The process for producing moisture-absorbing sweat-releasing quick-drying smooth cotton knitted fabric according to claim 2, wherein the steps and conditions of the mercerization imitation are as follows: adding citric acid into 60g/L of the mercerizing-simulated finishing agent to adjust the pH value to 4.5-5.0, padding the dried fabric into the blended mercerizing-simulated finishing liquid, and keeping the temperature at 140 ℃ for 2-3 min.

The process for preparing the moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing quick-drying and smooth cotton knitted fabric according to claim 2, wherein the modification is that the fabric is treated in an environment of 20-40 ℃ by using a moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agent SW40-50 g/L.
