本发明公开了一种芪芍消瘿合剂，包括黄芪、白芍、穿山龙、鬼箭羽，将上述四味药混合煎煮并浓缩为合剂；本发明的药物原料为常见的中药，易于获取，且副作用小。组方精简，力效精专。黄芪配伍白芍益气养阴针对各种甲状腺疾病合并抗体升高的病机，穿山龙、鬼箭羽破血通经、解毒消肿为瘿病专药。

一种芪芍消瘿合剂
技术领域
本发明涉及中医药制药技术领域，具体涉及一种芪芍消瘿合剂。
背景技术
甲亢、甲减及各种甲状腺炎的抗体增高西医目前无特殊治疗方法，仅靠补充硒元素(西维尔)对症治疗，治疗效果差。抗体升高的可导致甲亢的高复发率，甲减的替代剂量逐渐增大，刺激甲状腺肿大等等。导致上述疾病迁延难愈，治疗难度增加。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷，本发明提供一种芪芍消瘿合剂，该中药合剂服用方便、成本低廉、复发率低、治疗效果好。
申请人为达到上述目的，通过一段时间的临床使用和持续的改进、观察得出本发明合剂，本发明提供了一种芪芍消瘿合剂，由下列重量比例的原料制成：黄芪：白芍：穿山龙：鬼箭羽为6:3:4:4
其制备工艺为：
(1)将上述四味原料混合，以该混合原料用量的6-8倍的水煎煮两次，每次煎煮2小时，每次煎煮完成后过滤，得滤液；
(2)将两次的滤液合并，并将合并后欧的滤液浓缩至适量，静置，滤过，再浓缩并加入适量防腐剂，搅匀，分装得到所述药物。
上述组方中黄芪、白芍益气养阴为君药，穿山龙活血消痈为臣药，鬼箭羽活血解毒消肿为佐使药，全方共奏益气养阴、活血解毒之功效。
本发明的有益效果体现在：芪芍消瘿合剂针对瘿病的主要病机：气阴两虚、火毒内盛。处方精专有效，用于临床多例患者安全有效，且患者依从性高。且本发明的药物原料为常见的中药，易于获取，且副作用小。组方精简，力效精专。黄芪配伍白芍益气养阴针对各种甲状腺疾病合并抗体升高的病机，穿山龙、鬼箭羽破血通经、解毒消肿为瘿病专药。
具体实施方式
下为了进一步阐述本发明一种芪芍消瘿合剂及其制备方法和使用方法，达到预期发明目的，以下结合较佳实施例，对依据本发明提出的一种治疗甲状腺炎的药物及其制备方法和使用方法，其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效，详细说明如后。
在下述说明中，不同的“一实施例”或“实施例”指的不一定是同一实施例。此外，一或多个实施例中的特定特征、结构或特点可由任何合适形式组合。
在详细阐述本发明一种理气消瘿膏及其制备方法和使用方法之前，有必要对本发明中提及的相关治疗方法、药材以及加热药材的火候做进一步说明，以达到更好的效果。
需要注意的是，除非另有说明，本申请使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域技术人员所理解的通常意义。
自身免疫性甲状腺炎(Autoimmune thyroiditis，AIT)是临床比较常见的一种器官特异性自身免疫疾病，以弥漫性甲状腺肿大、甲状腺内淋巴细胞浸润与血清中甲状腺特异性自身抗体-TpoAb、TgAb水平升高为主要特征；
临床上以桥本甲状腺炎(Hashimotothyroiditis，HT)为主。中医学并没有自身免疫性甲状腺炎病名的记载。根据甲状腺弥漫性肿大、质硬的特点，多数医家将其归属于“瘿病”“瘿瘤”“瘿气”等范畴。
本发明的一实施例为，药材原料准备：
黄芪30g、白芍15g、穿山龙20g、鬼箭羽20g；
具体操作步骤为：
(1)用电子秤分别称取上述重量的药材原料，并将上述四味原料混合；
(2)在混合后的药材放入锅中，并倒入550ml水煎煮两小时，用纱布过滤，得到滤液1和药渣1；向药渣中加入510ml水煎煮两小时，得滤液2和药渣2，在煎煮中按照常规的文火方式煎煮；
(3)合并滤液1和滤液2，得总滤液，将总滤液浓缩至200ml左右，静置，并再次过滤，浓缩至60ml左右，然后加入防腐剂，并加水或浓缩至60ml，搅匀得到。
上述组方中黄芪、白芍-益气养阴为君药，穿山龙消痈散结为臣药，鬼箭羽解毒消肿为佐使药，全方共奏益气养阴、活血消肿之功效。
临床治疗方案：
使用芪芍消瘿合剂：口服，一次20ml，一日3次，服用时摇匀；
采用自身前后对照方法，治疗周期至少为12周；
观察指标：TpoAb、TgAb
疗效判断标准：显效：实验室指标较治疗前下降＞50％；有效：20％≤实验室指标较治疗前下降≤50％；无效：实验室指标较治疗前下降＜20％
2020年7月至2021年02月在重庆市中医药道门口院部内分泌科就诊患者，至少有3个月完整治疗前后随访资料的HT患者，共计237例；其中男14例，女223例，年龄在20～68岁之间，平均年龄(41.39±13.29)。
上述统计案例中，显效32例、有效141例、无效64例，总有效率为73.0％。
为了便于长期治疗的便捷性，将其制备为瓶装，其实施例为：
药材原料准备：黄芪500g、白芍-250g、穿山龙333.3g、鬼箭羽333.3g
具体操作步骤为：
(1)用电子秤分别称取上述重量的药材原料，并将上述四味原料混合；
(2)在混合后的药材放入锅中，并倒入9L水煎煮两小时，用纱布过滤，得到滤液1和药渣1；向药渣中加入8.5L水煎煮两小时，得滤液2和药渣2，在煎煮中按照常规的文火方式煎煮；
(3)合并滤液1和滤液2，得总滤液，将总滤液浓缩至2.8L左右，静置，并再次过滤，浓缩至1000ml左右，然后加入防腐剂，并加水至1000ml，搅匀，分装，每瓶装100ml，得到药液。通过该方式的合剂制作，便于存储和取用。

1.一种芪芍消瘿合剂，特征在于，由下列重量比例的原料制成：黄芪：白芍：穿山龙：鬼箭羽为6:3:4:4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种芪芍消瘿合剂，特征在于，由下列重量比例的原料制成：黄芪：赤芍：穿山龙：鬼箭羽为6:3:4:4。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种芪芍消瘿合剂的制备方法，其特征在于，将上述四味原料混合，以该混合原料用量的6-8倍的水煎煮两次；每次煎煮2小时，每次煎煮完成后过滤，得滤液，将两次煎煮的滤液合并为总滤液，总滤液浓缩，静置后再次滤过，再浓缩并加入适量防腐剂，搅匀，分装，得所述药物。
