The first implementation mode comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 6, a first closed surface 100 is additionally provided on the surface of the rack 21 except for the inlet 211 and the open end 212, and the parking frame 1 is provided with a second closed surface 101 at least on the far end side opposite to the open end 212 of the rack 21, and both the first closed surface 100 and the second closed surface 101 are covering panels, which are metal panels or plastic panels, so that when the rack 21 and the parking frame 1 are mutually fastened, the first closed surface 100 of the rack 21 and the second closed surface 101 of the parking frame 1 realize closed covering of the parking garage, and rain water, dust, etc. are prevented from entering the stereo parking garage. Because the lifting mechanism 23 is disposed on the upper end surface of the frame 21, a protective cover 6 is additionally disposed on the periphery of the lifting mechanism 23 to prevent the lifting mechanism 23 from being exposed to the sun and rain.

The second embodiment:
as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the parking garage of this embodiment is substantially the same as the parking garage of the first embodiment except that the first enclosing surface 100 of the parking frame 1 is eliminated, and of course, the additional second enclosing surface 101 on the surface of the frame 21 can be eliminated. The stereo parking garage of the embodiment comprises an outer cover 5, wherein the outer cover 5 is sleeved on the periphery of a parking frame 1, the outer cover and the parking frame 1 are arranged in an integrated or split mode, an opening 51 is formed in one side, facing a rack 21, of the outer cover 5, and when the parking frame 1 and the rack 21 are mutually buckled, the outer cover 5 can cover the parking frame 1 and the rack 21 together to realize closed covering of the parking garage. This stereo garage also can be applicable to the open air, and the use of dustcoat 5 can prevent that rainwater, dust from entering into to the stereo garage in to avoid parking frame 1 and frame 21 to expose outside and suffer to the sun and rain and drench so that damage, greatly reduced the maintenance cost in later stage. Compared with the first embodiment, the first closing surface 100 and/or the second closing surface 101, namely the covering panel, are omitted, and the construction cost is saved.
The lifting mechanism 23 is arranged on the upper end face of the frame 21, when the parking frame 1 is separated from the frame 21, the outer cover 5 moves along with the parking frame 1, at the moment, the lifting mechanism 23 is separated from the protection of the outer cover 5, and in order to avoid the lifting mechanism 23 being exposed outside and suffering from sunshine and rain, a protective cover 6 is additionally arranged on the periphery of the lifting mechanism 23.
