Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of edible mushroom cultivation, and particularly relates to a method for cultivating pleurotus tuber-regium sclerotium at medium temperature.
Background
Ear of sclerotium (A. rolfsii)Pleurotus tuber-regium (Fr.) Singer) belonging to Fungi of the kingdom Fungi, Basidiomycota of the Basidiomycota, Agaricales, Pleurotaceae, PleurotusPleurotus. The sclerotium-side ear grows under evergreen broad-leaved forests and is a wood-rotting fungus, hypha of the sclerotium-side fungus is used for impregnating woods or stumps to cause wood rotting, sclerotium with the surrounding diameter of 10 cm-30 cm is formed underground or among the woods, sporophores are formed and grow on the sclerotium, and the sporophores and the sclerotium can be used or used as medicines, so that the sclerotium-side fungus is a good fungus which can be used as both food and medicine, and is commonly called tiger milk mushroom. The pleurotus tuber-regium, also called as pleurotus nebrodensis, pleurotus poria, poria cocos wolf (Japan) and the like, has a pileus diameter of 10-20 cm, is funnel-shaped or cup-shaped, and has the fungus flesh changed into leather, smooth surface and frequent scattered growth, and the scales of micro-wings are light white to cinnamon. The bacterial folds are spread and dense. The stipe is 3.5-13 cm long, 0.7-3 cm thick, medium, cylindrical, medium and solid, has the same color as pileus, and has small scales or villi. Sclerotium is spherical, egg-shaped or spindle-shaped, hard in texture, dark brown in peel and often cracked. The inside is white, has powder texture, or has cracks. Pleurotus tuber-regium grows in summer and autumn mostly and is mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical areas, such as karmylon in Malaysia, Myanmar, Australia, Africa, Nigeria, Urada, Carina, Kenya, Guinea, Tanshina and the like, and is mainly distributed in Yunnan, Hainan, Jiangxi and the like in China.
The pleurotus tuber-regium is used as a fungus used as both food and medicine, and the sporocarp contains 16-45% of protein and is edible. The sclerotium contains nutrients such as glucose, fructose, galactose, maltose, cellobiose, palmitic acid, inositol, and oleic acid; the ash contains potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and other elements. According to the records of the compendium of materia medica, the pleurotus tuber-regium can treat diseases such as stomach illness, constipation, fever, asthma, hypertension and the like.
In recent years, many researches on pleurotus sclerotiorum and sclerotium-pleurotus tuber-regium have been carried out, and many people know that the important medicinal fungi have higher medicinal value, so that the pleurotus tuber-regium can not meet the requirements of people due to the scarcity of wild resources and extremely low artificial cultivation yield at present. Because the Pleurotus tuber-regium belongs to a high-temperature bacterium, sclerotium can be formed only under the condition of high temperature of 28-35 ℃ in the conventional manual culture of Pleurotus tuber regium, and the sclerotium formation is not artificially controlled and the yield is not stable. The sclerotium needs high temperature in the cultivation process, but the high temperature is easy to produce the mushroom and wastes nutrition.

Example 4
The cultivation method of the mesophilic Pleurotus tuber-regium sclerotium comprises the following steps:
step 1, making a compartment surface, wherein the width of the compartment surface is 50cm, and the depth of the compartment surface is 10 cm;
step 2, removing bags of the pleurotus tuber-regium half-bag culture bags with sclerotium growing out, placing the bags on two sides of the compartment surface, and enabling the sclerotium to face outwards;
step 3, removing the bag of the full-bag nutrition bag full of hypha of the Pleurotus tuber-regium, putting the bag to the middle of the compartment surface until the bag is full, and connecting the bags;
step 4, covering soil after the pleurotus tuber-regium sclerotium culture bag and the nutrition bag are placed, wherein the soil thickness is 2-3 cm;
step 5, culturing at medium temperature (room temperature is 18-25 ℃), and keeping soil moist during the culture;
and 6, culturing the pleurotus tuber-regium for 50-65 days, growing sclerotium, and picking the pleurotus tuber-regium when the pleurotus tuber-regium is hard and mature.
The embodiment of the invention shows that the sclerotium of the Pleurotus tuber-regium cultivated by the method can reach 30cm in diameter and 3kg in weight. Compared with the conventional high-temperature cultivation, the sclerotium is controllable, the yield is higher, and the fruiting bodies are not easy to grow, so that the nutrition is not wasted.
