可是,现有的抗污自洁PVC夹网布抗拉以及耐撕裂性能均较差,重金属含量高,在使用过程容易被撕裂,夹网布的破损率高,而且,当小孩子在玩耍时,嘴部不小心碰到夹网布,容易出现重金属中毒的现象,基于此,我们提出一种抗污自洁PVC夹网布,以解决现有技术的不足。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种抗污自洁PVC夹网布,该夹网布不仅具有较好的抗拉以及耐撕裂性能,而且,重金属含量较低,可有效避免小孩与其接触后出现中毒的现象。

将A3所得的浆料经压延机压延成型,制作出厚度为5mm-10mm的胶膜,其中,螺杆温度为200℃-250℃,输送段温度为210℃-240℃,挤出压力为60MPa-70MPa,干燥温度为85℃-105℃,干燥时长为4.5h-6.5h,生产速度为8m/min-28m/min。

B1:高速混合搅拌
将原材料按配方投入高速共混机中,在110-150℃温度下搅拌12-17分钟,混好的物料排入低速冷搅锅分散冷却至22-25℃,然后排入储料罐中;

将B1得到的物料在滤网上进行过滤,得到糊状涂层浆料;
B3:网布预处理
将糊状涂层浆料通过涂布机浸润刮涂的方式涂覆于高强聚酯纤维网布上,然后将涂有糊状涂层浆料的高强聚酯纤维网布依次通过立式烘箱、卧式烘箱中进行180-240℃的高温塑化,得到网布。

C1:高温贴合
将第一胶膜、第二胶膜和网布充分加热或预热后,在贴合压花装置处把三层同时贴合在一起,正面是一支压花钢辊,底面是橡胶,把将近熔融态的第一胶膜、第二胶膜和网布结合在一起;贴合压力为3-5Mpa,贴合温度为160-180℃,贴合辊速度为8-15m/min;
C2:压花
将C1得到的半成品夹网布采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的夹网布,然后将印花后的夹网布经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在3-5Mpa;
C3:抗污自洁处理
将C2得到的半成品夹网布采用除尘机在其上下面进行除尘处理,反复操作三次;
C4:卷裁包装成品
将C3得到的成品夹网布进行检验、卷成成品。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明夹网布采用高温贴合的方式将胶膜贴合在网布的上下表面形成夹网布,并且结合其他工艺,不仅生产工艺简单,科学合理,而且采用的工艺和选材极大提高了产品阻燃安全性能,生产出来的产品不仅具有较好的抗拉以及耐撕裂性能,而且,重金属含量较低,可有效避免小孩与其接触后出现中毒的现象;此外,通过本发明工艺制得的产品成本低廉,还具有很高的市场竞争力和显著的经济效益。

所述第一胶膜和第二胶膜的制备方法均包括以下步骤:
A1:高速混合搅拌
将原材料按配方投入高速共混机中,在150℃温度下搅拌17分钟,混好的物料排入低速冷搅锅分散冷却至25℃,然后排入储料罐中;
A2:过滤
将A1中得到的物料在滤网上进行过滤,得到糊状浆料;
A3:加热辊炼
糊状浆料注入高温辊炼炉中进行加压辊炼,反应温度为170℃,压强为60MPa,持续反应3h;
A4:延压成胶膜
将A3所得的浆料经压延机压延成型,制作出厚度为10mm的胶膜,其中,螺杆温度为250℃,输送段温度为240℃,挤出压力为70MPa,干燥温度为105℃,干燥时长为6.5h,生产速度为28m/min。
所述网布的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
B1:高速混合搅拌
将原材料按配方投入高速共混机中,在150℃温度下搅拌17分钟,混好的物料排入低速冷搅锅分散冷却至25℃,然后排入储料罐中;
B2:过滤
将B1得到的物料在滤网上进行过滤,得到糊状涂层浆料;
B3:网布预处理
将糊状涂层浆料通过涂布机浸润刮涂的方式涂覆于高强聚酯纤维网布上,然后将涂有糊状涂层浆料的高强聚酯纤维网布依次通过立式烘箱、卧式烘箱中进行240℃的高温塑化,得到网布。
所述夹网布的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
C1:高温贴合
将第一胶膜、第二胶膜和网布充分加热或预热后,在贴合压花装置处把三层同时贴合在一起,正面是一支压花钢辊,底面是橡胶,把将近熔融态的第一胶膜、第二胶膜和网布结合在一起;贴合压力为5Mpa,贴合温度为180℃,贴合辊速度为15m/min;
C2:压花
将C1得到的半成品夹网布采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的夹网布,然后将印花后的夹网布经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在5Mpa;
C3:抗污自洁处理
将C2得到的半成品夹网布采用除尘机在其上下面进行除尘处理,反复操作三次;
C4:卷裁包装成品
将C3得到的成品夹网布进行检验、卷成成品。
实施例3
抗污自洁PVC夹网布,包括从上而下依次连接第一胶膜、网布和第二胶膜。
所述第一胶膜和第二胶膜包括以下质量份数的原料:悬浮法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉PVC50份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯DINP27.5份、乙二酸二辛酯DOA5.75份、环氧大豆油EPO1.95份、三氧化二锑2.8份、紫外线吸收剂UV-P0.13份、抗氧剂10760.065份、钡锌液体安定剂1.0份、氢氧化镁Mg(OH)25.75份和有机颜料1.4份。
所述网布包括以下质量份数的原料:乳液法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉17.5份和MDX粘合剂(异氰酸酯)0.65份。
所述第一胶膜和第二胶膜的制备方法均包括以下步骤:
A1:高速混合搅拌
将原材料按配方投入高速共混机中,在130℃温度下搅拌14.5分钟,混好的物料排入低速冷搅锅分散冷却至23.5℃,然后排入储料罐中;
A2:过滤
将A1中得到的物料在滤网上进行过滤,得到糊状浆料;
A3:加热辊炼
糊状浆料注入高温辊炼炉中进行加压辊炼,反应温度为160℃,压强为60MPa,持续反应3h;
A4:延压成胶膜
将A3所得的浆料经压延机压延成型,制作出厚度为7.5mm的胶膜,其中,螺杆温度为225℃,输送段温度为225℃,挤出压力为65MPa,干燥温度为95℃,干燥时长为5.5h,生产速度为18m/min。
所述网布的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
B1:高速混合搅拌
将原材料按配方投入高速共混机中,在130℃温度下搅拌14.5分钟,混好的物料排入低速冷搅锅分散冷却至23.5℃,然后排入储料罐中;
B2:过滤
将B1得到的物料在滤网上进行过滤,得到糊状涂层浆料;
B3:网布预处理
将糊状涂层浆料通过涂布机浸润刮涂的方式涂覆于高强聚酯纤维网布上,然后将涂有糊状涂层浆料的高强聚酯纤维网布依次通过立式烘箱、卧式烘箱中进行210℃的高温塑化,得到网布。
所述夹网布的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
C1:高温贴合
将第一胶膜、第二胶膜和网布充分加热或预热后,在贴合压花装置处把三层同时贴合在一起,正面是一支压花钢辊,底面是橡胶,把将近熔融态的第一胶膜、第二胶膜和网布结合在一起;贴合压力为4Mpa,贴合温度为170℃,贴合辊速度为11.5m/min;
C2:压花
将C1得到的半成品夹网布采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的夹网布,然后将印花后的夹网布经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在4Mpa;
C3:抗污自洁处理
将C2得到的半成品夹网布采用除尘机在其上下面进行除尘处理,反复操作三次;
C4:卷裁包装成品
将C3得到的成品夹网布进行检验、卷成成品。
实施例4:本发明抗污自洁PVC夹网布具体性能指标
以市面上销售的夹网布作为对比例,分别测试实施例1-3和对比例的力学性能和稳定性,结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明实施例1制得的夹网布抗拉负荷达到2200(N/5cm),撕裂强度达到94(N),重金属含量仅为22m/kg;本发明实施例2制得的夹网布抗拉负荷达到2400(N/5cm),撕裂强度达到98(N),重金属含量仅为20m/kg;本发明实施例3制得的夹网布抗拉负荷达到2300(N/5cm),撕裂强度达到96(N),重金属含量仅为24m/kg;可见,本发明实施例2制得的夹网布抗拉负荷以及撕裂强度效果最好,重金属含量最低;此外,本发明实施例1-3制得的夹网布均有较好的耐紫外线和抗穿透性;在使用的过程中,夹网布不易被撕裂,夹网布的破损率降低,而且,重金属含量较低,可有效避免小孩与其接触后出现中毒的现象;而市面上销售的夹网布抗拉负荷为1800(N/5cm),撕裂强度为80(N),重金属含为50m/kg,显而易见的,市面上销售的夹网布抗拉负荷和剥离强度都远远低于本发明实施例1-3制得的夹网布,并且重金属含量较大。
上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理和最佳实施例,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。

Claims (6)

1.抗污自洁PVC夹网布,其特征在于:包括从上而下依次连接第一胶膜、网布和第二胶膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗污自洁PVC夹网布,其特征在于:所述第一胶膜和第二胶膜包括以下质量份数的原料:悬浮法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉PVC43-57份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯DINP25-30份、乙二酸二辛酯DOA4.7-6.8份、环氧大豆油EPO0.8-3.1份、三氧化二锑2.1-3.5份、紫外线吸收剂UV-P0.08-0.18份、抗氧剂10760.03-0.10份、钡锌液体安定剂0.9-1.1份、氢氧化镁Mg(OH)25.0-6.5份和有机颜料0.8-2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗污自洁PVC夹网布,其特征在于:所述网布包括以下质量份数的原料:乳液法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉15-20份和MDX粘合剂(异氰酸酯)0.4-0.9份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗污自洁PVC夹网布,其特征在于:所述第一胶膜和第二胶膜的制备方法均包括以下步骤:
A1:高速混合搅拌
将原材料按配方投入高速共混机中,在110-150℃温度下搅拌12-17分钟,混好的物料排入低速冷搅锅分散冷却至22-25℃,然后排入储料罐中;
A2:过滤
将A1中得到的物料在滤网上进行过滤,得到糊状浆料;
A3:加热辊炼
糊状浆料注入高温辊炼炉中进行加压辊炼,反应温度为150-170℃,压强为60MPa,持续反应3h;
A4:延压成胶膜
将A3所得的浆料经压延机压延成型,制作出厚度为5mm-10mm的胶膜,其中,螺杆温度为200℃-250℃,输送段温度为210℃-240℃,挤出压力为60MPa-70MPa,干燥温度为85℃-105℃,干燥时长为4.5h-6.5h,生产速度为8m/min-28m/min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗污自洁PVC夹网布,其特征在于:所述网布的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
B1:高速混合搅拌
将原材料按配方投入高速共混机中,在110-150℃温度下搅拌12-17分钟,混好的物料排入低速冷搅锅分散冷却至22-25℃,然后排入储料罐中;
B2:过滤
将B1得到的物料在滤网上进行过滤,得到糊状涂层浆料;
B3:网布预处理
将糊状涂层浆料通过涂布机浸润刮涂的方式涂覆于高强聚酯纤维网布上,然后将涂有糊状涂层浆料的高强聚酯纤维网布依次通过立式烘箱、卧式烘箱中进行180-240℃的高温塑化,得到网布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗污自洁PVC夹网布,其特征在于:所述夹网布的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
C1:高温贴合
将第一胶膜、第二胶膜和网布充分加热或预热后,在贴合压花装置处把三层同时贴合在一起,正面是一支压花钢辊,底面是橡胶,把将近熔融态的第一胶膜、第二胶膜和网布结合在一起;贴合压力为3-5Mpa,贴合温度为160-180℃,贴合辊速度为8-15m/min;
C2:压花
将C1得到的半成品夹网布采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的夹网布,然后将印花后的夹网布经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在3-5Mpa;
C3:抗污自洁处理
将C2得到的半成品夹网布采用除尘机在其上下面进行除尘处理,反复操作三次;
C4:卷裁包装成品
将C3得到的成品夹网布进行检验、卷成成品。
