Abstract
本发明公开了一种碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机,包括扶手、扶手调节旋钮、水箱、行走机构、发动机底座、冷却系统、刻槽机底座、路面刻槽终端、路面刻槽终端外罩、发动机护栏、皮带传动系统外罩、发动机、高度调节机构和高度调节手轮。本发明针对碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面施工过程中传统刻槽机在一个行程内只能刻一道槽,效率低下且无法保障碳纤维发热电缆布设间距以及刻槽深度等问题,提出了一种碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机,安装有多个切割片,可在一个行程内刻出多个槽,并可以保障刻槽深度、刻槽宽度以及刻槽间距的精度,大幅度提高了施工效率和施工质量,为碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面的大规模应用奠定了施工工艺基础。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于公路工程设备技术领域,特别涉及一种碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机。
背景技术
冬天或者冰海地区的道路结冰、积雪,严重影响道路交通以及人们正常的户外活动和工作。目前,道路融冰化雪方法主要分为清除法、融雪剂法、路面加热法等几大类。其中路面加热法主要包括导电混凝土加热法、金属丝加热法、碳纤维增强混凝土加热法等。碳纤维是一种新型的高性能纤维增强材料,具有强度高,高模量,耐高温,耐磨,抗疲劳,耐腐蚀,抗蠕变,电热转化效率高等诸多优异性能。以典型的沥青混凝土路面为例,将碳纤维发热电缆嵌入安装中面层和上面层之间,可实现路面的主动融冰化雪,另外在一定程度上还改善了路面性能。
碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面施工过程中,需在中面层对路面进行刻槽使得碳纤维发热电缆布设到中面层与上面层之间,传统的刻槽机在一个行程内只能刻一道槽,效率低下且无法保障碳纤维发热电缆布设间距以及刻槽深度,因此急需一种刻槽效率高、刻槽间距准确的专用刻槽。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机,实现在一个行程内刻出多个槽,并保障刻槽深度、刻槽宽度和刻槽间距的精度。
技术方案如下:
一种碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机,包括路面刻槽终端8,由刻槽终端固定轴承801、皮带轮802、切割片限位块803、刻槽间距调节块804、切割片805、切割片固定圆螺母806和切割片安装轴807组成;其中,皮带轮802通过皮带传动与发动机12连接,为路面刻槽终端8提供动力来源;切割片安装轴807通过刻槽终端固定轴承801螺栓连接固定在切割机底座7上,切割片805和刻槽间距调节块804通过键连接固定在切割片安装轴807上,两端通过切割片固定圆螺母806和切割片限位块803固定,刻槽间距调节块804用于调节刻槽间距,切割片805厚度用于确定刻槽宽度。
进一步的,所述碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机还包括行走机构4,由后轮401、后轮连接轴402、后轮轴承403、行走机构机架404、前轮连接轴405和前轮406组成,其中:后轮轴承403通过螺栓连接固定在行走机构机架404上,后轮连接轴402安装在后轮轴承403上,后轮401安装在后轮连接轴402上;前轮连接轴安装在行走机构机架404上,前轮406安装在前轮连接轴405上。
进一步的,所述碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机还包括用于确定刻槽深度的高度调节机构13。
进一步的,所述碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机还包括扶手1、扶手调节旋钮2、水箱3、发动机底座5、冷却系统6、刻槽机底座7、路面刻槽终端外罩9、发动机护栏10、皮带传动系统外罩11、发动机12和高度调节手轮14;其中:
所述扶手1安装在水箱3上,并通过扶手调节旋钮2调节刻槽机与操作员的距离;水箱3固定在刻槽机底座7上;行走机构4通过行走机构机架404固定在刻槽机底座7上;冷却系统6通过螺栓连接固定在刻槽机底座7上,路面刻槽终端外罩9安装在刻槽机底座7上用来保护路面刻槽终端;发动机护栏10安装在刻槽机底座7用来保护发动机10;皮带传动系统外罩11固定在刻槽机底座7上用来保护皮带传动系统;发动机12通过螺栓连接发动机底座5,发动机底座5通过螺栓连接固定在刻槽机底座7上;高度调节机构13通过高度调节手轮14用来调节切割片805与地面的距离。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机安装有多个切割片,可在一个行程内刻出多个槽,并可以保障刻槽深度、刻槽宽度以及刻槽间距的精度,大幅度提高了施工效率和施工质量,为碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面的大规模应用奠定了坚实的施工工艺基础。

为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机进行详细描述。以下实施例仅用于说明本发明而非用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机,包括:扶手1、扶手调节旋钮2、水箱3、行走机构4、发动机底座5、冷却系统6、刻槽机底座7、路面刻槽终端8、路面刻槽终端外罩9、发动机护栏10、皮带传动系统外罩11、发动机12、高度调节机构13和高度调节手轮14。
行走机构4由后轮401、后轮连接轴402、后轮轴承403、行走机构机架404、前轮连接轴405和前轮406组成。后轮401材质为橡胶材质,前轮406为钢轮,后轮401连接轴402和前轮连接轴405为45#钢,长度为分别为550mm、300mm;后轮轴承403为外球面立式球轴承。后轮轴承403通过螺栓连接固定在行走机构机架404上,后轮连接轴402安装在后轮轴承403上,后轮401安装在后轮连接轴402上;前轮连接轴安装在行走机构机架404上,前轮406安装在前轮连接轴405上。
路面刻槽终端8由刻槽终端固定轴承801、皮带轮802、切割片限位块803、刻槽间距调节块804、切割片805、切割片固定圆螺母806和切割片安装轴807组成;其中固定轴承801为外球面立式球轴承,皮带轮802为材料为铸铁,刻槽间距调节块804、切割片限位块803和切割片安装轴807材料均为45#钢,其中切割片安装轴807轴径为25mm,长度为435mm,表面作淬火处理;切割片805数量为12个,尺寸为Φ350mm,厚度为5mm;刻槽间距调节块804尺寸为Φ80mm×20mm,材料为Q345;皮带轮802通过皮带传动与发动机12连接,为路面刻槽终端8提供动力来源;切割片安装轴807通过刻槽终端固定轴承801螺栓连接固定在切割机底座7上,切割片805和刻槽间距调节块804通过键连接固定在切割片安装轴807上,两端通过切割片固定圆螺母806和切割片限位块803固定。
扶手1安装在水箱3上,并通过扶手调节旋钮2调节刻槽机与操作员的距离;水箱3固定在刻槽机底座7上,水箱尺寸为380mm×700mm,用0.5mm钢板焊接而成;行走机构4通过行走机构机架404固定在刻槽机底座7上;冷却系统6通过螺栓连接固定在刻槽机底座7上,路面刻槽终端外罩9安装在刻槽机底座7上用来保护路面刻槽终端;发动机护栏10安装在刻槽机底座7用来保护发动机10;皮带传动系统外罩11固定在刻槽机底座7上用来保护皮带传动系统;发动机12通过螺栓连接发动机底座5,发动机底座5通过螺栓连接固定在刻槽机底座7上;高度调节机构13通过高度调节手轮14用来调节切割片805与地面的距离。
刻槽间距调节块804可调节刻槽间距,切割片805厚度决定刻槽宽度,高度调节机构13决定刻槽深度。
本发明针对碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面施工过程中传统刻槽机在一个行程内只能刻一道槽,效率低下且无法保障碳纤维发热电缆布设间距以及刻槽深度等问题,提出了一种碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机,安装有多个切割片,可在一个行程内刻出多个槽,并可以保障刻槽深度、刻槽宽度以及刻槽间距的精度,大幅度提高了施工效率和施工质量,为碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面的大规模应用奠定了坚实的施工工艺基础。

1.一种碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机,其特征在于,包括路面刻槽终端8,由刻槽终端固定轴承801、皮带轮802、切割片限位块803、刻槽间距调节块804、切割片805、切割片固定圆螺母806和切割片安装轴807组成;其中,皮带轮802通过皮带传动与发动机12连接,为路面刻槽终端8提供动力来源;切割片安装轴807通过刻槽终端固定轴承801螺栓连接固定在切割机底座7上,切割片805和刻槽间距调节块804通过键连接固定在切割片安装轴807上,两端通过切割片固定圆螺母806和切割片限位块803固定,刻槽间距调节块804用于调节刻槽间距,切割片805厚度用于确定刻槽宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机,其特征在于,所述碳纤维发热电缆自融雪路面专用刻槽机还包括行走机构4,由后轮401、后轮连接轴402、后轮轴承403、行走机构机架404、前轮连接轴405和前轮406组成,其中:后轮轴承403通过螺栓连接固定在行走机构机架404上,后轮连接轴402安装在后轮轴承403上,后轮401安装在后轮连接轴402上;前轮连接轴安装在行走机构机架404上,前轮406安装在前轮连接轴405上。
