Detailed Description
A method for making stone-like relief works comprises the following steps:
s1: importing a pattern to be made into a relief into a computer, adjusting the color and contrast of the pattern by using software, making a picture into a mirror image, and removing a background color;
if the relief works are statues or real objects, a professional camera can be used for shooting the patterns or the real objects firstly, then the images or the real objects are guided into a computer, and the images are processed by software, wherein the software can be any image modifying software, such as PS software.
S2: connecting the modified weak solvent printer with a computer, wherein the distance between a printing head of the weak solvent printer and the working surface of the weak solvent printer is more than 5 mm;
as shown in fig. 1, the weak solvent printer 1 is modified to enable the distance between the working surface 1-1 of the weak solvent printer and the printing head 2 to be larger than 5mm, then the single-sided KT board 3 is placed into the weak solvent printer 1, so that the weak solvent printer 1 prints patterns on the back surface of the single-sided KT board 3, and because the common weak solvent printer only prints paper, the gap between the printing head 2 of the common weak solvent printer 1 and the working surface 1-1 of the weak solvent printer is not enough for the thickness of the single-sided KT board 3, of course, the weak solvent printer 1 can also be modified to be capable of adjusting the printing head 2 in a lifting manner (namely, the printing head 2 can move on the Z axis in a space coordinate system).
S3: placing a common single-sided KT plate 3 in the weak solvent printer, and starting a printing program; causing a weak solvent printer to print the pattern on the back of a single-sided KT board;
s4: placing the single-sided KT board in S3 flat 3, enabling the side, printed with the patterns, of the single-sided KT board 3 to face upwards, and placing the single-sided KT board for more than 8 h; the ink flowing out of the weak solvent printer is made to be in full contact with the single-sided KT board, and the ink of the weak solvent printer can make the single-sided KT board in contact with the ink to be sunken, so that a sunken area is formed in the pattern area;
s5: coating a sunken area formed on a single-sided KT board in S4 with low-grade cement to smooth the sunken area;
the purpose is only to make the depressed area smooth, simultaneously, after high strength cement grout material and the contact formation relief sculpture works in the depressed area, adopt the instrument of polishing to polish off low-grade cement easily and can not harm the relief sculpture works that form.
S6: the method comprises the following steps of enclosing the back of a single-sided KT board 3 in S5 by using a strip-shaped metal plate or a batten as a frame to form a cavity with an upward opening, enabling a concave area to be located in the cavity, and then pouring high-strength cement grouting material into the cavity, wherein the length, width and thickness of the cavity are the finished size of the relief works;
s7: standing the cavity in S6 until the high-strength cement grouting material is solidified;
s8: removing the single-sided KT plate 3 and the frame in the step S7 to leave the solidified high-strength cement grouting material;
because the single-sided KT board 3 is relatively cheap, the market price is about 3-5 yuan per square meter, and compared with the price for selling finished products, the single-sided KT board 3 is very economical and practical.
S9: and finally, grinding the low-grade cement on the front surface of the relief product to ensure that the relief product is smooth.
Preferably, the single-sided KT board in the step S4 is placed in a dark dry place without ventilation, so as to avoid that the ink dries too fast in the ventilation place, resulting in insufficient depth of the concave region on the single-sided KT board.
Preferably, the single-sided KT board in the step S7 is left for 10 to 28 days, so that the high-strength cement grout is set most thoroughly.
Preferably, the single-sided KT board in the step S7 is left for 14 days in consideration of production costs.
Preferably, the pattern formed by the slurry is ground in the step S9 by using a grinder.
Preferably, in the step S9, the pattern formed by the slurry is ground by using an abrasive cloth, so that the action is gentle during the grinding process, and the relief works formed by the solidification of the high-strength cement grouting material are prevented from being damaged.
Particularly, according to the statement of the carving industry, the relief works made of the single-sided KT board 3 can be carved into yin works and yang works, the switching between the yin works and the yang works is mainly realized by changing a color filling area when the picture is adjusted in software; the high-strength cement grouting material of the invention can also use other setting materials, such as steel adhesive and marble adhesive; the front surface of a common single-sided KT plate on the market is smooth, and the smooth surface cannot absorb ink of a weak solvent printer, so that the back surface of the single-sided KT plate is adopted in the invention.
