背景技术
众所周知,羊毛纤维的主要组成物质是一种不溶性蛋白质,称为角朊。它由多种氨基酸缩合而成。羊毛纤维具有天然卷曲,纵面呈鳞片壮覆盖的圆柱体,其截面近似圆形或椭圆形。由于鳞片的存在,使得逆鳞片方向的摩擦系数大于顺鳞片方向的摩擦系数,称为定向摩擦效应。将羊毛纤维或织物给以湿热或化学试剂,鳞片就会张开,如同时加以反复摩擦挤压,则由于定向摩擦效应,使纤维保持根部向前运动的方向性。这样,各种纤维带着和它纠缠在一起的纤维按一定方向缓缓蠕动,就会使羊毛纤维啮合成毡,羊毛织物收缩紧密,这一性质称为羊毛的缩绒性或毡缩性。羊毛纤维的优良伸长能力和弹性回复性,能促使反复挤压时纤维的蠕动;羊毛纤维的天然卷曲能使纤维交叉穿插,这些都有助于缩绒。利用羊毛纤维的缩绒性可以织制丰厚柔软、保暖性良好的织物,但缩绒性会影响洗涤后的尺寸稳定性,并对织制织纹要求清晰的薄型织物不利。可以采用化学药剂破坏羊毛鳞片,或涂以树脂使鳞片失去作用,以达到缩绒的目的。鳞片排列的密度和伸出于羊毛表面的程度,对羊毛的光泽和表面性质影响较大。细羊毛鳞片排列紧密,呈环状覆盖,伸出端较突出,所以光泽柔和,摩擦系数大,并有优良的缩绒性。
羊毛纤维在洗涤过程中会发生毡化收缩。由于羊毛纤维的鳞片定向排列,使鳞片的顺向摩擦系数与逆向摩擦系数有一差值。羊毛纤维在受外力作用时会产生单向移动,当羊毛纤维在水中搅动时,毛纤维不在同一方向进行单向移动,同时各个纤维表面的鳞片组织又互相缩结,致使纤维难以伸张,因而不能恢复原状,造成毡化收缩,这种收缩是不可逆的,因此在发生缠结后粘接后,收缩现象不能复原。
氯化法是用氯或含氯制剂对毛织物作防缩整理,工艺成熟、效果好,但处理后废液中有大量AOX,COD较高,对生态环境造成严重污染,且对纤维损伤较大。氧化法和等离子体处理方法都使织物具有一定防缩性,但效果均不如氯化法。树脂整理方法防缩效果好,但要求可在纤维表面附着,用量少而均匀,形成的缩聚物应柔软,化学性能应与羊毛相似,且最好以化学键与羊毛结合。因此,这种方法对织物手感影响较大,不适合柔软要求的纺织品。
如专利CN 105926274 A,公开了一种生态、环保、健康抗起球防缩羊毛条的非氯处理方法,它包括如下步骤:1捻线、2预洗、3金属处理、4氧化处理、5碱处理、6还原、7水洗、8酸处理、9柔软处理、10烘干处理。虽然该专利不采用氯类药剂的氧化作用即可对羊毛鳞片进行破坏,使得羊毛达到TM31机可洗标准。但是,还存在以下缺点:一是,其先进行预处理,柔性处理,然后在进行树脂覆膜处理,如果先进行柔性处理,柔性处理后会使得纤维表面比较光滑,导致后面再进行树脂覆膜时树脂不能很好的覆盖在纤维表面,也就是不能使得树脂膜层形成连续的膜层,最终导致防缩效果差。二是,在金属处理步骤、氧化处理步骤、碱处理步骤、还原处理步骤中,使用了过多氧化剂,虽然能将金属离子吸附在羊毛鳞片的周围实现剥鳞的效果,但是氧化剂会使蛋白质发生氧化作用,会导致蛋白质纤维不稳定情况的发生。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够极大的提高羊毛面料的防缩性能,耐水洗性能好,具有高吸水性,耐用性,柔软保暖,色泽自然柔和,有弹性,透气性能好,制备工艺简单,绿色环保,成本低的基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的采用的技术方案是:一种基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,该工艺主要包括:洗缩-蓬松整理-烘干-起毛-剪毛-坯布预处理-染色-温水洗中和-抗菌防缩整理-烫光-蒸呢-预缩;所述抗菌防缩整理的整理液由以下重量百分比组分组成:
上述的基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,在坯布预处理时,可采用氧化法或生物酶法;所述坯布预处理步骤如下:
(1)改性处理,先将坯布放入煮锅,然后再将预处理液置入煮锅中,控制浴比1:15-20,控制温度为60-70℃,时间为30-40min;
(2)水洗,对步骤(1)改性后的坯布进行水洗处理,控制温度为45-55℃,水洗1-2次;
(3)中和,对水洗完成的坯布在醋酸中进行中和处理;
(4)烘干,最后烘干处理,控制温度为90-110℃;
所述步骤(1)中,当采用氧化法时,所述预处理液的配方为:KP-801改性剂3-5%(o.w.f);催化剂0.5-1.5%(o.w.f);双氧水5-8%(o.w.f);余量水。

本发明基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺的有益效果是:本发明先通过对羊毛/羊毛混纺织物坯布预处理来脱除羊毛纤维表面的鳞片,使得羊毛纤维表面变得粗糙,羊毛纤维的比表面积增大,从而使摩擦的方向性效应减小,进而可以减少毡缩。然后再通过抗菌防缩整理在预处理完成后的羊毛纤维表面覆盖一层膜层,来掩盖羊毛纤维鳞片结构,以进一步实现防缩绒功能。即本发明通过预处理与抗菌防缩整理相结合的方式,来降低定向摩擦效应,减少纤维的位移能力,以达到防缩绒的目的。在抗菌防缩整理时,利用树脂在羊毛纤维表面形成一层树脂膜层,然后利用交联剂使得树脂与已脱除鳞片的羊毛纤维表面形成结合,使得树脂膜层牢固附着在羊毛纤维表面,最终形成一层连续的树脂膜层覆盖在纤维表面,大大降低了定向摩擦效应,减少了纤维的位移能力,防缩绒性能进一步提高。
本发明的抗菌防缩整理工艺采用一浴法,即将柔软性能后整理与树脂覆膜在一浴中进行,不仅仅实现节能环保的目的,且可使得树脂膜层不会由于柔软剂的作用不能牢固的、连续的覆盖在羊毛纤维表面。硅酮乳液与树脂可以结合成弹性膜,使整理后的织物柔软蓬松富有弹性。本发明通过上述工艺整理出来的羊毛或羊毛混纺织物的大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念珠菌都大于99.99%,同时提高了整理后织物的耐水性,达到国家标准20次保持抗菌性下降不到10%。采用本发明整理工艺得到的面料,较好的提高羊毛面料的抗拉伸性能,同时能极大的提高羊毛面料的防缩性能,耐水性能,具有高吸水性,耐用性,柔软保暖,色泽自然柔和,且整理后的织物有弹性,透气性能好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明;
实施例1
一种基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,该工艺主要包括:洗缩-蓬松整理-烘干-起毛-剪毛-坯布预处理-染色-温水洗中和-抗菌防缩整理-烫光-蒸呢-预缩。
抗菌防缩整理的整理液由以下重量百分比组分组成:
坯布预处理步骤如下:
(1)改性处理,先将坯布放入煮锅,然后再将预处理液置入煮锅中,控制浴比1:20,控制温度为60℃,时间为30min;
(2)水洗,对步骤(1)改性后的坯布进行水洗处理,控制温度为45℃,水洗1次;
(3)中和,对水洗完成的坯布在醋酸中进行中和处理;
(4)烘干,最后烘干处理,控制温度为90℃。
在本实施例中,当采用氧化法时,步骤(1)中预处理液的配方为:KP-801改性剂3%(o.w.f);催化剂1.2%(o.w.f);双氧水5%(o.w.f),余量水。然后采用浸渍工艺,将预处理完成的坯布置入抗菌防缩整理的整理液中,并控制温度为30℃,浸渍时间为15min,然后再进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100℃,烘干时间为2min。
本发明通过坯布预处理可使染色率得到大大提高。且通过利用树脂交联覆盖一层连续的膜,不仅可掩盖毛纤维鳞片结构,降低定向摩擦效应,减少纤维的位移能力,达到防缩绒的目的,而且形成的连续的膜层不仅可将坯布上的染料覆盖在纤维上,且使得抗菌性能不会因为水性而大大减弱,即使得耐水洗性能大大提高,达到国家标准20次保持抗菌性下降不到10%。
实施例2
一种基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,该工艺主要包括:洗缩-蓬松整理-烘干-起毛-剪毛-坯布预处理-染色-温水洗中和-抗菌防缩整理-烫光-蒸呢-预缩。
抗菌防缩整理的整理液由以下重量百分比组分组成:
通过利用树脂交联覆盖一层连续的膜,掩盖的毛纤维鳞片结构,降低了定向摩擦效应,减少纤维的位移能力,以防缩绒。
坯布预处理步骤如下:
(1)改性处理,先将坯布放入煮锅,然后再将预处理液置入煮锅中,控制浴比1:15-20,控制温度为65℃,时间为35min;
(2)水洗,对步骤(1)改性后的坯布进行水洗处理,控制温度为50℃,水洗2次;
(3)中和,对水洗完成的坯布在醋酸中进行中和处理;
(4)烘干,最后烘干处理,控制温度为100℃。
本实施例中的抗菌防缩整理采用浸扎工艺,将预处理完成的坯布置入抗菌防缩整理的整理液中,并控制轧余率为80%,然后进行脱水烘干处理,烘干温度为110℃。
实施例3
一种基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,该工艺主要包括:洗缩-蓬松整理-烘干-起毛-剪毛-坯布预处理-染色-温水洗中和-抗菌防缩整理-烫光-蒸呢-预缩。
抗菌防缩整理的整理液由以下重量百分比组分组成:
通过利用树脂交联覆盖一层连续的膜,掩盖的毛纤维鳞片结构,降低了定向摩擦效应,减少纤维的位移能力,以防缩绒。
坯布预处理步骤如下:
(1)改性处理,先将坯布放入煮锅,然后再将预处理液置入煮锅中,控制浴比1:20,控制温度为70℃,时间为40min;
(2)水洗,对步骤(1)改性后的坯布进行水洗处理,控制温度为55℃,水洗2次;
(3)中和,对水洗完成的坯布在醋酸中进行中和处理;
(4)烘干,最后烘干处理,控制温度为110℃。
本实施例中采用生物酶法对坯布进行改性处理,先将坯布放入煮锅,然后再将预处理液置入煮锅中,控制浴比1:20,控制控制温度为45℃,时间为15min;控制烘干处理时烘干温度为90℃。其中,预处理液的配方为:KP-7002多功能复合酶3%(o.w.f);催化剂1%(o.w.f);渗透促进剂2%(o.w.f),余量水。

Claims (8)
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,其特征是:在坯布预处理时,可采用氧化法或生物酶法;所述坯布预处理的步骤如下:
(1)改性处理,先将坯布放入煮锅,然后再将预处理液置入煮锅中,控制浴比1:15-20,控制温度为60-70℃,时间为30-40min;
(2)水洗,对步骤(1)改性后的坯布进行水洗处理,控制温度为45-55℃,水洗1-2次;
(3)中和,对水洗完成的坯布在醋酸中进行中和处理;
(4)烘干,最后烘干处理,控制温度为90-110℃;
所述步骤(1)中,当采用氧化法时,所述预处理液的配方为:KP-801改性剂3-5%(o.w.f);催化剂0.5-1.5%(o.w.f);双氧水5-8%(o.w.f);余量水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,其特征是:所述抗菌防缩整理的工艺包括浸渍工艺,浸轧工艺。
4.根据权利要求3所述的基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,其特征是:采用所述浸渍工艺时,控制温度为30-35℃,浸渍时间为15-20min,然后再进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100-130℃,烘干时间为2-4min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,其特征是:采用所述浸扎工艺时,控制轧余率为70-90%,然后进行脱水烘干处理,烘干时间为105-130℃。
6.根据权利要求2所述的基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,其特征是:当采用生物酶法对坯布进行改性处理时,先将坯布放入煮锅,然后再将预处理液置入煮锅中,控制浴比1:15-20,控制控制温度为45-55℃,时间为15-20min;控制烘干处理时烘干温度为90-100℃;所述预处理液的配方为:KP-7002多功能复合酶1-3%(o.w.f);催化剂0.5-1.5%(o.w.f);渗透促进剂1-2%(o.w.f);余量水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,其特征是:所述树脂包括脲醛树脂,密胺甲醛树脂,聚丙烯酸酯树脂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的基于羊毛/羊毛混纺织物的耐洗抗菌防缩整理工艺,其特征是:所述柔软剂包括硅酮乳液,所述交联剂包括金属镁的化合物。
