The foregoing description is only an overview of the technical solutions of the present invention, and in order to make the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly understood and to implement them in accordance with the contents of the description, the following detailed description is given with reference to the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the hydrolysis reaction of fats and oils with alkali.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
The oil fume purifying agent disclosed by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of sodium gluconate, 12-22 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 170 parts of solubilizer 150-plus, 4-14 parts of surfactant, 1-9 parts of defoaming agent, 1-8 parts of essence and 10000 parts of deionized water 9000-plus, wherein the PH value of the oil fume purifying agent is 13-14.
The surfactant is one or a mixture of several of sodium dodecyl sulfate, alkylphenol ethoxylates and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. The solubilizer is one or more of methanol, ethanol, propanol, n-butanol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, acetone, cyclopropanone, glycol ether, propylene glycol ether and polyethylene glycol. In this example, the solubilizer is a mixture of ethanol and propylene glycol. The surfactant can improve the contact performance of the oil fume purifying agent and the surface of the oil stain and improve the decontamination performance.
The defoaming agent is one or a mixture of more of emulsified silicone oil, dimethyl silicone oil, chromium oleate, vegetable oil, polysiloxane, polyether-siloxane copolymer, higher alcohol, a higher alcohol fatty acid ester compound, phenethyl alcohol oleate, lauryl phenylacetate, tributyl phosphate, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene amine ether, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether and polyoxypropylene. In this embodiment, the defoaming agent is one or a mixture of more of polyether, polyether-siloxane copolymer, and higher alcohol fatty acid ester compound. The defoaming agent is used for reducing foams generated in the process of reacting with oil stains.
The essence is edible lemon essence and is used for improving the taste of the oil fume purifying agent, but the essence can also be other essences, which are not listed.
Referring to fig. 1, oil stains are a mixture of substances, the main component of which is an ester formed by dehydration of one molecule of glycerol with three molecules of higher fatty acids, called triglyceride. Under alkaline conditions, ester can be hydrolyzed to generate corresponding alcohol, ester hydrolysis tends to be complete, hydroxyl directly adds the ester, and carboxylate and alcohol are obtained according to addition elimination reaction. Therefore, the oil fume purifying agent uses sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide to adjust the pH value to 13-14, so that the oil fume purifying agent can quickly react with oil stains, and other alkaline substances can be used to adjust the pH value besides the sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, which is not limited in detail herein.
In one embodiment, the oil fume purifying agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of sodium gluconate, 12-22 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 20-30 parts of propylene glycol, 140 parts of ethanol 130-containing organic solvent, 4-14 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1-9 parts of defoaming agent, 1-8 parts of lemon essence, 125 parts of sodium hydroxide 115-containing organic solvent and 10000 parts of deionized water 9000-containing organic solvent. Specifically, the oil fume purifying agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85 parts of sodium gluconate, 17 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 27 parts of propylene glycol, 135 parts of ethanol, 9 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 4 parts of defoaming agent, 3 parts of lemon essence, 120 parts of sodium hydroxide and 9600 parts of deionized water.
The oil fume purifying agent is placed in a liquid medicine box inside the hot pot table, and a spray header and a water pump for conveying the oil fume purifying agent to the spray header are arranged and communicated with the liquid medicine box. When oil fume generated by the hot pot is absorbed into the hot pot table by the fan, the oil fume purifying agent is conveyed to the spray header by the water pump and is atomized and sprayed out by the spray header, and the atomized oil fume purifying agent carries out decomposition reaction on oil stains in the oil fume to remove the oil stains, so that the oil fume is purified, the phenomenon that a user adheres to 'hot pot taste' on the body is avoided, and the use comfort of the user is improved.
In conclusion, the oil fume purifying agent disclosed by the invention uses sodium gluconate and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, and is matched with components such as a surfactant, a solubilizer, a defoaming agent and the like, so that the oil fume purifying agent has extremely strong oil and stain removing functions, has an exquisite dissolving effect, can quickly remove various stubborn oil stains, does not generate bubbles, is more convenient to remove oil, can be used for smearing and spraying, can remove the oil stains absorbed in a hot pot, does not have any chemical residue, and is non-toxic and harmless to a human body.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
