本发明公开了一种锌灰泵,包括电机,电机的下端设置有减速机箱体,减速机箱体的内部设置有与电机轴端固定连接的小齿轮,小齿轮啮合有大齿轮;减速机箱体的下端设置有连接腔体,连接腔体内部设置有与大齿轮中心转轴连接的联轴器,联轴器的另一端连接有螺旋桨结构;螺旋桨结构的外侧设置有风冷轴承;风冷轴承安装在风冷轴承座上,风冷轴承座外部设置有中空结构;中空结构的一侧设置有进气孔,减速机箱体的上端设置有出气孔,冷风从进气孔依次经过中空结构、连接腔体和减速机箱体后从出气孔排出。本发明锌灰泵解决了转速较大,产生较大热量,对于设备自身伤害,通过减速和风冷,延长使用寿命。

本发明涉及锌液泵技术领域,尤其涉及一种锌灰泵。
背景技术
钢带表面镀锌的过程中,排渣炉鼻子的两侧均安装有锌灰泵,实现排渣功能。然而,锌灰泵在实际工作过程中,由于转速较大,产生较大热量,对于轴承的和联轴器的伤害较大。为了减小此种伤害,延长使用寿命,本发明锌灰泵增加了减速装置和冷却装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锌灰泵,解决锌灰泵由于转速较大,产生较大热量,对于自身伤害较大的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明一种锌灰泵,包括电机,所述电机的下端设置有减速机箱体,所述减速机箱体的内部设置有与所述电机轴端固定连接的小齿轮,所述小齿轮啮合有大齿轮;所述减速机箱体的下端设置有连接腔体,所述连接腔体内部设置有与所述大齿轮中心转轴连接的联轴器,所述联轴器的另一端连接有螺旋桨结构;所述螺旋桨结构的外侧设置有风冷轴承;所述风冷轴承安装在风冷轴承座上,所述风冷轴承座外部设置有中空结构;所述中空结构的一侧设置有进气孔,减速机箱体的上端设置有出气孔,冷风从进气孔依次经过中空结构、连接腔体和减速机箱体后从出气孔排出。
进一步的,所述电机替换为风动马达。
进一步的,所述小齿轮和其啮合的大齿轮均为减速齿轮。
进一步的,所述电机、减速机箱体、中空结构、连接腔体和风冷轴承座之间均通过螺栓连接。
进一步的,所述大齿轮的中心转轴与所述减速机箱体之间均安装有轴承。
进一步的,所述小齿轮和其啮合的大齿轮均为直齿轮。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果:
该发明锌灰泵通过添加减速机箱体,实现电机作用在螺旋桨结构上的转速减速的目的,即通过两个啮合的齿轮实现减速;此外,通过风冷,对整个机械运动场合进行冷却,减少机械产热对结构自身的伤害,延长使用寿命。总之,本发明锌灰泵解决了转速较大,产生较大热量,对于设备自身伤害,通过减速和风冷,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,一种锌灰泵,包括电机1,所述电机1可以替换为风动马达。所述电机1的下端安装有减速机箱体4,所述减速机箱体4的内部安装有与所述电机1轴端固定连接的小齿轮2,所述小齿轮2啮合有大齿轮3。所述小齿轮2和其啮合的大齿轮3均为减速齿轮,所述小齿轮2和其啮合的大齿轮3均为直齿轮。所述大齿轮3的中心转轴与所述减速机箱体4之间均安装有轴承。
所述减速机箱体4的下端安装有连接腔体8,所述连接腔体8内部安装有与所述大齿轮3中心转轴连接的联轴器5,所述联轴器5的另一端连接有螺旋桨结构7。电机1启动,小齿轮2旋转,带动大齿轮3旋转,然后在联轴器5作用下,螺旋桨结构7旋转。
所述螺旋桨结构7的外侧安装有风冷轴承6,所述风冷轴承6安装在风冷轴承座12上。所述风冷轴承座12外部安装有中空结构9,所述中空结构9的一侧安装有进气孔10,减速机箱体4的上端安装有出气孔11。冷风从进气孔10依次经过中空结构9、连接腔体8和减速机箱体4后从出气孔11排出,实现对运行部件的降温,达到延长使用寿命的目的。
所述电机1、减速机箱体4、中空结构9、连接腔体8和风冷轴承座12之间均通过螺栓连接。

1.一种锌灰泵,其特征在于:包括电机(1),所述电机(1)的下端设置有减速机箱体(4),所述减速机箱体(4)的内部设置有与所述电机(1)轴端固定连接的小齿轮(2),所述小齿轮(2)啮合有大齿轮(3);所述减速机箱体(4)的下端设置有连接腔体(8),所述连接腔体(8)内部设置有与所述大齿轮(3)中心转轴连接的联轴器(5),所述联轴器(5)的另一端连接有螺旋桨结构(7);所述螺旋桨结构(7)的外侧设置有风冷轴承(6);所述风冷轴承(6)安装在风冷轴承座(12)上,所述风冷轴承座(12)外部设置有中空结构(9);所述中空结构(9)的一侧设置有进气孔(10),减速机箱体(4)的上端设置有出气孔(11),冷风从进气孔(10)依次经过中空结构(9)、连接腔体(8)和减速机箱体(4)后从出气孔(11)排出。
