Abstract
本发明涉及电缆卷筒技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒,解决现有技术中存在的电缆卷筒在进行组装时比较缓慢,同时组装后容易出现松动,而且电机带动卷筒进行收卷时容易把震动传递给卷筒架,造成晃动,存在安全隐患的问题,包括凹型架,所述凹型架的上表面安装有工型卷筒,所述工型卷筒的内部安装有内旋柱,所述凹型架的内侧对应内旋柱两端的位置开设有旋转槽,且所述内旋柱处于旋转槽的内部,所述工型卷筒的外侧安装有安装座,所述安装座的上表面安装有电机座,所述电机座的上表面安装有旋转电机,所述工型卷筒的两端上表面开设有弹簧置槽,所述内旋柱的内部开设有栓穿孔。

技术领域
本发明涉及卷筒技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒。
背景技术
以往停泊码头的船舶必须全天候使用船舶的柴油发电机发电,以满足船舶用电的需求,柴油发电机在工作中燃烧大量的油料,排出大量的废气,同时全天候不间断地产生噪声污染。为了解决这一问题,可以利用船舶岸基供电系统(以下简称岸电系统)向停泊在码头的船舶供电,岸电系统输出的电力需要使用电缆输送系统与船电系统相连接,以达到将岸侧的电力供给船侧使用的目的。岸电系统至船电系统的供电装置包括电缆连接箱、电缆卷筒、电缆桥架、电缆引导架、控制箱及船侧控制电缆卷筒系统的有线和/或无线控制器等;
而电缆卷筒在进行组装时比较缓慢,同时组装后容易出现松动,而且电机带动卷筒进行收卷时容易把震动传递给卷筒架,造成晃动,存在安全隐患,因此,提出一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在电缆卷筒组装时比较缓慢,同时组装后容易出现松动的缺点,而提出的一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒,包括凹型架,所述凹型架的上表面安装有工型卷筒,所述工型卷筒的内部安装有内旋柱,所述凹型架的内侧对应内旋柱两端的位置开设有旋转槽,且所述内旋柱处于旋转槽的内部,所述工型卷筒的外侧安装有安装座,所述安装座的上表面安装有电机座,所述电机座的上表面安装有旋转电机,所述工型卷筒的两端上表面开设有弹簧置槽,所述内旋柱的内部开设有栓穿孔,所述弹簧置槽的内部安装有复位弹簧,所述工型卷筒的内部安装有T型栓,且所述T型栓穿过复位弹簧和工型卷筒伸入栓穿孔的内部,所述T型栓的外端固定连接有拉环,所述凹型架的前侧设有顺滑机构,所述电机座与安装座之间设有缓冲机构。
优选的,所述顺滑机构包括凹型架前侧的承轴外板,所述承轴外板的内侧安装有内承轴,所述内承轴的外侧套接有电缆承筒。
优选的,所述复位弹簧的一端与T型栓外端连接,另一端与弹簧置槽的内壁连接。
优选的,所述缓冲机构包括电机座四角位置嵌装的工型缓冲件,所述工型缓冲件的底部安装有缓冲环垫,所述缓冲环垫与工型缓冲件之间安装有缓冲弹簧,所述电机座与安装座通过紧固螺栓穿过工型缓冲件、缓冲弹簧和缓冲环垫旋入安装座的内部进行固定。
优选的,所述拉环与T型栓通过焊接固定,且所述T型栓的上端面为弧形。
优选的,所述旋转电机的一端安装有输出轴,且所述输出轴穿过凹型架的端部与内旋柱连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,通过设置的卡装式卷筒,可以使得卷筒快速进行拆装,加快组装效率,且组装后卷筒能够稳定固定在安置架上,不会脱落。
2、本发明中,设置的卡装结构和缓震结构,均比较简单,便于进行装配,且成本较低。
3、本发明中,通过设置的缓震装置,可以使得电机在带动卷筒转动时产生的震动,向安置架传递时被最大限度削弱,保持安置架放置后的稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒,包括凹型架1,凹型架1的上表面安装有工型卷筒12,工型卷筒12的内部安装有内旋柱2,凹型架1的内侧对应内旋柱2两端的位置开设有旋转槽3,且内旋柱2处于旋转槽3的内部,工型卷筒12的外侧安装有安装座7,安装座7的上表面安装有电机座10,电机座10的上表面安装有旋转电机9,工型卷筒12的两端上表面开设有弹簧置槽17,内旋柱2的内部开设有栓穿孔15,弹簧置槽17的内部安装有复位弹簧14,工型卷筒12的内部安装有T型栓16,且T型栓16穿过复位弹簧14和工型卷筒12伸入栓穿孔15的内部,T型栓16的外端固定连接有拉环13,工型卷筒12与内旋柱2安装时,向外侧拉动拉环13,复位弹簧14被拉伸,这时T型栓16上移直至脱离工型卷筒12的内侧,然后把内旋柱2置于工型卷筒12的内部,使得栓穿孔15与T型栓16对准,松开拉环13,这时复位弹簧14复位使得T型栓16下移插入栓穿孔15内部,即完成安装,凹型架1的前侧设有顺滑机构,电机座10与安装座7之间设有缓冲机构。
进一步地,顺滑机构包括凹型架1前侧的承轴外板6,承轴外板6的内侧安装有内承轴5,内承轴5的外侧套接有电缆承筒4,电缆收卷时降低摩擦力。
进一步地,复位弹簧14的一端与T型栓16外端连接,另一端与弹簧置槽17的内壁连接。
进一步地,缓冲机构包括电机座10四角位置嵌装的工型缓冲件18,工型缓冲件18的底部安装有缓冲环垫20,缓冲环垫20与工型缓冲件18之间安装有缓冲弹簧19,电机座10与安装座7通过紧固螺栓8穿过工型缓冲件18、缓冲弹簧19和缓冲环垫20旋入安装座7的内部进行固定,使得装置稳定放置工作。
进一步地,拉环13与T型栓16通过焊接固定,且T型栓16的上端面为弧形。
进一步地,旋转电机9的一端安装有输出轴11,且输出轴11穿过凹型架1的端部与内旋柱2连接。
本实施例中,工型卷筒12与内旋柱2安装时,向外侧拉动拉环13,复位弹簧14被拉伸,这时T型栓16上移直至脱离工型卷筒12的内侧,然后把内旋柱2置于工型卷筒12的内部,使得栓穿孔15与T型栓16对准,松开拉环13,这时复位弹簧14复位使得T型栓16下移插入栓穿孔15内部,即完成安装,使得待收卷的电缆贴着电缆承筒4的表面,收卷端固定在工型卷筒12的表面,这时旋转电机9运转通过输出轴11带动工型卷筒12旋转,从而对电缆进行收卷,且收卷时电缆承筒4支承电缆滚动,降低摩擦,且旋转电机9运转时,由于电机座10悬空安装,震动力只能通过工型缓冲件18与缓冲环垫20向安装座7与凹型架1传递,且工型缓冲件18与缓冲环垫20具有缓冲功能,使得安装座7与凹型架1稳定安置。

1.一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒,包括凹型架(1),其特征在于,所述凹型架(1)的上表面安装有工型卷筒(12),所述工型卷筒(12)的内部安装有内旋柱(2),所述凹型架(1)的内侧对应内旋柱(2)两端的位置开设有旋转槽(3),且所述内旋柱(2)处于旋转槽(3)的内部,所述工型卷筒(12)的外侧安装有安装座(7),所述安装座(7)的上表面安装有电机座(10),所述电机座(10)的上表面安装有旋转电机(9),所述工型卷筒(12)的两端上表面开设有弹簧置槽(17),所述内旋柱(2)的内部开设有栓穿孔(15),所述弹簧置槽(17)的内部安装有复位弹簧(14),所述工型卷筒(12)的内部安装有T型栓(16),且所述T型栓(16)穿过复位弹簧(14)和工型卷筒(12)伸入栓穿孔(15)的内部,所述T型栓(16)的外端固定连接有拉环(13),所述凹型架(1)的前侧设有顺滑机构,所述电机座(10)与安装座(7)之间设有缓冲机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述顺滑机构包括凹型架(1)前侧的承轴外板(6),所述承轴外板(6)的内侧安装有内承轴(5),所述内承轴(5)的外侧套接有电缆承筒(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述复位弹簧(14)的一端与T型栓(16)外端连接,另一端与弹簧置槽(17)的内壁连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述缓冲机构包括电机座(10)四角位置嵌装的工型缓冲件(18),所述工型缓冲件(18)的底部安装有缓冲环垫(20),所述缓冲环垫(20)与工型缓冲件(18)之间安装有缓冲弹簧(19),所述电机座(10)与安装座(7)通过紧固螺栓(8)穿过工型缓冲件(18)、缓冲弹簧(19)和缓冲环垫(20)旋入安装座(7)的内部进行固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述拉环(13)与T型栓(16)通过焊接固定,且所述T型栓(16)的上端面为弧形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防脱落功能的电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述旋转电机(9)的一端安装有输出轴(11),且所述输出轴(11)穿过凹型架(1)的端部与内旋柱(2)连接。
