Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fabric treatment, in particular to a washable, antibacterial and shrink-proof finishing process based on wool/wool blended fabric.
Background
It is well known that the main constituent of wool fibers is an insoluble protein known as keratin. It is made up by using several amino acids through condensation reaction. The wool fiber has natural crimp, the longitudinal surface of the wool fiber is a cylinder which is strongly covered by scales, and the cross section of the wool fiber is approximately circular or elliptical. Due to the existence of the scales, the friction coefficient in the direction opposite to the scales is larger than that in the direction along the scales, and the directional friction effect is called. When the wool fiber or fabric is given damp heat or a chemical agent, the scales are opened, and the fiber keeps the orientation of the forward movement of the root due to the directional friction effect when the scales are repeatedly rubbed and pressed. Thus, the creep of the various fibers with the entangled fibers in a certain direction causes the wool fibers to engage into a felt, and the fleece is tightly shrunk, a property known as felting or felting of wool. The wool fiber has excellent elongation capability and elastic recovery, and can promote the fiber to creep when repeatedly extruded; the natural crimp of wool fibers enables cross-threading of the fibers, which all contribute to felting. The fabric with rich thickness, softness and good heat retention can be weaved by utilizing the felting property of the wool fiber, but the felting property can influence the dimensional stability after washing and is unfavorable for weaving thin fabric with clear weaving pattern. The chemical agent can be adopted to destroy the wool scales, or the resin is coated to make the scales lose the effect, so as to achieve the purpose of fulling. The density of the scale arrangement and the extent to which it protrudes from the surface of the wool have a greater effect on the gloss and surface properties of the wool. The thin wool scales are closely arranged and annularly covered, and the extending end is more prominent, so the thin wool scales have soft luster, large friction coefficient and excellent felting property.
Wool fibers undergo felting shrinkage during the washing process. Because the scales of the wool fibers are arranged in an oriented mode, the forward friction coefficient and the reverse friction coefficient of the scales have a difference value. The wool fiber can produce unidirectional movement when being affected by external force, when the wool fiber is stirred in water, the wool fiber does not move unidirectionally in the same direction, and simultaneously, scale tissues on the surfaces of the fibers are mutually shrunk and bonded, so that the fibers are difficult to stretch, and cannot recover to the original shape, felting and shrinkage are caused, and the shrinkage is irreversible, so that after the fibers are bonded after being tangled, the shrinkage cannot recover.
The chlorination method is to use chlorine or chlorine-containing preparation to carry out shrink-proof finishing on wool fabrics, the process is mature, the effect is good, but a large amount of AOX exists in the treated waste liquid, the COD is high, the serious pollution is caused to the ecological environment, and the damage to fibers is large. Both the oxidation process and the plasma treatment process provide the fabric with a certain shrink resistance, but the effect is not as good as that of the chlorination process. The resin finishing method has good shrink-proof effect, but requires that the resin finishing method can be attached to the surface of the fiber, the dosage is small and uniform, the formed polycondensate is soft, the chemical property is similar to that of wool, and the polycondensate is preferably combined with the wool by chemical bonds. Therefore, the method has great influence on the hand feeling of the fabric and is not suitable for the textile with soft requirement.
For example, patent CN 105926274 a discloses a non-chlorine treatment method of ecological, environment-friendly, healthy, anti-pilling and shrink-proof wool tops, which comprises the following steps: 1 twisting, 2 prewashing, 3 metal treatment, 4 oxidation treatment, 5 alkali treatment, 6 reduction, 7 water washing, 8 acid treatment, 9 softening treatment and 10 drying treatment. Although this patent does not use the oxidation of chlorine based agents to destroy the wool scales, the wool meets the TM31 machine washable standard. However, there are also the following disadvantages: firstly, it carries out preliminary treatment earlier, and flexible processing, then carrying out resin coating and handling, if carry out flexible processing earlier, can make the fibre surface more smooth after the flexible processing, the resin can not be fine when leading to carrying out resin coating again at the back covers on the fibre surface, also can not make resin film layer form continuous rete, finally leads to preventing that the shrink effect is poor. Secondly, in the metal treatment step, the oxidation treatment step, the alkali treatment step and the reduction treatment step, too much oxidant is used, although metal ions can be adsorbed around wool scales to achieve the scale stripping effect, the oxidant can oxidize proteins, and the protein fibers can be unstable.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the washable, antibacterial and shrink-proof finishing process based on the wool/wool blended fabric, which can greatly improve the shrink-proof performance of the wool fabric, has good washing resistance, high water absorption, durability, softness and heat preservation, natural and soft color, elasticity, good air permeability, simple preparation process, environmental protection and low cost.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for realizing the purpose is as follows: a washable, antibacterial and anti-shrink finishing process based on wool/wool blended fabric mainly comprises the following steps: washing shrinkage, fluffy finishing, drying, fluffing, shearing, grey cloth pretreatment, dyeing, warm water washing neutralization, antibacterial shrink-proof finishing, ironing, decating and preshrinking; the finishing liquid for the antibacterial shrink-proof finishing comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
according to the washable antibacterial shrink-proof finishing process based on the wool/wool blended fabric, an oxidation method or a biological enzyme method can be adopted during grey cloth pretreatment; the grey cloth pretreatment steps are as follows:
(1) modifying, namely putting the grey cloth into a saucepan, then putting the pretreatment liquid into the saucepan, controlling the bath ratio to be 1:15-20, controlling the temperature to be 60-70 ℃ and the time to be 30-40 min;
(2) washing, namely washing the grey cloth modified in the step (1) for 1-2 times at the temperature of 45-55 ℃;
(3) neutralizing the washed grey cloth in acetic acid;
(4) drying, and finally drying, wherein the temperature is controlled to be 90-110 ℃;
in the step (1), when an oxidation method is adopted, the formula of the pretreatment solution is as follows: KP-801 modifier 3-5% (o.w.f); catalyst 0.5-1.5% (o.w.f); 5-8% (o.w.f) of hydrogen peroxide; the balance of water.
The washable antibacterial shrink-proof finishing process based on the wool/wool blended fabric comprises a dipping process and a padding process.
When the washable antibacterial shrink-proof finishing process based on the wool/wool blended fabric is adopted, the dipping process is controlled at the temperature of 30-35 ℃ for 15-20min, and then the drying treatment is carried out, wherein the drying temperature is 100-130 ℃ and the drying time is 2-4 min.
The washable antibacterial shrink-proof finishing process based on the wool/wool blended fabric is characterized in that when the padding process is adopted, the padding rate is controlled to be 70-90%, and then dehydration and drying treatment is carried out, wherein the drying time is 105-130 ℃.
When the wool/wool blended fabric-based washable antibacterial shrink-proof finishing process is used for modifying the grey fabric by adopting a biological enzyme method, the grey fabric is firstly placed into a saucepan, then pretreatment liquid is placed into the saucepan, the bath ratio is controlled to be 1:15-20, the temperature is controlled to be 45-55 ℃, and the time is 15-20 min; controlling the drying temperature to be 90-100 ℃ during drying treatment; the formula of the pretreatment liquid is as follows: KP-7002 multifunctional complex enzyme 1-3% (o.w.f); catalyst 0.5-1.5% (o.w.f); 1-2% (o.w.f) of a penetration enhancer; the balance of water.
The resin comprises urea formaldehyde resin, melamine formaldehyde resin and polyacrylate resin.
In the process for washing-resistant antibacterial shrink-proof finishing based on wool/wool blended fabric, the softening agent comprises silicone emulsion, and the crosslinking agent comprises a magnesium metal compound.
The wash-resistant antibacterial shrink-resistant finishing process based on the wool/wool blended fabric has the beneficial effects that: the method removes scales on the surfaces of wool fibers by pretreating the grey cloth of the wool/wool blended fabric, so that the surfaces of the wool fibers become rough, the specific surface area of the wool fibers is increased, the directional effect of friction is reduced, and felt shrinkage can be reduced. And then covering a film layer on the surface of the pretreated wool fiber through antibacterial shrink-proof finishing to cover the scale structure of the wool fiber so as to further realize the shrink-proof function. The invention reduces the directional friction effect and the displacement capacity of the fiber by combining the pretreatment and the antibacterial and anti-shrink finishing, thereby achieving the aim of anti-shrink. During antibacterial and shrink-proof finishing, a resin film layer is formed on the surface of wool fibers by using resin, then the resin is combined with the surface of the wool fibers with scales removed by using a cross-linking agent, so that the resin film layer is firmly attached to the surface of the wool fibers, and finally a continuous resin film layer is formed to cover the surface of the fibers, thereby greatly reducing the directional friction effect, reducing the displacement capacity of the fibers and further improving the shrink-proof performance.
The antibacterial and shrink-proof finishing process adopts a one-bath method, namely the softening performance after-finishing and the resin film coating are carried out in one bath, so that the purposes of energy conservation and environmental protection are realized, and the resin film layer can not firmly and continuously cover the surface of the wool fiber due to the action of the softening agent. The silicone emulsion and the resin can be combined into an elastic film, so that the finished fabric is soft, fluffy and elastic. The escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans of the wool or wool blended fabric finished by the process are all more than 99.99%, the water resistance of the finished fabric is improved, and the antibacterial property is kept to be reduced by less than 10% after the finished fabric reaches the national standard for 20 times. The fabric obtained by the finishing process disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the tensile resistance of the wool fabric is better improved, the shrink-proof performance and the water resistance of the wool fabric can be greatly improved, the fabric has high water absorption and durability, is soft and warm, the color is natural and soft, and the finished fabric has elasticity and good air permeability.
