Abstract
本发明属日化领域,具体涉及一种含碳同素异形体的去屑香波。该香波含有:(A)占组合物重量10.0%至25.0%的阴离子表面活性剂;(B)占组合物重量4.0%至10.0%的非离子和两性表面活性剂;(C)占组合物重量1.2%至3.0%的调理剂;(D)占组合物重量0.6%至4.0%的去屑组合;(E)占组合物重量3.0%至7.0%的悬浮剂、珠光剂和增稠剂;(F)占组合物重量0.1%至1.0%的氨基酸复合物。本发明在配方中添加ZPT和富勒烯,有助于减少头皮脂的过氧化,双重维度减少头皮屑的产生。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,具体涉及一种含碳同素异形体的去屑洗发香波。
背景技术
头皮屑是头皮常见疾病,在医学上称为“头皮糠疹”,临床表现为头皮或头发上过多的细小灰白色干燥或稍油腻的糠秕样屑片,可伴瘙痒,人群发病率高。通常皮肤的死细胞脱落过程表现为肉眼不可见的单独的细胞簇或鳞片,然而在头皮屑患者中则表现为连续的粘连聚集,形成肉眼可见的小碎片。
目前对于头皮屑的具体发病机制及其生化改变尚不完全清楚,但多数研究表明马拉色氏酵母菌(Malassezia sp.)的定殖、头皮油脂分泌和个体易感性是最重要的3个因素。人体头皮脂的成分主要是甘油三酯、鲨烯(SQ)、胆固醇酯、蜡质和胆固醇等。马拉色菌以头皮脂为食物来源,并将其转化为对头皮有刺激性的脂肪酸,因此马拉色菌喜欢繁殖在人体油脂分泌旺盛的部位。另外有研究指出,角鲨烯在紫外线、臭氧、烟雾等环境因素的作用下可产生过氧化物 (SQOOH),临床研究表明头皮屑患者头皮角鲨烯过氧化程度明显高于健康人群。
去屑洗发水主流采用添加去屑剂的方式抑制马拉色菌的生长,从而控制头皮屑,而ZPT是使用最多的去屑剂。通过抑制头皮脂氧化也是一种可行的辅助方式,目前还较少使用。
富勒烯是碳除石墨、金刚石外的第三种同素异形体,其捕捉自由基的速度比β-胡萝卜素还快,有“自由基海绵”之称。1990年,中国台湾“清华大学”的一篇研究论文指出,对于脂质的过氧化,C60富勒烯及其衍生物有相当的预防过氧化作用。但富勒烯在香波中的应用还少见应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含碳同素异形体的洗发香波。
本发明的洗发香波,除香精、水外,含有:
ⅰ)占组合物重量15.0%至25.0%的阴离子表面活性剂,包含以下组分:
a.占组合物总重量10.0%-15.0%的月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵;
b.占组合物总重量5.0%-10.0%的月桂烷基硫酸铵;
ⅱ)占组合物总重量5.0%至10.0%的非离子和两性表面活性剂,包含以下组分:
a.占组合物总重量2.0%-4.0%的椰油酰胺DEA;
b.占组合物总重量2.0%-4.0%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;
c.占组合物总重量1.0%-2.0%的癸基葡糖苷;
ⅲ)占组合物总重量1.2%至3.0%的调理剂,包含以下组分:
a.占组合物总重量0.1%-0.5%的瓜儿胶;
b.占组合物总重量0.1%-0.5%的聚季铵盐-10;
c.占组合物总重量1.0%-2.0%的乳化硅油;
ⅳ)占组合物重量0.6%至4.0%的去屑组合,包含以下组分:
a.占组合物总重量0.5-2.0%的吡硫鎓锌;
b.占组合物总重量0.1%-2.0%的富勒烯;
ⅴ)占组合物重量3.0%至7.0%的悬浮剂、珠光剂和增稠剂,包含以下组分:
a.占组合物总重量0.5%-2.0%的硬脂醇硬脂酸酯;
b.占组合物总重量0.5-2.0%的乙二醇二硬酯酸酯;
c.占组合物总重量2.0%-3.0%的邻苯二甲酸酰胺;
ⅵ)占组合物重量0.1%至1.0%的氨基酸复合物。
本发明的洗发香波,其中所述富勒烯是C60和C70的组合,且两者的比例为1:9至9:1。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明在配方中添加ZPT和富勒烯,ZPT可抑制马拉色菌的生长,而富勒烯具有抗氧化、清除自由基的功能,有助于减少头皮脂的过氧化,双重维度减少头皮屑的产生。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的组分选择及作用进行详细说明。
富勒烯由碳一种元素组成,球状、椭圆状或管状结构存在的物质,都可以被叫做富勒烯,富勒烯指的是一类物质。富勒烯中最常见的是C60,C60为黑色粉末,密度1.65±0.5g/cm3,熔点>700℃,C60分子是非极性、含有大π键的球形分子,易溶于含有大π键的芳香性溶剂中。C60的抗氧化能力是维生素 C的125倍,另外还具有清除自由基、活化皮肤细胞(预防衰老)等作用。C60 同许多缺电子烯烃一样,也具有很强的和自由基反应的能力。它可和1-15个苄基,1-34个甲基生成自由基和非自由基的加合物,C60的这种性质使它获得了“自由基海绵”的美誉。C70是由70个碳原子组成的球状结构,其化学性质和 C60及其相似。自由基可造成头皮脂过氧化,因此可利用富勒烯来抑制头皮脂过氧化,从而减少头皮屑或瘙痒症状,与ZPT或其他去屑成分组合形成“Ful l-RD 技术”。富勒烯不溶于水,因此可尝试利用悬浮或者包裹的方式将富勒烯稳定于香波体系。使用富勒烯需注意:包装尽量减少透光防止富勒烯过度光照;尽量减少水中金属离子和氧气的含量;不添加伯胺、仲胺及其他亲核试剂。
吡啶硫酮锌活性去屑因子是国际公认的高效去屑止痒成分之一,它的有效性和安全性得到美国食品和药品管理局的认可。吡啶硫铜锌对真菌、细菌、病毒有很强的杀灭和抑制作用,是一种安全高效的广谱去头屑剂,能抗皮脂溢出,可减缓头发衰老,常规用量对人体无毒、无副作用。吡咯类抗真菌药物是通过抑制麦角甾醇的合成来抑制真菌生长,多个研究表明它们是不具有遗传毒性的。该化合物的刺激性强,对眼睛的刺激性大。此外,其极难溶于有机溶剂和水中,因此不宜配制透明香波。它与EDTA不配伍,遇非离子表面活性剂会使其活性下降,因此在配制产品时,不能单独与EDTA、非离子表面活性剂接触。
邻苯二甲酸酰胺是一种多功能悬浮稳定剂,可用作乳化剂、悬浮剂,可以有效稳定含有硅油和去屑剂的香波组合物,能与本发明组合物中的所有组分配伍,有较好的耐盐性,在较广的pH范围内具有恒定的增稠效应。
氨基酸复合物来源于天然蚕丝,由丝氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸、胱氨酸等十几种氨基酸复合而成。氨基酸分子量小,可渗透进入头发内部修复受损发质,与瓜儿胶、PQ-10和硅油组成多重头发护理系统。
制备方法
本发明的香波组合物可以通过任何已知或其它有效的适用于提供香波组合物的技术制备。

下面是本发明的洗发香波的非限定性实例。这些实施例的给出仅仅是为了说明本发明的目的,并不能理解为对本发明的限定,因为在不脱离本发明的技术和范围的基础上,可以对本发明进行许多改变。在这些实施例中,除非特别说明,所有的浓度都是重量百分比。

Claims (2)
1.一种含碳同素异形体的洗发香波,除香精、水外,该香波中含有:
ⅰ)占组合物重量15.0%至25.0%的阴离子表面活性剂,包含以下组分:
a.占组合物总重量10.0%-15.0%的月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵;
b.占组合物总重量5.0%-10.0%的月桂烷基硫酸铵;
ⅱ)占组合物总重量5.0%至10.0%的非离子和两性表面活性剂,包含以下组分:
a.占组合物总重量2.0%-4.0%的椰油酰胺DEA;
b.占组合物总重量2.0%-4.0%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;
c.占组合物总重量1.0%-2.0%的癸基葡糖苷;
ⅲ)占组合物总重量1.2%至3.0%的调理剂,包含以下组分:
a.占组合物总重量0.1%-0.5%的瓜儿胶;
b.占组合物总重量0.1%-0.5%的聚季铵盐-10;
c.占组合物总重量1.0%-2.0%的乳化硅油;
ⅳ)占组合物重量0.6%至4.0%的去屑组合,包含以下组分:
a.占组合物总重量0.5-2.0%的吡硫鎓锌;
b.占组合物总重量0.1%-2.0%的富勒烯;
ⅴ)占组合物重量3.0%至7.0%的悬浮剂、珠光剂和增稠剂,包含以下组分:
a.占组合物总重量0.5%-2.0%的硬脂醇硬脂酸酯;
b.占组合物总重量0.5-2.0%的乙二醇二硬酯酸酯;
c.占组合物总重量2.0%-3.0%的邻苯二甲酸酰胺;
ⅵ)占组合物重量0.1%至1.0%的氨基酸复合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗发香波,其中所述富勒烯是C60和C70的组合,且两者的比例为1:9至9:1。
