Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，其是由下述重量份配比的中药原料组成：柴胡10～15份、白芍10～20份、香附8～12份、郁金10～20份、青皮10～15份、丹参12～16份、莪术8～12份、生牡蛎20～30份、茯苓25～35份、牡丹皮10～20份，夏枯草25～35份、姜黄10～15份。方中柴胡、白芍、香附、青皮疏肝、解郁、理气，调节雌激素，改善对乳房的不良刺激；丹参、莪术活血化瘀，郁金、牡丹皮、姜黄通络止痛，缓解乳房疼痛；茯苓、牡蛎、夏枯草化痰散结，消除乳房肿块。全方共奏疏肝理气、活血化痰、通络止痛、化痰散结之功，对乳腺增生患者可达标本兼治之效，而且副作用小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物。
背景技术
乳腺增生是女性最常见的乳房疾病，其发病率占乳腺疾病的首位。近些年来该病发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，年龄也越来越低龄化。乳腺增生是指乳腺上皮和纤维组织增生，经常表现为乳房胀痛和乳房肿块，疼痛常见为单侧或双侧乳房胀痛或触痛，周期性疼痛，月经前期发生或加重。多发于30-50岁女性，发病高峰为35-40岁。
目前乳腺增生的治疗主要以手术疗法为主，一般不易被患者接受。治疗乳腺增生的药物也有多种，常用的西药有抗激素类药物三苯氧胺、雄性激素类药物丙睾或甲基睾丸素以及催乳素药物，这些药物虽有一定的疗效，但服用周期长，易复发，极易造成医源性损伤，副作用较大，不宜长期服用。中医多以养血柔肝、理气止痛、软坚散结、补肾调冲药物组成不同的方剂进行治疗，但大多存在针对性不强，疗效不够确切，治疗周期长，服用不方便等缺点。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物。
其技术解决方案是：
一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，其是由下述重量份配比的中药原料组成：柴胡10～15份、白芍10～20份、香附8～12份、郁金10～20份、青皮10～15份、丹参12～16份、莪术8～12份、生牡蛎20～30份、茯苓25～35份、牡丹皮10～20份，夏枯草25～35份、姜黄10～15份。
优选的，各中药原料的重量份配比为：柴胡15份、白芍15份、香附10份、郁金15份、青皮10份、丹参15份、莪术10份、生牡蛎30份、茯苓30份、牡丹皮15份，夏枯草30份、姜黄15份。
上述中药组合物的剂型是任何一种药剂学上所说的口服剂型。其中汤剂采用下述方法制备：
（1）按照重量配比将柴胡、白芍、香附、郁金、青皮、丹参、莪术、生牡蛎（先煎）、茯苓、牡丹皮、夏枯草与姜黄混合，并将该混合物与水按照1∶8～1∶10的比例混合，在水中浸泡30～60分钟；
（2）将所述步骤（1）中浸泡后的混合物煎煮30～60分钟后，过滤得到第一滤液及滤渣；
（3）将步骤（2）中所得滤渣与水按照重量比1∶4～1∶6的比例混合，再将其煎煮30～60分钟，然后过滤得到第二滤液及滤渣，将第一滤液与第二滤液混合即得汤剂。
上述中药组合物可根据需要进一步制成囊剂、颗粒剂或片剂等，制备方法为本领域中的常用工艺。
本发明的药理及有益技术效果是：
方中柴胡、白芍、香附、青皮疏肝、解郁、理气，调节雌激素，改善对乳房的不良刺激；丹参、莪术活血化瘀，郁金、牡丹皮、姜黄通络止痛，缓解乳房疼痛；茯苓、牡蛎、夏枯草化痰散结，消除乳房肿块。全方共奏疏肝理气、活血化痰、通络止痛、化痰散结之功，对乳腺增生患者可达标本兼治之效，而且副作用小。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按下述配比称取中药原料：
柴胡15克、白芍15克、香附10克、郁金15克、青皮10克、丹参15克、莪术10克、生牡蛎30克、茯苓30克、牡丹皮15克，夏枯草30克、姜黄15克。
制备方法如下：
将称取后的柴胡、白芍、香附、郁金、青皮、丹参、莪术、生牡蛎（先煎）、茯苓、牡丹皮、夏枯草与姜黄混合，并将该混合物加入1800克水中，浸泡50分钟，然后煎煮60分钟，过滤得到第一滤液及滤渣；再向滤渣中加入1000克水，然后煎煮40分钟，过滤得到第二滤液及滤渣，将第一滤液与第二滤液混合得本发明汤剂。
实施例2
按下述配比称取中药原料：

实施例3
按下述配比称取中药原料：
柴胡15克、白芍20克、香附8克、郁金20克、青皮10克、丹参12克、莪术8克、生牡蛎30克、茯苓35克、牡丹皮20克，夏枯草25克、姜黄15克。
制备方法如下：
将称取后的柴胡、白芍、香附、郁金、青皮、丹参、莪术、生牡蛎（先煎）、茯苓、牡丹皮、夏枯草与姜黄混合，并将该混合物加入1800克水中，浸泡60分钟，然后煎煮50分钟，过滤得到第一滤液及滤渣；再向滤渣中加入1000克水，然后煎煮50分钟，过滤得到第二滤液及滤渣，将第一滤液与第二滤液混合得本发明汤剂。
临床资料
1、一般资料：
临床资料500例中，年龄25—35岁，200例；年龄36—45岁，200例；年龄46—60岁，100例。
2、病例症状：
患者在乳房外上象限有一扁平肿块，扪之有豆粒大小韧硬结节，可有触痛。肿块边界欠清，与周围组织不粘连。乳房可有胀痛，每随喜怒而消长，常在月经前加重，月经后缓解。
3、诊断标准：
按照《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准—中医外科病症诊断疗效标准》拟定。
4、治疗方法：口服实施例1中制得的汤剂，每日一剂，20天为一个疗程。连服2个疗程。
5、疗效评定标准：
治愈：乳房肿块及疼痛消失；
好转：乳房肿块缩小，疼痛减轻或消失；
无效：乳房肿块及疼痛无变化。
6、治疗结果：
见下表1。

从表1中可以看出，本发明药物对乳腺增生患者治疗的总有效率高达98.2%，治疗效果显著。

1.一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于它是由下述重量份配比的中药原料组成：柴胡10～15份、白芍10～20份、香附8～12份、郁金10～20份、青皮10～15份、丹参12～16份、莪术8～12份、生牡蛎20～30份、茯苓25～35份、牡丹皮10～20份，夏枯草25～35份、姜黄10～15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于各中药原料的重量份配比为：柴胡15份、白芍15份、香附10份、郁金15份、青皮10份、丹参15份、莪术10份、生牡蛎30份、茯苓30份、牡丹皮15份，夏枯草30份、姜黄15份。
