Abstract
一种在外科手术时使移植到接受者身上的移植器官(46)处于低温态的护套(10),它具有带含有凝固液体凹腔(22)的壁(12,14),从移植器官吸热时凝固液体会融化,移植前将液体如水置入护套(10),通过形成真空并由如沸石等物吸收从液体中蒸发出来的蒸汽使所述液体凝固。
Description
本发明涉及一种护套的致冷方法,该护套在致冷后可用于容纳外科手术时植入接受者的移植器官并能保持其处于低温状态。
例如从US—A—5014695中公开了一个护套,它可防止移植器官,例如肾脏在外科手术移植时由于接受者的体温而被加热,从而导致损伤。
已知的护套由通过管道流经护套的循环液体来保持低温,所述的管道又和外部致冷液供应源相连。但已知的护套中这种管道会妨碍外科移植手术。
本发明的目的在于提供一种本说明开始所提及的一种方法,可以用不含导管的护套来容纳移植器官并确保在外科手术移植过程中的一个要求的均匀的温度。
按本发明该目的可通过本发明的方法来实现,按照本发明,将含有一种液体和其上设有一个开口的凹腔的壁,组成的护套置于一个腔室中,该腔室抽真空使凹腔可通过开口排空并且使液体凝固。
以下结合附图对本发明护套的实施例进行说明,该护套设有一个执行本发明方法的排空凹腔的装置,附图中:
图1是剖视图,表明护套置于排空装置中并因而使护套致冷;
图2也以剖视图表明一个包纳在护套中的移植器官并准备用外科手术移植到接受病人身体中。
标号10为含有两个半部12,14的护套,该两半部12,14绕轴线16可转动地相连,并且分别示出了一个刚性内壳体18(例如由不锈钢制成)和一个刚性外壳体20(例如由塑料制成),在它们之间形成了一个凹腔22,它通过在外壳体20上的开口24与外界空气联系。凹腔22中通过一个多孔件28使一个液体吸收体26与内壳体18保持接触。吸收体26分别通过开口24被供以一定量的液体。
当护套10需要被致冷时,可将其置于一个内含从液体中吸收蒸汽的物质32的圆柱形容器30的多孔上表面29上。该容器30以其周边支撑在平板34上,因而在容器30底部多孔表面36和平板之间形成一个空间37,该空间通过一个导管40和一个真空泵38相连。在护套和平板34上的容器上还设有一罩42。启动泵38,通过开口24和物质32使相应的凹腔22得以排空,在某种一定的低压(量值为250—4000P)下(压力可从压力计44读取),吸收体26中的液体开始吸热蒸发,并从而使液体凝固,然后关掉泵38将外界空气导入罩42,从而可顶开罩42得到护套10。将液体蒸汽用真空泵38抽出要消耗很多能量并很费时,因而带有物质32的容器30被用于吸收蒸汽。
将用于移入接受者并以低温状态提供的移植器官,例如肾46,放进可绕其折起的护套10中如图2所示。内壳体18具有一个适合于移植器官的形状。吸收体20中原来的、定量的液体的数量应很多使得在吸收体26中已凝固的液体由于在外科移植时在恒温下经由壳体18从移植器官吸收热量而融化。
所述的液体可为水,物质32可为沸石。在水中加入不同的物质,可得到不同的融化温度。
应该指出:本发明所用的原理,通过在真空中使从液体(例如水)中蒸发出蒸汽由例如沸石等物质吸收从而将液体(如水)凝固,可从US—A—5207073中得知。
含有所述的定量液体的护套10具有一个消毒过的包装,用一段胶带48封住相应的开口24,当凹腔22需被排空时可去掉该胶带。移植器官植进接受者身体前重新用这段胶带48将开口24封住。
移植器官可为其它器官如心脏、肺或肝。
Claims (2)
1.一种护套(10)的致冷方法,所述的护套套在致冷后可用于容纳外科手术时用于移植入接受者的移植器官(46)并且可保持所述的移植器官处于低温状态,其特征在于:将带含有液体和其上具有开口(24)的凹腔(22)的壁组成的护套(10)置于一个腔室中该腔室抽真空使得凹腔可通过开口排空从而使液体凝固。
2.按权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:通过排空从液体中蒸发出的蒸汽被置于所述的室中的吸气物质(32)所吸收。
