The method realizes the artificial domestication of the wild ganoderma lucidum, and arouses the growth characteristics of the wild ganoderma lucidum; thereby laying a foundation for the rapid transformation of the ganoderma lucidum into normal production and being beneficial to the large-scale production and application of the ganoderma lucidum. The formed ganoderma lucidum mycelia are bright in color, good in shape, rich in nutrition and excellent in quality.

(3) mixed cultivation: mixing the slime fission cell solution with the fungal spore and bacterial propagule solution, simultaneously adding food-grade cold glue into the mixed solution, after 1 month, forming fixed jelly with different shapes by the liquid, taking out the solid jelly and putting the solid jelly together with the original ganoderma lucidum into a water solution of mountain spring water or mineral water with the pH value of 6.5-6.8 for co-cultivation, continuously generating slime and fungal bacteria in the artificially synthesized jelly ganoderma lucidum, and enabling the secreted slime fission cell, fungal spore and bacterial propagule to wrap the artificially synthesized jelly to gradually become the natural ganoderma lucidum.

The cultivation of the fungal spores and the bacterial propagules is carried out in a dark anaerobic environment.
