LE SACHET REFRIGERANT PRESENTE ICI PERMET DE CONSERVER AU FROID DES PARTIES ANATOMIQUES TRANCHEES PAR ACCIDENT, EN VUE DE GREFFE. LA PARTICULARITE DE CE SACHET EST DE PROVOQUER CE FROID INSTANTANEMENT ET DURANT ENVIRON UNE DEMI-HEURE APRES LE DECLENCHEMENT DU SYSTEME.

Sachet réfrigerant permettant la conservation temporaire de parties antomiques.
La présente invention concerne le domaine médical et le maté riel de premiers secniirs
Dans les procédés précédents connus de re genre on préconisait de récupérer la partie sectionnée dans un sachet, le tout pesé sur de la glace fondante. Cela présente différents inconvénients - la glace : pas toujours disponible sur le lieu de l'accident - un mauvais emploi de la glace : exemple du membre directement posé dans la glace, l'eau pénètre dans le membre et le fnit gonfler, ce qui empoche la greffe, où emploi de glace plus sels ce qui congèle le membre et supprime tout espoir de greffe.
Te procédé est caractérisé pr La possibilité de récupérer une partie anatomique dans un sachet réfrigéré sur le lieu de l'acci dent et sans atteindre une température basse dangereuse pour les tissus lésés.
Le procédé sera donc caractérisé par le réfrigérant, le moyen de mélanger extemporancmcnt les produits réfrirerants, ainsi que la manière de maintenir le plus longtemps possible cette basse température.(Voir un schéma de ce rtacipient on annexe).
Le procédé de récupération de parties anatomiques dans un sachet réfrigérant est caractérisé par le mèlange au moment voulu d'eau ou autre solvant et de NO3NH4 nitrate d'ammonium ou autre produit à disolution programmée ou non. C'est une réaction endothermique qui permet d'obtenir du froid.
Le mélange de ces produits est réalisé par simple pression sur l'ensemble du sachet spécial contenant l'eau, ce qui le fait éclater.
La répartition du froid sur l'ensemble du sachet à double paroi est obtenu grâce à l'adjonction d'un absorbant empêchant le liquide de s'accumuler par gravité en un endroit (genre papier filtre ou autre matière yayant un cffet de " buvard ")0
Les parties anatomiques s'nt pincées entre les deux parois du sachet dans une enveloppe adéquate. Cela évite à la conden- sation de se déposer sur la partie anatomique.

L'application industrielle de ce type de récipient est surtout dans Je domaine des soins d'urgence lors de sections de parties anatomilues susceptibles de greffe, dans les soieries, les ateliers de mécanique, imprimeries, emboutissage, tôlerie et industrie utilisant des outils tranchants en général.

(5) Agiter latéralement le sachet pour mélanger les
produits.
Le sachet est prêt a l'emploi, noter l'heure sur
l'étiquette.
(6) Poser le doigt ou fragment de membre entre les
deux parois de papier à l'intérieur du sac.
(7) Introduire ce sac dans le sac aluminisé. Fermer.
Expédier le blessé et le sachet à l'hôpital le plu
proche au service d'orthopédie.
Ce sachet reste froid durant 1/2 heure environ.

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    1) sachet dans les parois duquel un mélange de sel et solvant permet d'obtenir du froid instantanément afin de conserver temporairement une pièce anatomique en vue de greffe
  2. 2) Sachet selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le moyen dtobtenir le mélange réfrigérant par eciatement du sachet spécial dit " pelable 1 contenant le solvant en exer çant une pression sur lteitérieur du sachet réfrigérant.
  3. -3) Le sachet est aussi caractérisé par le moyen de conserver le froid ainsi créé se:Ion la revendication 2 par l'utili- station à l'extérieur d'un sachet isolant contenant le sachet réfrigérant.
    Le sachet réfrigérant est toujours prêt à l'emploi et dégage du froid instantanément après eciatemcnt des sachets internes
    Ce sachet isolant est composé d'une matière spéciale type film plastiqué aluminisé ayant l"s proprictds de " corps noir .
    On peut utiliser aussi d'autres récipients isolants du type glacière .
