技术领域
本发明涉及中药组合物领域，特别是涉及一种治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生的中药组合物。
背景技术
乳腺增生病是妇女常见病与多发病，国内报道其发病率在10％左右，且多发于30～50岁妇女。西医应用性激素治疗本病，应用后可能会进一步干扰人体的激素间的平衡，并增加癌变的可能。故而一般不把它们作为常规用药，仅在症状严重时，才考虑应用。中医中药治疗乳腺增生病从整体出发，辨病与辨证相结合，能从多方面、多角度出发，起到调整内分泌、增强机体免疫力作用，疗效可靠，具有疗效高、疗效稳定以及副作用少的特点，有效改善患者生存质量及降低乳腺癌发生的危险程度。
中医学认为：冲任为气血之海，上荣为乳，下行为经。冲任血海在肾的主导与天癸的作用下由盛而满，由满而溢，由溢而渐虚，由虚而渐复盛，具有先充盈后疏泄的特点；冲任的生理变化直接影响乳房与子宫的变化，乳房在月经周期中的生理变化表现为经前充盈和经后疏泄。经前之阴血充足，肝气旺盛，冲任之气血充盈，使乳腺发生生理性增生，经后随着经血外泄，肝气得舒，冲任气血处于静止状态，使乳腺由增殖转为复旧。
对于由冲任失调引起的乳腺增生，冲为血海，隶属于肝肾，任脉主一身之阴脉，若禀赋素弱，血海空虚，或恚怒伤肝，肝失条达，下扰血海，或因年老肾虚，任脉不固，以致冲任失调，结于乳络而成乳癖。此型多见于绝经期妇女。乳房胀痛或隐痛，乳房内结块大小及疼痛等症状常于经前明显加重，经后显著减轻。常伴面色少华，腰酸膝软，精神疲惫，夜寐不酣，月经紊乱，量少色淡，甚或经闭。舌淡苔白，脉象细弱。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果显著、标本兼治的治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生的中药组合物。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物包括以下重量份组分：
仙茅10~15份，淫羊藿10~25份，肉苁蓉10~15份，枸杞子10~25份，制首乌10~25份，熟地24~32份，牡蛎15~30份，当归头10~15份，丹参10~20份，郁金10~12份，知母9~12份，黄柏3~9份。
所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
延胡索9~12份，川楝子9~12份，乳香6~12份，没药6~9份。
所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
白芥子6~9份，昆布10~15份，生牡蛎15~30份，瓜蒌10~15份。
所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
牡丹皮6~12份，栀子9~12份，女贞子10~20份，旱莲草10~20份。
本发明方中壮阳药与滋阴药同用，以针对阴阳俱虚于下，而又有虚火上炎的证候。方中以仙茅、淫羊藿和肉苁蓉为君药，温肾阳、补肾精；黄柏、知母和熟地泻相火而滋肾阴为臣药；制首乌、当归头和丹参辅佐温润养血而调冲任；使以枸杞子、牡蛎和郁金活血止痛、益阴潜阳。诸药合用，共奏温肾助阳、调摄冲任之功效。
功能主治：温肾助阳、调摄冲任，临床上用于治疗冲任失调且偏肾阳虚型乳腺增生。
用法用量：水煎服，每日一剂，分两次煎服。经前15日服至月经来潮。
辨症加减：
乳房疼痛明显者，选加延胡索、川楝子、乳香和没药，延胡索活血化瘀、行气止痛，川楝子疏泄肝热、解郁止痛，乳香和没药相伍为用，为宣通脏腑、流通经络之要药，与基础方中当归等相配，气血兼顾，取效尤捷。
乳房肿块韧硬者，选加白芥子、昆布、生牡蛎和瓜萎，白芥子其性走散、可散结消肿，昆布和生牡蛎软坚散结，瓜萎散结消肿，配合基础方治疗肿块韧硬症状。
乳头溢液者，选加牡丹皮、栀子、女贞子和旱莲草，牡丹皮和栀子凉血解毒，女贞子和旱莲草具有益肝肾、补阴血功效，配合基础方治疗乳头溢液症状。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
1、本发明配伍合理，具有效果显著，标本兼治的疗效。
2、本发明方中枸杞子、牡蛎为药食两用材料，当归头、淫羊藿、熟地、制首乌和丹参为常用的保健中药，其它仙茅、肉苁蓉等材料药均为中医界常用的药材，保证了方子的安全性。
3、临床数据：我科室参照2002年中华中医外科学会乳腺病专业委员会第八次会议通过的标准（详见后文），将2015年3月到2016年3月一年时间内门诊乳腺增生患者，其中全部女性，年龄在30-52岁之内，共纳入乳腺增生病120例，其中分型治疗属冲任失调型14例；均每日1剂水煎，经前15日服至月经来潮。对照组38例，用天冬素0.25g，维生素E，100mg，每日分3次口服，三苯氧胺10mg，每次1片，每天2次。用4个月。总有效率分别为97.5%、85.2%(P<0.001)。

本发明中各个材料药均可从普通药店购买到，药源丰富，价格适宜，其规格符合国家医药标准。
对于实施例中各材料药所用的称重单位，这里采用的是药房取药时常用的克，当然，如果是批量配制的话，用千克、磅等重量单位都是可以的，只要是满足本发明药方中各材料药之间的份数关系就行，不做严格限定。

仙茅13g，淫羊藿20g，肉苁蓉15g，枸杞子12g，制首乌18g，熟地26g，牡蛎26g，当归头10g，丹参16g，郁金10g，知母12g，黄柏8g，牡丹皮12g，栀子12g，女贞子17g，旱莲草18g。
本发明有关门诊治疗情况如下：
2002年中华中医外科学会乳腺病专业委员会第八次会议通过的标准：
（1）主症：
①乳房疼痛症状较轻，或无疼痛；
②腰膝酸软或伴足跟疼痛：
③月经周期紊乱，量少或行经天数短暂或淋漓不尽，或闭经。
（2）次症：
①中年以上女性：
②头晕耳鸣；
③舌质淡，舌苔薄白，脉细。
辨证标准：具2项主症+2项次症。
典型案例：
朱某，女，48岁，我院职工。2015年7月12日初诊。两乳房胀痛8年余，两乳房胀痛，经前尤甚，经后减轻，曾服逍遥丸、乳癖消等无效。目前，乳房疼痛较剧，与月经无明显关系。 月经前期检查，两乳房各外上象限可扪及结节状肿块，质中，推之活动，触痛明显，肿块与皮肤均无粘连，两腋下未及肿大淋巴结，舌黯红，边有瘀滞，苔薄白，脉濡。冲任失调，肝郁气滞。
仙茅15g，淫羊藿10g，肉苁蓉10g，枸杞子10g，制首乌10g，熟地24g，牡蛎30g，当归头15g，丹参15g，郁金10g，知母9g，黄柏6g，瓜蒌15g，女贞子20g，旱莲草15g。
投药两周，乳房疼痛明显减轻，肿块变软，苔薄质偏红，脉濡，治守原方，前法踵进。又服药1月，乳房疼痛症状消失，两乳房外上象限尚可扪及颗粒状肿块，质软。2015年9月12日复诊，月经正常，伴有口干，大便秘结，3日一行，舌偏红，苔薄，脉濡，减辛热之仙茅，加知母、火麻仁再服药1月，诸症俱消，乳房肿块消失，临床治愈。随访半年，经前乳房无胀痛，月经正常。
在实际行医过程中，可以在以本发明为基础方且保证温肾助阳、调摄冲任功效前提下，根据患者的具体症状对某些材料药进行相应的加减。

Claims (4)

1.一种治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物包括以下重量份组分：
仙茅10~15份，淫羊藿10~25份，肉苁蓉10~15份，枸杞子10~25份，制首乌10~25份，熟地24~32份，牡蛎15~30份，当归头10~15份，丹参10~20份，郁金10~12份，知母9~12份，黄柏3~9份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
延胡索9~12份，川楝子9~12份，乳香6~12份，没药6~9份。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
白芥子6~9份，昆布10~15份，生牡蛎15~30份，瓜蒌10~15份。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述组合物还包括以下重量份组分：
牡丹皮6~12份，栀子9~12份，女贞子10~20份，旱莲草10~20份。
