技术领域
本发明涉及中药组合物领域，特别是涉及一种治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生的中药组合物。
背景技术
乳腺增生病是妇女常见病与多发病，国内报道其发病率在10％左右，且多发于30～50岁妇女。西医应用性激素治疗本病，应用后可能会进一步干扰人体的激素间的平衡，并增加癌变的可能。故而一般不把它们作为常规用药，仅在症状严重时，才考虑应用。中医中药治疗乳腺增生病从整体出发，辨病与辨证相结合，能从多方面、多角度出发，起到调整内分泌、增强机体免疫力作用，疗效可靠，具有疗效高、疗效稳定以及副作用少的特点，有效改善患者生存质量及降低乳腺癌发生的危险程度。
中医学认为：冲任为气血之海，上荣为乳，下行为经。冲任血海在肾的主导与天癸的作用下由盛而满，由满而溢，由溢而渐虚，由虚而渐复盛，具有先充盈后疏泄的特点；冲任的生理变化直接影响乳房与子宫的变化，乳房在月经周期中的生理变化表现为经前充盈和经后疏泄。经前之阴血充足，肝气旺盛，冲任之气血充盈，使乳腺发生生理性增生，经后随着经血外泄，肝气得舒，冲任气血处于静止状态，使乳腺由增殖转为复旧。
对于由肝郁气滞引起的乳腺增生，思虑伤肝，木失条达，肝气所乘，肆虐侮土。脾为阴土，思虑伤脾，又被木克，以致运化失职，水湿内困，聚而成痰，痰气内结，凝滞成块。此型临床较为多见，常见于青春期或病程较短者。证见忧郁寡欢，心烦易躁，两侧乳房胀痛，可扪及肿块，其肿块常随情志波动而消长，每于经前乳头、乳房胀痛更甚，经后可有所缓解，兼有两胁胀闷，少气懒言，善叹息，暧气频作。舌质淡，苔薄白，脉来弦细。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果显著、标本兼治的治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生的中药组合物。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物包括以下重量份组分：
柴胡9~12份，当归8~20份，赤芍9~20份，制香附9~12份，杭白芍9~15份，茯苓10~15份，丝瓜络10~20份，通草6~12份，鸡血藤15~25份，红花3~9份，生甘草6~9份。
所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
延胡索9~12份，川楝子9~12份，乳香6~12份，没药6~9份。
所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
白芥子6~9份，昆布10~15份，生牡蛎15~30份，瓜萎10~15份。
所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
牡丹皮6~12份，栀子9~12份，女贞子10~20份，旱莲草10~20份。
本发明方中以苦平之柴胡为君，疏肝行气，引诸药入肝经。赤芍苦寒入肝经，行活血散瘀止痛之功效，制香附主入肝经气分，芳香辛行，善散肝气之郁结，味苦疏泄以平肝气之横逆，杭白芍酸敛肝阴，养血柔肝止痛，三药合用，加强君药疏肝行气之功，共为臣药。血为气之母，血不断地为气的生成和功能活动提供营养，气依附于血而不散失，赖血之运载而运行全身，方中当归、红花活血止痛，鸡血藤行血补血，共奏活血之功。使以生甘草和丝瓜络缓急止痛，茯苓和通草健脾通气。诸药合用，共奏疏肝理气，散结止痛之功效。
功能主治：疏肝理气、散结止痛，临床上用于治疗由肝郁气滞引起的乳腺增生。
用法用量：水煎服，每日一剂，分两次煎服。经前15日服至月经来潮。
辨症加减：
乳房疼痛明显者，选加延胡索、川楝子、乳香和没药，延胡索活血化瘀、行气止痛，川楝子疏泄肝热、解郁止痛，乳香和没药相伍为用，为宣通脏腑、流通经络之要药，与基础方中当归等相配，气血兼顾，取效尤捷。
乳房肿块韧硬者，选加白芥子、昆布、生牡蛎和瓜萎，白芥子其性走散、可散结消肿，昆布和生牡蛎软坚散结，瓜萎散结消肿，配合基础方治疗肿块韧硬症状。
乳头溢液者，选加牡丹皮、栀子、女贞子和旱莲草，牡丹皮和栀子凉血解毒，女贞子和旱莲草具有益肝肾、补阴血功效，配合基础方治疗乳头溢液症状。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：

、本发明方中茯苓、甘草为药食两用材料，当归、红花、杭白芍、赤芍和制香附为常用的保健中药，其它丝瓜络、通草等材料药均为中医界常用的药材，保证了方子的安全性。
、临床数据：我科室参照2002年中华中医外科学会乳腺病专业委员会第八次会议通过的标准（详见后文），将2015年3月到2016年3月一年时间内门诊乳腺增生患者，其中全部女性，年龄在30-52岁之内，共纳入乳腺增生病120例，其中分型治疗属肝郁气滞型28例，均每日1剂水煎，经前15日服至月经来潮。对照组60例，用天冬素0.25g，维生素E，100mg，每日分3次口服，三苯氧胺10mg，每次1片，每天2次。用4个月。总有效率分别为97.5%、85.2%(P<0.001)。

本发明中各个材料药均可从普通药店购买到，药源丰富，价格适宜，其规格符合国家医药标准。
对于实施例中各材料药所用的称重单位，这里采用的是药房取药时常用的克，当然，如果是批量配制的话，用千克、磅等重量单位都是可以的，只要是满足本发明药方中各材料药之间的份数关系就行，不做严格限定。

2002年中华中医外科学会乳腺病专业委员会第八次会议通过的标准：
（1）主症：
①乳房胀痛、窜痛：
②乳房疼痛和／或肿块与月经、情绪变化相关；
③烦躁易怒；
④两胁胀满。
（2）次症：
①肿块旱单一片状，质软，触痛明显；
②青年女性；
③月经失调，或痛经；
④舌质淡红，苔薄自或薄黄，脉弦。
辨证标准：具3项主症或2项主症+2项次症。
典型病案：
崔某，女，35岁，2015年5月19日初诊。症见：双乳疼痛明显，每随情志变化而加重，月经来时加重，胸闷善太息，睡眠欠佳，烦躁易怒，口苦，舌苔薄白，脉弦。彩超示：双侧乳房结节。
诊断：乳腺增生，治宜疏肝理气、活血止痛，方以该组合物加减。处方：柴胡12g，当归15g，赤芍20g，制香附12g，杭白芍12g，茯苓12g，通草10g，鸡血藤15g，红花9g，生甘草8g，乳香8g，没药8g，延胡索12g，川楝子12g。7剂，水煎。
二诊（5月26日）：患者服药七天来月经，经前乳房疼痛减轻，睡眠改善情况一般。加酸枣仁15g、柏子仁15g、茯神10g、远志10g，以养心安神，白芥子8g、瓜萎12g、生牡蛎（或者海藻）15g、昆布12g，以软坚散结。7剂，水煎。
三诊（6月1日）：患者乳房疼痛症状明显减轻，嘱再服7剂可停药。处方：柴胡12g，当归15g，赤芍20g，制香附12g，杭白芍12g，茯苓12g，鸡血藤15g，红花9g，生甘草8g，延胡索12g，川楝子12g，酸枣仁15g，茯神10g，远志10g，生牡蛎15g，昆布12g。服后痊愈，随访半年未复发。
在实际行医过程中，可以在以本发明为基础方且保证疏肝理气、散结止痛功效前提下，根据患者的具体症状对某些材料药进行相应的加减。

Claims (4)

1.一种治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物包括以下重量份组分：
柴胡9~12份，当归8~20份，赤芍9~20份，制香附9~12份，杭白芍9~15份，茯苓10~15份，丝瓜络10~20份，通草6~12份，鸡血藤15~25份，红花3~9份，生甘草6~9份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
延胡索9~12份，川楝子9~12份，乳香6~12份，没药6~9份。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
白芥子6~9份，昆布10~15份，生牡蛎15~30份，瓜萎10~15份。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
牡丹皮6~12份，栀子9~12份，女贞子10~20份，旱莲草10~20份。
