With the continuous improvement of global requirements on environmental protection and low carbon, the varieties and types of resin and printing ink are also influenced by environmental protection factors. A preparation process of water-based gravure touch gloss oil comprises the following steps:
(1) powder dispersion: pouring 80% of deionized water, ethanol and 20% of polyurethane dispersoid into a dispersion material cylinder or a dispersion kettle after accurate measurement, starting stirring, dispersing for 5min at 600rpm, adding a wetting leveling agent, a defoaming agent and a slipping agent into a dispersion container in sequence, dispersing for 10min at 600rpm, adding polyurethane fluff powder while dispersing at 600rpm, dispersing for 10min at 900rpm, adding the rest of polyurethane dispersoid and wax slurry while dispersing, dispersing for 20min at 900rpm, detecting, and filling up the rest of 20% of deionized water;
(2) and (3) inspecting and packaging: adjusting color and viscosity according to the process requirements, filtering, packaging and warehousing after passing inspection.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the polyurethane dispersion has a pH of 7 to 9 and a particle size of 0.01 to 0.5 mn.
