Abstract
本发明涉及一种竖铺光伏板‑咬合钢板屋面结构,包括吊顶石膏板、以及顶部安装面呈倾斜坡面的轻钢屋架,所述轻钢屋架上还铺设有咬合钢板,相邻两咬合钢板的侧壁相互咬合连接并形成垂直突出轻钢屋架表面的钢板肋,所述咬合钢板上设置有光伏板,所述光伏板通过夹设在所述钢板肋上的无钉卡扣压紧固定在所述咬合钢板上。与现有技术相比,本发明通过无钉支座将光伏板与咬合钢板固定,保证了优良的防水性能,竖铺光伏板隐藏于钢板肋之间,外表美观和谐,安装简便快捷,有效地节约成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种屋面结构,尤其是涉及一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板屋面结构。
背景技术
传统的光伏屋面结构由吊顶石膏板9、OSB板10、沥青瓦11、有钉支座8,横铺的光伏板2、檐口7和天沟6等组成,参见图1。这种屋面结构光伏板通过有顶支座结合螺钉与屋面结构固定,在连接处容易产生渗水漏水问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板屋面结构。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板屋面结构,包括吊顶石膏板、以及顶部安装面呈倾斜坡面的轻钢屋架,所述轻钢屋架上还铺设有咬合钢板,相邻两咬合钢板的侧壁相互咬合连接并形成垂直突出轻钢屋架表面的钢板肋,所述咬合钢板上设置有光伏板,所述光伏板通过夹设在所述钢板肋上的无钉卡扣压紧固定在所述咬合钢板上。
进一步的,所述光伏板沿咬合钢板的钢板肋的方向竖向铺设。
进一步的,所述无钉卡扣为“几”字型弹性卡扣。
进一步的,所述无钉卡扣的内侧与所述钢板肋的两侧壁夹紧固定,两端分别压住位于咬合钢板上的光伏板。
进一步的,所述咬合钢板底部通过轻钢屋架支撑。
进一步的,所述轻钢屋架底部铺设檩条。
进一步的,所述轻钢屋架上还设有檐口和天沟,所述咬合钢板的底部还抵住所述檐口内侧壁面。
进一步的,所述吊顶石膏板上还铺设有玻璃棉。
进一步的,所述咬合钢板的横向截面呈U型,其U型结构的底部宽度与光伏板的宽度相适配。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)通过在轻钢屋架上设置咬合钢板形成可隐藏放置光伏板的竖向条形腔,再通过与布置在两咬合钢板上的无钉支座将光伏板与咬合钢板固定,避免了在光伏板与咬合钢板之间加工螺孔等连接结构,从而保证了优良的防水性能。
(2)竖铺光伏板隐藏于钢板肋之间,外表美观和谐,安装简便快捷,有效地节约成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板1屋面结构,其结构参见图2所示,包括吊顶石膏板9、以及顶部安装面呈倾斜坡面的轻钢屋架4,轻钢屋架4上还铺设有咬合钢板1,相邻两咬合钢板1的侧壁相互咬合连接并形成垂直突出轻钢屋架4表面的钢板肋,咬合钢板1上设置有光伏板2,光伏板2通过夹设在钢板肋上的无钉卡扣3压紧固定在咬合钢板1上。
本实施例中,光伏板2沿咬合钢板1的钢板肋的方向竖向铺设。无钉卡扣3 为“几”字型弹性卡扣。无钉卡扣3的内侧与钢板肋的两侧壁夹紧固定,两端分别压住位于咬合钢板1上的光伏板2。咬合钢板1底部通过轻钢屋架4支撑。轻钢屋架4底部铺设檩条5。轻钢屋架4上还设有檐口7和天沟6,咬合钢板1的底部还可以抵住檐口7内侧壁面。吊顶石膏板9上还铺设有玻璃棉12。
本实施例中,请再参见图2所示,咬合钢板1的横向截面呈U型,其U型结构的底部宽度与光伏板2的宽度相适配。
通过无钉卡扣3将光伏板2与咬合钢板1固定,保证了优良的防水性能。竖铺的光伏板2隐藏于钢板肋之间,外表美观和谐。安装简便快捷,有效地节约成本。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例进一步采用以下改进设计:
请再参见图1所示,无外力作用下的无钉卡扣3两侧之间的最小间距小于钢板肋的最大宽度,使得无钉卡扣3扣在钢板肋上时,在自身弹性作用下,无钉卡扣3 可卡紧在钢板肋上,并使得两端压住光伏板2。本实施例中,优选的钢板肋的横向截面呈三角形,其靠近底端位置加工有内凹的卡槽,此时,通过设置无钉卡扣3 的内侧底部加工有与卡槽匹配的凸起,这样,通过卡槽与凸起的相互扣接,方便无钉卡扣3在钢板肋上的固定安装。

1.一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板屋面结构,包括吊顶石膏板、以及顶部安装面呈倾斜坡面的轻钢屋架,其特征在于,所述轻钢屋架上还铺设有咬合钢板,相邻两咬合钢板的侧壁相互咬合连接并形成垂直突出轻钢屋架表面的钢板肋,所述咬合钢板上设置有光伏板,所述光伏板通过夹设在所述钢板肋上的无钉卡扣压紧固定在所述咬合钢板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板屋面结构,其特征在于,所述光伏板沿咬合钢板的钢板肋的方向竖向铺设。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板屋面结构,其特征在于,所述无钉卡扣为“几”字型弹性卡扣。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板屋面结构,其特征在于,所述无钉卡扣的内侧与所述钢板肋的两侧壁夹紧固定,两端分别压住位于咬合钢板上的光伏板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板屋面结构,其特征在于,所述咬合钢板底部通过轻钢屋架支撑。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板屋面结构,其特征在于,所述轻钢屋架底部铺设檩条。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板屋面结构,其特征在于,所述轻钢屋架上还设有檐口和天沟,所述咬合钢板的底部还抵住所述檐口内侧壁面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种竖铺光伏板-咬合钢板屋面结构,其特征在于,所述吊顶石膏板上还铺设有玻璃棉。
