Description

用于焊接连续卷材的旋转装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连续卷材的旋转焊接装置。
特别地,根据本发明的装置被构造为根据预定的焊缝间距沿着与卷材馈送方向横切的方向焊接卷材。
背景技术
众所周知,旋转焊接装置使用支撑多个焊接单元的旋转元件,该多个焊接单元被构造为在旋转元件围绕其自身的旋转轴线进行旋转期间焊接连续卷材。
焊接单元相对于旋转元件的旋转轴线的径向定位限定了焊接单元的预定的工作圆周,从而限定了相应的焊缝间距。
为了改变装置的焊接步骤,需要改变焊接单元相对于旋转元件的旋转轴线的径向定位,以确定获得期望的焊接步骤所沿的工作圆周。
发明内容
在这种背景下,为了能够改变用于焊接连续卷材的步骤,有必要制造一种用于焊接连续卷材的旋转装置,其包括围绕其自身的旋转轴线旋转的旋转元件、由该旋转元件支撑的用于支撑连续卷材的一个或多个支撑元件以及由旋转元件支撑的用于焊接连续卷材的多个焊接单元。
每个焊接单元被构造为从非操作位置转移到操作位置,或者反过来转移。
每个焊接单元包括相应的焊嘴和能相对于焊嘴移动的相应的砧座元件。
每个焊接单元包括相应的第一移动装置,其被构造为驱动砧座元件相对于焊嘴从砧座元件与焊嘴成角度地间隔开的初始位置旋转到最终位置,或者反过来旋转。
在最终位置,焊嘴的表面和砧座元件的表面彼此平行,并且与焊嘴的所述表面成直角的轴线和与砧座元件的所述表面成直角的轴线沿着同一条对齐轴线对齐。

连续卷材2具有用于通过装置1根据焊缝间距P进行焊接的至少两条重叠的边缘。
连续卷材2具有主要的纵向延伸部L。
装置1被构造为沿着与纵向延伸部L的方向横切的方向T焊接连续卷材2。
更具体地,参照图2,装置1根据焊缝间距P在相应的焊接区域4中沿着连续卷材2的横向方向T形成多条焊缝。

在焊接单元6的操作位置,砧座元件8的表面8a和焊嘴7的表面7a与介于它们之间并预期会变成焊接区域4的连续卷材2的相应部分进行接触。
在操作位置,与焊嘴的表面7a正交的轴线7b和与砧座元件8的表面8a正交的轴线8b沿着同一条对齐轴线V对齐。

特别地,在相互对齐的位置,至少第一连杆20和第二连杆22沿着与杠杆21的位置成直角的方向定位。
在该相互对齐的位置,从曲柄19到杠杆21,连接销38、39、40定位为彼此平行。
第一驱动装置17控制第一移动装置15的运动。
曲柄19、第一连杆20、第二连杆22和杠杆21在砧座元件8相对于焊嘴7的最终位置处采用的构造使得焊接力不会传递至第一驱动装置17,因为该力被第一移动装置15的铰接系统30所采用的构造减除。
第一驱动装置17控制第一移动装置15的铰接系统30的曲柄19的运动。
第一驱动装置17被构造为可相对于旋转元件5的旋转轴线5a在径向方向上移动。
有利地,第一驱动装置17的径向运动允许改变每个焊接单元6的工作圆周,而不改变第一移动装置15的铰接系统30的元件,因此这保持了其运动传动比。

相反,第二移动装置16被构造为使砧座元件8远离焊嘴7平移,从而脱离介于它们之间的连续卷材2。
第二移动装置16由第二驱动装置18进行驱动。
第二移动装置16包括至少一个铰接系统33,其包括用于对被可旋转地连接至杠杆21的摆动轴线21a的连杆35进行控制的曲柄34。
曲柄34和连杆35通过销41被可旋转地连接。
销41连接至曲柄34。
曲柄34、连杆35和杠杆21限定了铰接的“肘节”系统33。
根据替代的实施方式,针对每个焊接单元6,第二移动装置16都包括同步驱动的双铰接“肘节”系统。
在到达位置,连杆35沿着与曲柄34成直角的方向定位。
在到达位置,连杆35沿着与杠杆21成直角的方向定位。
第二移动装置16包括彼此相对设置的一对铰接系统33。
第二移动装置16包括气动系统37,其被构造为用于确定借助于上述铰接系统33进行的相对于焊嘴7朝向或远离砧座元件8的平移或者反过来的平移。
气动系统37允许在砧座元件8和焊嘴7之间施加并保持预定压力,以使压力在整个焊接过程中(即,只要焊接单元6处于操作位置)保持尽可能恒定。
当启动焊嘴7形成焊接区域4时,介于砧座元件8的表面8a与焊嘴7的表面7a之间的连续卷材2的区域被焊接。
气动系统37连接至第二移动装置16的曲柄34。
气动系统37包括活塞44,其杆45被可旋转地连接至臂46,该臂46被可旋转地连接至第二移动装置16的曲柄34。
在到达位置,与活塞44的杆45连接的臂46与连接至曲柄34的臂46以及曲柄34对齐。
这种对齐有利地可以将气动系统37产生的力直接传递至焊嘴7。
铰接系统33的杠杆比使气动系统37产生的力加倍。
有利地,这种对齐允许气动系统产生的力与第二移动装置16的铰接系统33隔离开,从而防止它们影响第二驱动装置18。
第二驱动装置18控制第一移动装置15的铰接系统30的曲柄19的运动。
第二驱动装置18被构造为可相对于旋转元件5的旋转轴线5a在径向方向上移动。
有利地,第二驱动装置18的径向运动允许改变每个焊接单元6的工作圆周,而不改变第二移动装置16的铰接系统33的元件,因此这保持了其运动传动比。
第一驱动装置17和第二驱动装置18包括单个控制构件26以及相应的第一驱动传递单元32和第二驱动传递单元24。
控制单元26包括围绕相应的旋转轴线旋转的转鼓29,其在外周表面上具有用于凸轮从动辊27的多条滑动轨道28。
第一运动传递单元32包括杆状元件31,其在一端具有至少一个凸轮从动辊27,该凸轮从动辊27被构造为接合在转鼓29的相应的轨道28中。
杆状元件31相对于旋转元件5的旋转轴线5a在径向方向上延伸。

第一驱动传递单元32包括至少一个旋转传递元件43,其将旋转从杆状元件31传递给第一移动装置15的铰接系统30的曲柄19。
传动元件43被可滑动地约束在杆状元件31上,以改变砧座元件8的径向位置。
在沿着杆状元件31采用的任何位置,传递元件43都受到杆状元件31的旋转的约束。
曲柄19通过轴25被可旋转地连接至传动元件43,该轴25围绕其旋转轴线25a旋转。
双铰接系统30的曲柄19连接至轴25。
第二运动传递单元24包括杆状元件23,其在一端具有至少一个凸轮从动辊27,该凸轮从动辊27被构造为接合在转鼓29的相应的轨道28中。
杆状元件23相对于旋转元件5的旋转轴线5a在径向方向上延伸。
转鼓的轨道28被构造为沿着至少一个伸展部产生杆状元件23的旋转。
杆状元件23的旋转对运动传递单元32产生致动,以使第二移动装置16进行移动。
第二驱动传递单元24包括至少一个旋转传递元件48,其将旋转从杆状元件23传递给第二移动装置16的铰接系统33的曲柄19。
传动元件48被可滑动地约束在杆状元件23上,从而能够改变砧座元件8的径向位置。
在沿着杆状元件23采用的任何位置,传动元件48都受到杆状元件23的旋转的约束。
曲柄34通过轴49被可旋转地连接至传动元件48,该轴49围绕其旋转轴线49a旋转。
双铰接系统33的曲柄34连接至轴49。
杆状元件23的旋转对运动传递单元24产生致动,以使第二移动装置16进行移动。
有利地,使第一驱动装置17的运动传递元件43和第二驱动装置18的运动传递元件48沿着相应的杆状元件31、23平移的可能性可以改变砧座元件8相对于旋转元件5的旋转轴线5a的位置。
这种位置变化可以根据焊缝间距来限定工作圆周。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于密封连续卷材的旋转装置,所述连续卷材用于制造吸水制品或用于制造容纳液体或固体产品的袋,所述旋转装置包括围绕自身的旋转轴线(5a)进行旋转的旋转元件(5)、通过旋转元件(5)支撑的用于对连续卷材(2)进行支撑的一个或多个支撑元件(9)以及通过旋转元件(5)支撑的用于对连续卷材(2)进行焊接的多个焊接单元(6),
每个焊接单元(6)都被构造为从非操作位置转移到操作位置或者从操作位置转移到非操作位置,
每个焊接单元(6)都包括相应的焊嘴(7)和能相对于焊嘴(7)移动的相应的砧座元件(8),
每个焊接单元(6)都包括相应的第一移动装置(15),其被构造为驱动砧座元件(8)相对于焊嘴(7)从砧座元件(8)与焊嘴(7)成角度地间隔开的初始位置旋转到最终位置或者从最终位置旋转到初始位置,
在最终位置,焊嘴(7)的表面(7a)和砧座元件(8)的表面(8a)彼此平行,并且与焊嘴(7)的表面(7a)成直角的轴线(7b)和与砧座元件(8)的表面(8a)成直角的轴线(8b)沿着同一条对齐轴线(V)对齐,
每个焊接单元(6)都包括用于使砧座元件(8)相对于焊嘴(7)从起始位置移动到到达位置或者从到达位置移动到起始位置的第二移动装置(16),在起始位置中焊嘴(7)的表面(7a)和砧座元件(8)的表面(8a)彼此平行并且沿着同一条对齐轴线(V)彼此对齐,在到达位置中砧座元件(8)的接触表面(8a)和焊嘴(7)的接触表面(7a)在介于它们之间的相应区域中与连续卷材(2)的相应部分进行接触,
第一驱动装置(17)驱动第一移动装置(15)以使砧座元件(8)从初始位置转移到最终位置或者从最终位置转移到初始位置,
第二驱动装置(18)驱动所述第二移动装置(16)以引起从起始位置到到达位置的转移或者从到达位置到起始位置的转移,
第一驱动装置(17)和第二驱动装置(18)被构造为改变焊嘴(7)相对于旋转元件(5)的旋转轴线(5a)的相对定位,
第一驱动装置(17)包括杆状元件(31)和用于将运动传递至第一移动装置(15)的至少一个运动传递元件(43),所述运动传递元件(43)被可滑动地约束在杆状元件(31)上,以沿着杆状元件(31)平移并改变其沿着杆状元件(31)的相对位置,
第二驱动装置(18)包括杆状元件(23)和用于将运动传递至第二移动装置(16)的运动传递元件(48),所述运动传递元件(48)被可滑动地约束在杆状元件(23)上,以沿着杆状元件(23)平移并改变其沿着杆状元件(23)的相对位置,
第一移动装置(15)包括至少一个铰接系统(30),其包括通过第一驱动装置(17)进行移动的曲柄(19)以及通过曲柄(19)进行移动从而相对于相关的摆动轴线(21a)进行摆动的杠杆(21),以控制砧座元件(8)相对于焊嘴(7)从初始位置到最终位置或者从最终位置到初始位置进行的角运动,并且
第二移动装置(16)包括至少一个铰接系统(33),其包括通过第二驱动装置(18)进行移动的曲柄(34)以及被可旋转地连接至杠杆(21)的摆动轴线(21a)的连杆(35)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,第一驱动装置(17)的杆状元件(31)被构造为能进行旋转,杆状元件(31)的旋转借助于至少一个运动传递元件(43)对第一移动装置(15)产生致动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,第二驱动装置(18)的杆状元件(23)被构造为能进行旋转,杆状元件(23)的旋转借助于至少一个运动传递元件(48)对第二移动装置(16)产生致动。
4.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,凸轮装置(26)驱动第一驱动装置(17)的杆状元件(31)和第二驱动装置(18)的杆状元件(23)进行旋转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,第一移动装置(15)包括与曲柄(19)连接的至少一个第一连杆(20)以及与第一连杆(20)和杠杆(21)连接的第二连杆(22),第一连杆(20)和第二连杆(22)将运动从曲柄(19)传递到杠杆(21)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,第二移动装置(16)包括气动系统(37),其被构造用于确定借助于铰接系统(33)进行的相对于焊嘴(7)朝向或远离砧座元件(8)或者相对于砧座元件(8)朝向或远离焊嘴(7)的平移。
