地板布不会有玻璃化现象,防滑性能好,受到高温时,石墨烯地板布不会产生有害气体,使用比较环保,满足了人们日益增长的对环保以及安全用材的需求。

1.一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,包括地板布本体(1),其特征在于:所述地板布本体(1)包括顶板布(2)、底板布(3)和夹心片(4),所述顶板布(2)的底部与夹心片(4)的顶部固定连接,所述夹心片(4)的底部与底板布(3)的顶部固定连接,所地板布本体(1)的顶部粘接有耐刮膜(5),所述地板布本体(1)的顶端刻有防滑纹(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,其特征在于:所述顶板布(2)和底板布(3)均由石墨烯制成,所述顶板布(2)与底板布(3)对称设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,其特征在于:所述夹心片(4)包括防火层(6)、环保层(7)和防腐层(8),且所述防火层(6)的一侧固定连接有环保层(7),所述环保层(7)远离防火层(6)的一侧固定连接有防腐层(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,其特征在于:所述防火层(6)由耐火纤维布制成,所述环保层(7)由碳纤维制成,所述防腐层(8)由环氧树脂制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,其特征在于:所述地板布本体(1)底端的一侧固定连接有第一耐磨薄垫(10),所述地板布本体(1)底端的另一侧固定连接有第二耐磨薄垫(11),所述第一耐磨薄垫(10)的表面和第二耐磨薄垫(11)的表面均设有刻度(12)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种动车用环保型石墨烯地板布,其特征在于:所述地板布本体(1)底端的中部刻有若干标记虚线(13),且若干所述标记虚线(13)等距分布。
