技术领域
本发明涉及服饰面料技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种多组分化学纤维混纺阻燃面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的纺织品面料层出不穷,特别是各种具有特殊功能的复合面料发展迅速,用于满足消费者的各种需求,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。在服装的世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。
阻燃整理技术在涤纶面料中的应用由于涤纶织物来自合成材料的特性,所以具有非常易燃的特点,因而涤纶阻燃纺织品的开发显得极为重要的。另外由于涤纶阻燃纤维在纺丝过程中受到阻燃材料添加量的限制,所以很难达到理想的阻燃效果。
采用芳纶等阻燃纤维包覆氨纶等弹性长丝制成包芯纱,也可以制备弹性阻燃面料。但因为氨纶易老化、芳纶等阻燃纤维价格昂贵难以染色穿着不舒服、且氨纶的加入将影响整体的阻燃性能,故没有得到应用。
因此,本领域技术人员亟需提供一种多组分化学纤维混纺阻燃面料的制备方法,该面料具有良好的阻燃性能同时具备较高的舒适性。

为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的提供一种多组分化学纤维混纺阻燃面料的制备方法,该面料具有良好的阻燃性能同时具备较高的舒适性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种多组分化学纤维混纺阻燃面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S01、将阻燃涤纶、导电纤维以及聚酰亚胺纤维按混纺配方进行均匀混合纺成股线;
S02、采用剑杆织机织造经步骤S01制得的股线,在股线的外表面涂覆阻燃防护涂层;
S03、将胚布面料浸没在阻燃助剂中进行浸泡20-30分钟;
S04、将阻燃面料进行水洗和染色定型,之后进行烘干,最后通过剪毛工艺、空气洗工艺和预缩工艺中一种或多种的组合制成永久阻燃面料成品。
优选的,所述步骤S02中的阻燃防护涂层的原料由如下重量份的组分组成:油性聚氨酯25-35份,粘合剂10-15份,低聚磷酸酯阻燃剂20-40份,丁酮10-30份,铝粉5-10份。
优选的,所述步骤S01中的阻燃涤纶为磷系共聚型阻燃涤纶纤维,其磷含量为5000-7300ppm。
优选的,所述步骤S03中的阻燃助剂包括以下组份:20%-25%的丙烯酸乳液,10%-20%的聚磷酸铵,5%-15%的三聚氰胺,10%-25%的环状磷酸酯,2%-5%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
优选的,所述步骤S04中的烘干具体为70-90℃下烘干2-5min后升温至120-150℃继续烘干10-15min。
优选的,所述染色定型工艺为:将织造好的阻燃面料加入染色池,并在每吨染料溶液中加入浓度0.3%的缓染剂,温度曲线25度开始上色,每分钟升温2度到达70度,开始升压到温度150度;保温25分钟,降压到温度60度,保温45分钟后自然冷却定型。
优选的,所述阻燃涤纶长丝规格为75D/48F或120D/60F。

S01、将阻燃涤纶、导电纤维以及聚酰亚胺纤维按混纺配方进行均匀混合纺成股线;步骤S01中的阻燃涤纶为磷系共聚型阻燃涤纶纤维,其磷含量为5000ppm;阻燃涤纶的规格为75D/48F或120D/60F。
S02、采用剑杆织机织造经步骤S01制得的股线,在股线的外表面涂覆阻燃防护涂层;步骤S02中的阻燃防护涂层的原料由如下重量份的组分组成:油性聚氨酯25份,粘合剂10份,低聚磷酸酯阻燃剂40份,丁酮15份,铝粉10份。
S03、将胚布面料浸没在阻燃助剂中进行浸泡20分钟;步骤S03中的阻燃助剂包括以下组份:20%的丙烯酸乳液,20%的聚磷酸铵,15%的三聚氰胺,25%的环状磷酸酯,2%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
S04、将阻燃面料进行水洗和染色定型,之后进行烘干,最后通过剪毛工艺、空气洗工艺和预缩工艺中一种或多种的组合制成永久阻燃面料成品。
其中,步骤S04中的烘干具体为70℃下烘干2min后升温至120℃继续烘干10min。染色定型工艺为:将织造好的阻燃面料加入染色池,并在每吨染料溶液中加入浓度0.3%的缓染剂,温度曲线25度开始上色,每分钟升温2度到达70度,开始升压到温度150度;保温25分钟,降压到温度60度,保温45分钟后自然冷却定型。

3.根据权利要求1所述的多组分化学纤维混纺阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S01中的阻燃涤纶为磷系共聚型阻燃涤纶纤维,其磷含量为5000-7300ppm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多组分化学纤维混纺阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S03中的阻燃助剂包括以下组份:20%-25%的丙烯酸乳液,10%-20%的聚磷酸铵,5%-15%的三聚氰胺,10%-25%的环状磷酸酯,2%-5%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多组分化学纤维混纺阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S04中的烘干具体为70-90℃下烘干2-5min后升温至120-150℃继续烘干10-15min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多组分化学纤维混纺阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述染色定型工艺为:将织造好的阻燃面料加入染色池,并在每吨染料溶液中加入浓度0.3%的缓染剂,温度曲线25度开始上色,每分钟升温2度到达70度,开始升压到温度150度;保温25分钟,降压到温度60度,保温45分钟后自然冷却定型。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多组分化学纤维混纺阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃涤纶的规格为75D/48F或120D/60F。
