本发明公开了一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料、该余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料的施工方法以及内壁涂有该余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料的余热锅炉烟道,本发明能在烟道内壁形成防腐蚀涂层,具有良好的耐酸腐蚀性,能经受HCl、HF、SO2、NO2、CO等气体在高温下的长期腐蚀,烟道使用寿命显著延长,还能减少烟道内壁的针孔、气泡,使烟道具有良好的耐高温性能,长期耐220℃‑300℃高温,短期350℃以上的环境温度中使用,且该涂层的漆膜硬度高,耐候性好,抗粉化能力强,使烟道具有良好的抗烟气冲刷性能。

一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及烟道处理工艺领域,尤其涉及一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料及其施工方法。
背景技术
余热锅炉,是指利用各种工业过程中的废气、废料或废液中的余热及其可燃物质燃烧后产生的热量把水加热到一定温度的锅炉。余热锅炉的烟道是用来通入烟气进行热交换的场所,但是现有的余热锅炉烟道使用时间一长,容易在烟道内形成残留物,如果余热锅炉中的烟气是来自玻璃窑中的话,其烟气中包含二氧化硫,容易造成对余热锅炉烟道内壁的腐蚀,严重时甚至出现漏气现象,从而影响余热锅炉的整体换热效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术中所存在的不足,本发明提供了一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料,其解决了现有技术中余热锅炉烟道内壁在酸性气体侵蚀下易发生腐蚀的技术问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题,一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料,涂覆于余热锅炉的烟道内壁上,每100重量份的防腐蚀涂料由以下原料组成:

通过采用上述技术方案,余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料能在烟道内壁形成防腐蚀涂层,具有良好的耐酸腐蚀性,能经受HCl、HF、SO2、NO2、CO等气体在高温下的长期腐蚀,烟道使用寿命显著延长,改性有机硅杂化交联型树脂能提高涂料对基材的附着力,改善漆膜综合性能,硫酸钡还能减少烟道内壁的针孔、气泡,使烟道具有良好的耐高温性能,长期耐220℃-300℃高温,短期350℃以上的环境温度中使用,且该涂层的漆膜硬度高,耐候性好,抗粉化能力强,使烟道具有良好的抗烟气冲刷性能。
优选的,耐高温纤维为石棉纤维。
通过采用上述技术方案,石棉纤维能在500℃高温环境下保持良好的韧性,提高余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料形成的涂层的整体强度。
优选的,填料为滑石粉。
通过采用上述技术方案,滑石粉作为填料可起到骨架作用,降低制造成本,同时提高涂料的漆膜硬度,增加涂料的细度。
优选的,流平剂为有机硅流平剂。
通过采用上述技术方案,有机硅流平剂提供流平性能的同时,可有效降低涂层的流挂倾向,使烟道内壁形成的防腐蚀涂层具有更好的滑爽性和抗刮伤性。
优选的,防沉剂为有机膨润土。
通过采用上述技术方案,有机膨润土可使涂料具有防沉效果,能够有效改善涂料的触变性及流变性,增强涂膜的防腐性及耐水性。
优选的,助溶剂为乙酸丁酯。
通过采用上述技术方案,低特性黏度,在涂料中助溶剂,能提高涂料中其他溶质的溶解性。
优选的,有机溶剂为二甲苯。
通过采用上述技术方案,二甲苯具有良好的溶解性,且二甲苯作为溶剂易于控制余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料的黏度。
优选的,偏高岭土为高岭土在700-800℃的温度煅烧得到,粒径为1-3μm。
通过采用上述技术方案,偏高岭土相对于高岭土,其分子排列是不规则的,呈现热力学介稳状态,具有胶凝性,从而使余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料更加稳定。
本发明还公开了余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料的施工方法,
S1,将余热锅炉烟道内壁铲平,刮去余热锅炉烟道内壁上的残留物,并用碱性清洗液喷射到烟道内壁上除去其上的油脂;
S2,在余热锅炉烟道内壁上滚涂一层乙烯基树脂底层;
S3,在乙烯基树脂底层上均匀滚涂余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料,并自然晾干;
S4,待防腐蚀涂料干燥后,对表面流垢、空鼓、翘边部位进行修整。
与现有技术相比,本发明中的余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料能在烟道内壁形成防腐蚀涂层,具有良好的耐酸腐蚀性,能经受HCl、HF、SO2、NO2、CO等气体在高温下的长期腐蚀,烟道使用寿命显著延长,还能减少烟道内壁的针孔、气泡,使烟道具有良好的耐高温性能,长期耐220℃-300℃高温,短期350℃以上的环境温度中使用,且该涂层的漆膜硬度高,耐候性好,抗粉化能力强,使烟道具有良好的抗烟气冲刷性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明中的技术方案进一步说明。
实施例1,一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料,包括改性有机硅杂化交联型树脂、偏高岭土、耐高温纤维、改性聚酰胺、填料、硫酸钡、流平剂、防沉剂、助溶剂和有机溶剂,其中防腐蚀涂料的各原材料按重量份计每100重量份的原料中各组分的重量如表一所示。
实施例2,一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料,与实施例1不同之处在于原料中各组分及重量如表一所示。
实施例3,一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料,与实施例1不同之处在于原料中各组分及重量如表一所示。
实施例4,一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料,与实施例1不同之处在于原料中各组分及重量如表一所示。
实施例5,一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料,与实施例1不同之处在于原料中各组分及重量如表一所示。
对比例1,一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料,与实施例1不同之处在于原料中各组分及重量如表一所示。
对比例2,一种余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料,与实施例1不同之处在于原料中各组分及重量如表一所示。

以上各实施例和对比例制备余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料的性能由以下方法测试,耐腐蚀性:在余热锅炉烟道内通入酸雾,7天后检测余热锅炉烟道内壁的腐蚀程度;
耐高温性:在余热锅炉烟道内通入260℃高温气体,7天后检测余热锅炉烟道内壁每平米内的开裂数量;
涂层硬度:待余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂层晾干固化后,检测该涂层硬度;
抗烟气冲刷性:在余热锅炉烟道使用30天后检测烟道内壁上的烟尘流垢的堆积情况。
以上各实施例制得的余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料的性能测试结果如表2所示。

由以上测试结果可知,在余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料中加入改性有机硅杂化交联型树脂,能起到提高涂料对基材的附着力,改善涂层的防腐蚀性能,耐高温纤维在260℃高温环境下保持良好的韧性,提高余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料形成的涂层的整体强度,加入流平剂在能提高流平性能的同时,可有效降低涂层的流挂倾向,使烟道内壁形成的防腐蚀涂层具有更好的滑爽性和抗刮伤性,减少烟道内壁上的烟尘流垢的堆积,防沉剂可使涂料具有防沉效果,能够有效改善涂料的触变性及流变性,填料能提高涂料的涂层硬度,增加涂料的细度,硫酸钡能提高余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料的耐候性。
本发明中余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料能在烟道内壁形成防腐蚀涂层,具有良好的耐酸腐蚀性,能经受HCl、HF、SO2、NO2、CO等气体在高温下的长期腐蚀,烟道使用寿命显著延长,还能减少烟道内壁的针孔、气泡,使烟道具有良好的耐高温性能,长期耐220℃-300℃高温,短期350℃以上的环境温度中使用,且该涂层的漆膜硬度高,耐候性好,抗粉化能力强,使烟道具有良好的抗烟气冲刷性能。
实施例6,余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料的施工方法,
S1,将余热锅炉烟道内壁铲平,刮去余热锅炉烟道内壁上的残留物,并用碱性清洗液喷射到烟道内壁上除去其上的油脂;
S2,在余热锅炉烟道内壁上滚涂一层乙烯基树脂底层;
S3,在乙烯基树脂底层上均匀滚涂余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料,并自然晾干;
S4,待防腐蚀涂料干燥后,对表面流垢、空鼓、翘边部位进行修整。
本余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂料的施工方法在施工时预先铺设乙烯基树脂底层,能提高余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂层与烟道内壁之间的连接强度,使余热锅炉烟道内壁防腐蚀涂层更加牢固。
