本发明涉及尾气净化技术领域,且公开了一种用于汽车排气管的尾气净化装置,包括夹层外筒,所述夹层外筒的左侧固定连接有进气口,所述夹层外筒的右侧固定连接有出气口,所述夹层外筒的内部固定套接有夹层内筒,所述夹层内筒的中心固定安装有催化剂载体,所述催化剂载体的左侧活动安装有滤板,所述滤板的中心活动连接有中心杆,所述中心杆的右端活动连接有固定支架。本发明通过进气口进入尾气经过滤板将碳颗粒堆积在其表面,当尾气穿过螺旋孔时带动滤板旋转,分流棒右侧固定整齐排列的刮碳叶片随着滤板的旋转将碳颗粒层层刮到底部,实现了刮碳叶片将碳颗粒刮到底积槽中,解决了汽油燃烧未完全碳颗粒堆积在净化装置前端造成堵塞的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及尾气净化技术领域,具体为一种用于汽车排气管的尾气净化装置。
背景技术
汽车排气管的尾气净化装置是一种涂有贵金属催化剂的金属蜂窝载体,将汽车尾气通过此载体,利用尾气中的高温和催化剂的作用下转化为无毒的水和二氧化碳,现在多数使用的汽车尾气净化器为三元催化器。
现有的汽车排气管尾气净化装置仍存在一些问题:其一、汽车发动机对汽油进行燃烧后排放,燃烧的汽油会有燃烧未完全的部分,其中含有的碳颗粒会随着尾气一起进入尾气净化装置,随着碳颗粒的堆积会堵塞尾气净化装置,造成排气不畅;其二、催化剂的的活性温度是400℃-700℃,在刚发动或冬季净化装置低于400℃,催化剂是无法工作的,不能将尾气进行净化,在炎热夏季行驶过程中可能会高于700℃,使得催化剂烧结,尾气排放仍污染环境。
发明内容
针对背景技术中提出的现有汽车排气管尾气净化装置在使用过程中存在的不足,本发明提供了一种用于汽车排气管的尾气净化装置,具备对碳颗粒进行清除并利用、可以对尾气净化装置调节温度适应区的优点,解决了上述背景技术中提出的技术问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于汽车排气管的尾气净化装置,包括夹层外筒,所述夹层外筒的左侧固定连接有进气口,所述夹层外筒的右侧固定连接有出气口,所述夹层外筒的内部固定套接有夹层内筒,所述夹层内筒的中心固定安装有催化剂载体,所述催化剂载体的左侧活动安装有滤板,所述滤板的中心活动连接有中心杆,所述中心杆的右端活动连接有固定支架,所述固定支架固定于夹层内筒的内部,所述滤板的内部开设有螺旋孔,所述滤板的左侧固定安装有分流棒,所述分流棒的底部右侧固定连接有刮碳叶片。
优选的,所述夹层外筒和夹层内筒中间活动安装有绝热毯,所述绝热毯的两侧活动安装有支撑环,所述支撑环的内侧开设有异型槽,所述绝热毯为褶皱型且中间固定连接有支撑杆且活动连接于异型槽中,所述支撑环的底部活动套接有形状记忆合金,所述支撑环的顶部活动安装有凸起块。
优选的,所述夹层外筒的底部固定连接有底积槽,所述底积槽的左侧固定连接有导线,所述底积槽内部的左侧固定安装有电动盒,所述电动盒的顶部活动安装有按压开关,所述电动盒的右侧活动连接有电燃杆,所述电燃杆的外侧固定连接有螺旋叶。
优选的,所述异型槽的槽道是从下到上逐渐增大的,所述形状记忆合金受到高于℃时就会沿着支撑环向上伸长带动支撑杆将绝热毯折叠上移,所述形状记忆合金受到低于℃时就会沿着支撑环向下收缩增大体积触发按压开关。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过进气口进入尾气经过滤板将碳颗粒堆积在其表面,当尾气穿过螺旋孔时带动滤板旋转,分流棒右侧固定整齐排列的刮碳叶片随着滤板的旋转将碳颗粒层层刮到底部,实现了刮碳叶片将碳颗粒刮到底积槽中,解决了汽油燃烧未完全碳颗粒堆积在净化装置前端造成堵塞的问题。
2、本发明通过形状记忆合金受到低温会收缩到支撑环的底部带动绝热毯包裹夹层内筒,同时触发按压开关使得电动盒通电驱动电燃杆旋转并将底积槽中堆积的碳颗粒燃烧给夹层内筒中提供热量,当形状记忆合金受到高温向上伸长带动支撑杆将绝热毯折叠堆放在顶部,同时顶起凸起块使得车在行驶过程中气流进入夹层外筒和夹层内筒之间对夹层内筒内部进行散热,解决了净化装置中的催化剂低温不起作用,高温失活的问题。

其中,异型槽15的槽道是从下到上逐渐增大的,形状记忆合金16受到高于700℃时就会沿着支撑环14向上伸长带动支撑杆13将绝热毯12折叠上移,形状记忆合金16受到低于400℃时就会沿着支撑环14向下收缩增大体积触发按压开关21,通过形状记忆合金16受高温就会带动支撑杆13将绝热毯12折叠,增加对催化剂载体5的散热性,形状记忆合金16受低温收缩带动支撑杆13将绝热毯12包裹住夹层内筒4,保证增温更快和保温。
本发明的使用方法工作原理如下:
尾气通入进气口2,其中碳颗粒堆积在滤板6表面,当尾气穿过螺旋孔9时带动滤板6旋转,由于固定斜排列的刮碳叶片8将滤板6表面碳颗粒层层刮到底积槽18中,当形状记忆合金16受到高温伸长带动支撑杆13折叠绝热毯12到顶部,同时顶起凸起块17使得车行驶过程中将气流流过夹层外筒1和夹层内筒4之间给其散热,当形状记忆合金16受到低温收缩带动支撑杆13将绝热毯12包裹夹层内筒4,同时触发按压开关21使得电动盒20通电使得电燃杆22燃烧碳颗粒并用螺旋叶23将碳颗粒铺开。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车排气管的尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述夹层外筒(1)和夹层内筒(4)中间活动安装有绝热毯(12),所述绝热毯(12)的两侧活动安装有支撑环(14),所述支撑环(14)的内侧开设有异型槽(15),所述绝热毯(12)为褶皱型且中间固定连接有支撑杆(13)且活动连接于异型槽(15)中,所述支撑环(14)的底部活动套接有形状记忆合金(16),所述支撑环(14)的顶部活动安装有凸起块(17)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车排气管的尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述夹层外筒(1)的底部固定连接有底积槽(18),所述底积槽(18)的左侧固定连接有导线(19),所述底积槽(18)内部的左侧固定安装有电动盒(20),所述电动盒(20)的顶部活动安装有按压开关(21),所述电动盒(20)的右侧活动连接有电燃杆(22),所述电燃杆(22)的外侧固定连接有螺旋叶(23)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车排气管的尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述异型槽(15)的槽道是从下到上逐渐增大的,所述形状记忆合金(16)受到高于700℃时就会沿着支撑环(14)向上伸长带动支撑杆(13)将绝热毯(12)折叠上移,所述形状记忆合金(16)受到低于400℃时就会沿着支撑环(14)向下收缩增大体积触发按压开关(21)。
