As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the drive mechanism includes a drive motor 800, a double-grooved drive pulley 801, or two power pulleys, as shown in fig. 1-2. Wherein, a double-groove driving pulley 801 or two power pulleys are arranged on the output shaft of the driving motor 800. An operator can change the connection between the first belt 805 or the second belt 808 and different belt grooves 8022 of the wheel body 8021 according to specific cigarette types, so that the conveying speeds of different types of cigarettes on the feeding conveying mechanism 200 and the speed-regulating conveying mechanism 300 can be enabled to synchronously reach the storage platform 400, and in the material-dialing operation, the conveying speeds of the feeding conveying mechanism 200 and the speed-regulating conveying mechanism 300 can be reduced, or the adsorption connection between the connecting piece 206 of the speed-regulating conveying mechanism 300 and the electromagnetic speed-regulating wheel 802 can be cut off, so that the speed of the speed-regulating conveying mechanism 300 can be reduced to the minimum. When in a slack season, the productivity can be reduced by cutting off part of the feeding and conveying mechanism 200 and the speed-regulating conveying mechanism 300, so as to meet the demand of the current season and realize the purpose of energy conservation. Generally, the cigarette with the larger model is positioned at the lowest part, and the cigarette with the smaller model is positioned at the upper part, so that the cigarette groups can be stacked conveniently, and further the stacked cigarettes can be prevented from being scattered; in this way, the speeds of the feeding and conveying mechanism 200 and the adjustable-speed conveying mechanism 300 are increased from bottom to top, namely, by the cooperation of the corresponding belt grooves 8022 of the electromagnetic adjustable-speed wheel 802 and the first belt 805 and the second belt 808. In order to avoid the first belt 805 and the second belt 808 from loosening, as shown in fig. 1-2, a first movable pulley 803 and a second movable pulley 807 are mounted on the machine body 100, and have the same structure and connection mode with the machine body 100, and are in transmission connection with the first belt 805 and the second belt 808 respectively. In this embodiment, taking the first movable pulley 803 as an example, as shown in fig. 7, a strip-shaped hole 804 extending in the vertical direction is formed in the machine body 100, the first movable pulley 803 is assembled on an installation shaft, the installation shaft is fixed at the strip-shaped hole 804, a first baffle 809 and a second baffle 810 are installed on the installation shaft at intervals along the axial direction of the installation shaft, and the first movable pulley 803 is located between the first baffle 809 and the second baffle 810, so that the problem of looseness of the first belt 805 is avoided by sliding of the first movable pulley 803 and adjusting the installation shaft at the strip-shaped hole 804.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9-10, each material-shifting unit includes a side shifting plate 501 elastically mounted on one side of a central shifting plate 504, the central shifting plate 504 and the side shifting plate 501 are respectively configured on a first connecting plate 503 and a second connecting plate 505, wherein an output rod of a first air cylinder 502 is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 503, the second connecting plate 505 is respectively connected with the first connecting plate 503 through an elastic member 506, a cigarette carton is clamped between the corresponding central shifting plate 504 and the side shifting plate 501, and is driven by the first air cylinder 502 to be shifted away from the placing platform 400 with the material-shifting unit, and the side shifting plate 501 moves away from the central shifting plate 504 under the action of the elastic member 506, so as to form a clamped cigarette carton which is separated from the material-shifting unit and stacked on the packaging film 602. That is, the central shifting plate 504 and the side shifting plate 501 clamp the cigarette carton groups and move out of the placement platform 400, the central shifting plate 504 and the side shifting plate 501 open under the action of the elastic member 506, the cigarette carton groups fall down, and in order to avoid the disadvantage of stacking operation caused by the overlarge distance between the upper cigarette carton group and the lower cigarette carton group, the distance between the rollers 203 on the rotating shaft 202 is 1/2-1 times of the thickness of the cigarette carton. The pressing mechanism 700 may be adopted in this embodiment to push the clamped cigarette carton out between the central dialing plate 504 and the side dialing plate 501. In order to provide sufficient time for the cigarette groups to be separated from the central shifting plate 504 and the side shifting plates 501, as shown in fig. 11-12, the elastic member 506 comprises a sleeve 5061 with one end connected with the first connecting plate 503, a guide rod 5062 is inserted into the other end of the sleeve 5061, one end of the guide rod 5062 far away from the sleeve 5061 is connected with the second connecting plate 505, a first adjusting baffle 5065 and a second adjusting baffle 5066 are respectively connected with the sleeve 5061 and the guide rod 5062, a first buffer spring 5064 is fixedly connected between the first adjusting baffle 5065 and the second adjusting baffle 5066, a second buffer spring 5063 is arranged in the sleeve 5061, and two ends of the second buffer spring 5063 are respectively fixedly connected with the corresponding ends of the sleeve 5061 and the guide rod 5062. Under the action of the first buffer spring 5064 and the second buffer spring 5063, the side shifting plate 501 is opened instantly, and the return process is slow, so that the cigarette carton group can be separated conveniently. In order to clamp cigarettes of different models, the adjusting plates 507 with different thicknesses are respectively detachably mounted on the side, close to each other, of the central shifting plate 504 and the side shifting plates 501, so that the distance between the central shifting plate and the side shifting plates is changed, and the cigarette clamping device is suitable for cigarettes of different models. In this embodiment, in order to increase the friction force between the cigarette carton and the adjusting plate 507, a side anti-slip layer is adhered to the side surface of the adjusting plate 507 adjacent to each other.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 and 13, the pressing mechanism 700 includes a second air cylinder 701 vertically disposed, a pressing plate 703 connected through a mounting frame 702 is fixed to an output rod of the second air cylinder 701, the pressing plate 703 is located right above the blanking frame 605, and the pressing plate 703 is driven by the second air cylinder 701 to move downward, so that the cigarette carton groups stacked on the wrapping film 602 can be pressed into the blanking frame 605; or the pressing plate 703 moves downward under the driving of the second cylinder 701, so that the pressing plate presses the cigarette carton groups clamped in the reciprocating material shifting mechanism 500 and separates from the reciprocating material shifting mechanism 500, so that the cigarette carton groups are laminated on the packaging film 602 and enter the blanking frame 605 along with the pressing of the pressing plate 703. The material-shifting mechanism 500 can perform material-shifting operation on both sides, that is, the two sides of the central shifting plate 504 are connected with the side shifting plates 501 through the elastic members 506, when the first cylinder 502 drives the first side plate 501 to separate from the platform 400, the second side plate 501 is located at the edge of the platform 400, and the central shifting plate 504 is located at the other edge of the placement platform 400, at this time, the cigarette carton is continuously conveyed to the placement platform 400, when the cigarette carton group between the side pulling plate 501 and the central pulling plate 504 away from the placement platform 400 is completely separated, after the cigarette carton on the platform 400 is prepared, the first cylinder 502 is returned, the central shifting plate 504 moves to the other edge of the platform 400, the cigarette carton pushes the other side of the platform 400 and falls down, then pressing is performed by the pressing mechanism 700 installed at the other side of the platform 400, and the subsequent packaging operation is performed.
