At present, one of the known packing machines is used for stacking a plurality of rectangular packing articles such as cigarettes according to a set number, then placing a label on the stacked articles, and then packaging the stack of articles by film sealing. and thirdly, the transfer device continues to convey and transfer the first aggregate stack, at the moment, second special-shaped cigarettes are input through a second special-shaped cigarette conveying belt, stacked by using a second special-shaped cigarette overturning device and finally dropped on the first aggregate stack to form a second aggregate stack.

By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the multistage stacking cigarette carton packaging method has the advantages that the irregular cigarettes with different specifications are input by different conveying belts and then stacked onto the upper packaging set step by step, so that a stacking pile with good stability is formed, the working efficiency of the method is high, and the multistage stacking cigarette carton packaging method can be suitable for packaging most of cigarette cartons in stacking forms; further, the number of such multi-stage stacks may be increased or decreased as desired; furthermore, the multi-stage stacking can be matched with a manipulator, so that stacking of cigarettes or articles which are not easy to stack is realized.

secondly, conveying and transferring the conventional cigarette stack by using the transfer device 3, wherein at the moment, a first special-shaped cigarette is input through a first special-shaped cigarette conveying belt 41, stacked by using a first special-shaped cigarette overturning device 42 and finally dropped on the conventional cigarette stack to form a first set stack;
thirdly, the transfer device 3 continues to convey and transfer the first aggregate stack, at this time, second type of special-shaped cigarettes are input through a second special-shaped cigarette conveying belt 51, stacked through a second special-shaped cigarette overturning device 52 and finally fall on the first aggregate stack to form a second aggregate stack;

Referring to fig. 4 again, the second embodiment provides a method for packaging a multi-stage stacked cigarette carton based on the same inventive concept, which is different from the first embodiment in that:
1. the transfer device is not a whole conveyor belt, and consists of an air cylinder 311, a supporting plate 312, an air cylinder 321, a supporting plate 322, an air cylinder 323, an air cylinder 331, a supporting plate 332, an air cylinder 333, an air cylinder 341 and a supporting plate 342, and the supporting plate can be replaced by the conveyor belt;
2. in the fourth step, stacking is performed by using a third cigarette overturning device 62', and finally, the stack falls on the second collective stack to form a third collective stack.
Due to the requirement of pushing of the air cylinder, the second special-shaped cigarette overturning device needs to be transversely staggered with the last special-shaped cigarette overturning device, so that the operating smoothness of the mechanism can be maintained.
The multistage stacking cigarette carton packaging method has the advantages that the irregular cigarettes with different specifications are input by different conveying belts and then stacked onto the upper packaging set step by step, so that a stacking pile with good stability is formed, the working efficiency of the method is high, and the multistage stacking cigarette carton packaging method can be suitable for packaging most of cigarette cartons in stacking forms; further, the number of such multi-stage stacks may be increased or decreased as desired; furthermore, the multi-stage stacking can be matched with a manipulator, so that stacking of cigarettes or articles which are not easy to stack is realized.
The position arrangement and selection of the conveying belts can be adjusted according to actual sites and production requirements.

secondly, conveying and transferring the conventional cigarette stack by using a transfer device, inputting a first special-shaped cigarette by using a first special-shaped cigarette conveying belt, stacking by using a first special-shaped cigarette overturning device, and finally falling on the conventional cigarette stack to form a first set stack;
thirdly, the transfer device continues to convey and transfer the first aggregate stack, at the moment, second special-shaped cigarettes are input through a second special-shaped cigarette conveying belt, stacked through a second special-shaped cigarette overturning device and finally fall on the first aggregate stack to form a second aggregate stack;
and fourthly, the transfer device continues to convey and transfer the second collection stack, at the moment, a third type of special-shaped cigarette is input through a third special-shaped cigarette conveying belt, and the third type of special-shaped cigarette is adsorbed, grabbed and stacked onto the second collection stack by utilizing the adsorption pickup device to form a third collection stack.
