Abstract
本发明涉及一种辅助降血糖的保健食品及其制备方法,采用蜂胶粉、苦瓜提取物、西洋参提取物、桑叶提取物、姜黄提取物、富铬酵母、富硒酵母为主要原料制成。制作工艺主要为:经过配料、溶胶、压丸、定型、干燥、拣丸、包装等工艺制备而成。本发明所述的辅助降血糖的保健食品合理搭配、配比科学、安全无毒副作用,能够达到辅助降血糖的保健功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药技术领域,具体涉及一种辅助降血糖的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是由于体内胰岛素分泌绝对或相对不足,而引起的糖代谢紊乱为主的一种全身性疾病。虽然对糖尿病发生的机制有了更多的认识,但目前还没有能根治糖尿病的方法,每年死于糖尿病的人数达到150万,除此之外还有220万人死于糖尿病引起的并发症。糖尿病成为了一个危害人类健康的慢性非传染性疾病。糖尿病属中医“消渴”范畴,中医对糖尿病传统的观点认为其病机是:阴虚为本,燥热为标。故中医往往采用清热、益气、养阴、温阳等治则,以达到机体阴阳平衡。
蜂胶为蜜蜂科昆虫意大利蜂Apis mellifera L.工蜂采集的植物树脂与其上颚腺、蜡腺等分泌物混合形成的具有黏性的固体胶状物,含有黄酮类、萜类、酚类等生物活性成分及蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素和矿物质等营养素。蜂胶味苦、辛,性寒,归脾、胃经。具有补虚弱、化浊脂、止消渴的功效。现代药理学研究表明,蜂胶具有增强免疫力、调节血糖、抗氧化、调节血脂等多种作用。苦瓜属于葫芦科苦瓜属的一年生攀缘性草本植物,苦瓜果实中含有各种营养物质,是瓜类蔬菜中含维生素C最高的一种,具有清热解毒、清心明目、清热解暑、治胃通气的功效。现代研究表明,苦瓜还有降血糖、降血脂、提高免疫力、调节内分泌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等作用。西洋参为五加科植物西洋参Panax quinquefolium L.的干燥根。味甘、微苦,性凉,归心、肺、肾经。具有补气养阴,清热生津的功效。西洋参皂苷具有增强免疫力、抗疲劳、降血糖、抗肝损伤等多种药理学作用。桑叶为桑科植物桑Morus alba L.的干燥叶,味甘、苦,性寒,归肺、肝经。具有疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目的功效。桑叶含多种化学成分,具有降血糖、降血脂、降血压、镇咳、抗菌、抗病毒、抗癌等多种药理作用。姜黄为姜科植物姜黄Curcuma Longa L.的干燥根茎。味辛、苦,性温,归脾、肝经。具有破血行气、通经止痛的功效。姜黄的主要生物活性成分姜黄素具有降血糖、降血脂、抗凝、抗氧化、利胆、抗癌等作用。富铬酵母是保健食品允许使用的铬源,铬是维持人体糖代谢的重要元素,补铬可纠正糖尿病病人的糖代谢紊乱。硒是人体必须需的微量元素,在促进细胞对葡萄糖的转运、糖代谢以及信号转导等方面都有类胰岛素作用。
随着我国人民生活水平的升高,胖子、高血脂的人越来越多,市场上辅助降血脂的产品也日益增多。目前专利号CN106889238A提供一种具有辅助降血脂功效的丹参石斛饮料,每1000重量份具有辅助降血脂功效的丹参石斛饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:丹参15-30份、石斛15-25份、山楂9-18份、野菊花8-15份、柿子叶8-15份、罗布麻叶8-15份、决明子8-15份、葛根6-12份、绞股兰6-12份、绿茶6-12份、冰糖1-3份、余量为水。专利号CN109157584A公开了一种具有辅助降血脂功能的组合物及其制备方法和应用,它由人参20-40份、茯苓40-120份、普洱茶20-40份、栀子20-50份、荷叶50-100份、银杏叶20-50份制成。但现有技术所提供的降血脂产品多以中药材组方,未配伍具有纠正糖尿病人的糖代谢紊乱作用的元素铬和具类胰岛素作用的元素硒。有鉴于此,发明一种运用益气养阴的降糖药材调整气机,并辅以能够纠正糖尿病人的糖代谢紊乱作用的铬元素、补充具有类胰岛素作用的硒元素的辅助降血糖功能的保健食品来改善血糖偏高者的症状,为血糖偏高者提供更多的选择方式。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明以中医理论为基础,提供了一种配伍科学、安全无毒副作用的辅助降血糖的保健食品及其制备方法。
所述的辅助降血糖的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品由以下重量份数的原料制备,蜂胶粉40-60份、苦瓜提取物30-60份、西洋参提取物8-20份、桑叶提取物25-50份、姜黄提取物16-40份、富铬酵母12-18份、富硒酵母8-12份。
所述的辅助降血糖的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品辅料可由本领域技术人员根据已知技术和现有知识确定,可由以下辅料制备,但不限于以下辅料种类:橄榄油、蜂蜡、明胶、甘油、纯化水、二氧化钛、可可壳色素。
在一些实施方式中,包括由以下重量份数原料和辅料的组成组分:蜂胶粉40份、苦瓜提取物50份、西洋参提取物16份、桑叶提取物40份、姜黄提取物30份、富铬酵母18份、富硒酵母12份、橄榄油206份、蜂蜡8份、明胶180份、甘油84份、纯化水180份、二氧化钛0.9份、可可壳色素0.4份。
在一些实施方式中,包括由以下重量份数原料和辅料的组成组分:蜂胶粉60份、苦瓜提取物60份、西洋参提取物10份、桑叶提取物30份、姜黄提取物20份、富铬酵母15份、富硒酵母15份、橄榄油206份、蜂蜡8份、明胶240份、甘油120份、纯化水240份、二氧化钛1份、可可壳色素0.6份。
在一些实施方式中,包括由以下重量份数原料和辅料的组成组分:蜂胶粉50份、苦瓜提取物54份、西洋参提取物12份、桑叶提取物25份、姜黄提取物24份、富铬酵母15份、富硒酵母18份、橄榄油206份、蜂蜡8份、明胶210份、甘油94.5份、纯化水210份、二氧化钛0.8份、可可壳色素0.5份。
在一些实施方式中,优选的,包括由以下重量份数原料和辅料的组成组分:蜂胶粉50份、苦瓜提取物48份、西洋参提取物14份、桑叶提取物30份、姜黄提取物24份、富铬酵母15份、富硒酵母12份、橄榄油206份、蜂蜡8份、明胶210份、甘油84份、纯化水210份、二氧化钛1.1份、可可壳色素0.6份。
一种辅助降血糖的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,经过下列工艺步骤:
步骤一:按相应重量份数比例称取过筛后的蜂胶粉、苦瓜提取物、西洋参取物、桑叶提取物、姜黄提取物、富铬酵母、富硒酵母,备用;按配方比例称取明胶、甘油、纯化水、二氧化钛、可可壳色素、橄榄油、蜂蜡,备用;
步骤二:取橄榄油、蜂蜡置真空匀质乳化机中、加热熔化,搅拌均匀,得混合油溶液,放至室温,备用。
步骤三:将蜂胶粉、苦瓜提取物、西洋参取物、桑叶提取物、姜黄提取物、富铬酵母、富硒酵母加入到蜂蜡和橄榄油的混合油溶液中,搅拌混匀,过胶体磨研磨成质地均匀的浆状物,静置,抽真空至无气泡,加压出料,备用。
步骤四:取甘油、纯化水置于化胶罐内,混合均匀,加热至70~80℃,加入明胶搅拌使全部溶解,再加入二氧化钛、可可壳色素,混合均匀;减压抽真空将胶液内气泡抽出,得囊皮胶液,并于50~60℃保温,备用。
步骤五:囊芯料液与囊皮胶液备好后,调控好囊皮厚度,开始压制胶丸,调节装量为0.7g/粒。胶丸在滚轮中定型。
步骤六:将定型好的胶丸送入干燥室内干燥后,用95%食用酒精洗涤,洗过的胶丸送入干燥室内干燥。
步骤七:干燥好的胶丸,拣出变形、漏液、表面有油污或杂质等不合格品,进行装瓶。即得所述的辅助降血脂的保健食品。
与现有产品和技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:以中医学理论为基础,针对血糖偏高的形成原因,选取添加蜂胶粉、苦瓜提取物、西洋参提取物、桑叶提取物、姜黄提取物配伍,调整气机,恢复阴阳平衡,并补充具有纠正糖尿病人的糖代谢紊乱作用的铬元素,补充具有类胰岛素作用的硒元素,全方共用,最终达到辅助降血糖的保健功能。

本实施例提供了一种辅助降血糖的保健食品,包括由以下重量份数原料和辅料的组成组分:蜂胶粉40份、苦瓜提取物50份、西洋参提取物16份、桑叶提取物40份、姜黄提取物30份、富铬酵母18份、富硒酵母12份、橄榄油206份、蜂蜡8份、明胶180份、甘油84份、纯化水180份、二氧化钛0.9份、可可壳色素0.4份。

1.一种辅助降血糖的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品由以下重量份数的原料制备,蜂胶粉40-60份、苦瓜提取物30-60份、西洋参提取物8-20份、桑叶提取物25-50份、姜黄提取物16-40份、富铬酵母12-18份、富硒酵母8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助降血糖的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品由以下重量份数的原料制备,蜂胶粉50份、苦瓜提取物40-50份、西洋参取物10-16份、桑叶提取物30-36份、姜黄提取物21-28份、富铬酵母15份、富硒酵母10份。
3.一种辅助降血糖的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品辅料可由本领域技术人员根据已知技术和现有知识确定,可由以下辅料制备,但不限于以下辅料种类:橄榄油、蜂蜡、明胶、甘油、纯化水、二氧化钛、可可壳色素。
4.一种如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的辅助降血糖的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按相应重量份数比例称取过筛后的蜂胶粉、苦瓜提取物、西洋参取物、桑叶提取物、姜黄提取物、富铬酵母、富硒酵母,备用;按配方比例称取明胶、甘油、纯化水、二氧化钛、可可壳色素、橄榄油、蜂蜡,备用;
步骤二:取橄榄油、蜂蜡置真空匀质乳化机中、加热熔化,搅拌均匀,得混合油溶液,放至室温,备用。
步骤三:将蜂胶粉、苦瓜提取物、西洋参取物、桑叶提取物、姜黄提取物、富铬酵母、富硒酵母加入到蜂蜡和橄榄油的混合油溶液中,搅拌混匀,过胶体磨研磨成质地均匀的浆状物,静置,抽真空至无气泡,加压出料,备用。
步骤四:取甘油、纯化水置于化胶罐内,混合均匀,加热至70~80℃,加入明胶搅拌使全部溶解,再加入二氧化钛、可可壳色素,混合均匀;减压抽真空将胶液内气泡抽出,得囊皮胶液,并于50~60℃保温,备用。
步骤五:囊芯料液与囊皮胶液备好后,调控好囊皮厚度,开始压制胶丸,调节装量为0.7g/粒。胶丸在滚轮中定型。
步骤六:将定型好的胶丸送入干燥室内干燥后,用95%食用酒精洗涤,洗过的胶丸送入干燥室内干燥。
步骤七:干燥好的胶丸,拣出变形、漏液、表面有油污或杂质等不合格品,进行装瓶。即得所述的辅助降血脂的保健食品。
