Abstract
空心钻头由空心圆柱形支座(1)和刀头(2)组成。刀头(2)装在槽(1c)中,它超出支座(1)的内轮廓与外轮廓以及在钻孔方向一侧的端面。在槽(1c)的周围地区,支座(1)具有横截面增厚区(1d),所以为刀头(2)提供了足够大的连接面积。
Description
本发明涉及一种具有空心圆柱形支座的空心钻头,支座的钻孔方向一侧的端部有朝钻孔方向开口的槽,用来安装刀头,刀头沿轴向伸出支座并伸出支座的内轮廓和外轮廓。
空心钻头用来在构件中加工大的孔,这种孔大多用来穿过管道等。构件的材料可考虑有砖墙、混凝土、岩石等。
空心钻头的结构基本上是已知的,它一般包括一个空心圆柱形支座,支座的钻孔方向一侧的端部有开口的槽。在这些开口的槽中装有刀头,刀头才真正用来开挖所要加工的构件的材料。刀头可用硬质合金、多晶的小块金刚石板、由嵌入母体材料中的金刚石颗粒构成的金刚石切削刃等制成。刀头和支座的连接可通过钎焊、熔焊或烧结等连接方式。
为保证能将开挖下来的构件材料排出,以及支座在所加工孔内的摩擦不要太大,在已知的一些空心钻头中采取了一些措施,其为的是在构件中造成一个支座和孔之间的环形间隙。除此之外,已知刀头沿径向测量的尺寸,选得比支座的壁厚大一些,所以刀头超出支座的内轮廓和外轮廓。由例如DE-OS3930250已知这种空心钻头。
由于在支座的壁厚与刀头沿径向测量的尺寸之间有差别,所以这些已知的空心钻头只提共了一个较小的连接面积,这一连接面例如可用于钎焊连接。因为在扭矩和有时还有冲击力的作用下,此空心钻头要承受很大的负荷,所以可能使刀头从支座上松脱,从而使空心钻头整个不能使用。
在由CH-PS414438已知的空心钻头,支座的全部在钻孔方向一侧的端部连续地设有较大的壁厚,这一较大的壁厚与刀头沿径向测量的尺寸相等。因此,在支座的壁厚与刀头沿径向测量的尺寸之间没有差别,所以刀头沿径向测量的整个尺寸可供它与支座连接之用。因此基本上可以克服刀头脱落的缺点,当然这是以带来另一个更加严重的缺点为代价得来的,也就是说,由于环形的端部有较大的壁厚,从而增大了支座在所加工孔中的摩擦。此外,由于在此端部没有环形间隙,所以挖下的材料不能排出。再加上摩擦产生的热使挖下的材料挤得更紧,所以,由此而产生的过负荷以及效率的下降,会重新导致整个空心钻头的提前报废。
本发明的目的是制成一种空心钻头,它一方面有高的效率,另一方面有长的预期寿命。
按本发明为达到上述目的,使空心钻头的支座限于在槽的周围地区具有增厚的横截面。
按本发明限于在槽周围地区增厚支座的横截面的做法,使连接面增大到即使在高的负荷下也能足以将刀头固持在槽中。这样做对于一般已知的连接措施,如钎焊、熔焊或烧结连接已经足够。除了增大连接面以外,局部增厚横截面不会明显地提高支座和所加工的孔之间的摩擦,尤其在这种情况下不会产生过高的发热。通过使横截面的增厚不沿支座整个圆周延伸,为排出所挖下的材料提供了仍足够的空间。因此,挖下的材料会挤紧的危险被消除,材料挤紧会造成效率下降。
横截面增厚例如可以只是在外轮廓处超出支座的壁厚,这样做是出自于下列观点:最大量的摩擦发生在外轮廓上,以及,挖下的材料同样也必须主要从外轮廓处排出。但相比之下也有这样的可能性,即将支座设计为使横截面的增厚只是在内轮廓处超出其壁厚。这种使用情况例如适用于这样一种空心钻头,即此空心钻头主要用于加工较浅的孔。然而,最佳的折衷方案是,令增厚的横截面既超出支座的外轮廓,也超出其内轮廓。
与究竟是在内轮廓处超出还是在外轮廓处超出或两个轮廓处都超出无关,在横截面增厚区范围内支座的壁厚,最好等于支座其余部分壁厚的1.2至1.8倍。
横截面的增厚区沿圆周方向的尺寸可与当时的使用场合和考虑的直径比相匹配。在这种情况下,横截面增厚部分沿支座圆周方向测量的尺寸,在槽两侧的每一侧,最好等于槽沿支座圆周方向测量的宽度的0.3至1倍。横截面增厚部分沿圆周方向的分配最好相对于此槽是对称的。
横截面增厚部分沿轴向测量的尺寸也最好与有关的使用场合相匹配。在这种情况下,横截面增厚部分最好紧接着槽的底部逆钻孔方向延续一段距离,这一距离等于槽沿支座圆周方向测量的宽度的0.5至1.4倍。

图1表示了按本发明的具有支座1和刀头2的空心钻头。支座1逆钻孔方向处设有底1a,底1d上制有穿通的螺纹孔b,所以可以在此螺纹孔1b中装入一个相配件。
如图1以及图2、3所示,刀头2装在支座1的槽1c中。支座1在此槽1c的周围部分有横截面增厚区1d。
如图1以及尤其如图3所示,横截面增厚区1d无论是在内轮廓处还是在外轮廓处,都超出支座1的壁厚T。因此,横截面增厚区1d范围内的壁厚Q大于支座1的其余部分壁厚T,在这种情况下,横截面增厚区1d范围内的壁厚Q,明显地小于到近似于等于刀头2沿径向测量的尺寸。
由图1和尤其由图2还可看出,横截面增厚区1d沿支座1圆周方向的两侧是如何与槽1c连接的,而且连接段为沿支座1圆周方向测量的尺寸U。此尺寸U等于槽1c沿圆周方向测量的宽度B的一个分额。此外,横截面增厚区1d逆钻孔方向从槽1c的底部起向外延伸,并延伸尺寸G,如图1和尤其由图2所示。
支座1可用不同方法制造。但最好采用无切削式成型。在支座1和刀头2之间也同样有各种连接的可能性。但是最佳的方法还是采用钎焊连接。
Claims (6)
1.具有空心圆柱形支座(1)的空心钻头,它的在钻孔方向一侧的端部具有朝钻孔方向开口的槽(1c),槽(1c)用来安装刀头(2),刀头(2)沿轴向以及在支座(1)的内轮廓和外轮廓处超出支座(1),其特征为:支座(1)具有限于在槽(1c)周围地区的横截面增厚区(1d)。
2.按照权利要求l所述之空心钻头,其特征为:横截面增厚区(1d)在支座(1)的外轮廓处超过支座(1)的壁厚(T)。
3.按照权利要求l或2所述之空心钻头,其特征为:横载面增厚区(1d)在支座(1)的内轮廓处超过支座(1)的壁厚(T)。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述之空心钻头,其特征为:在横截面增厚区(1d)范围内的支座(1)壁厚(Q),等于支座(1)上其余部分壁厚(T)的1.2至1.8倍。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述之空心钻头,其特征为:横截面增厚区(1d)在槽(1c)的两侧沿支座(1)圆周方向测量的尺寸(u),各等于槽(1c)沿支座(1)圆周方向测量的宽度(B)的0.3至1倍。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述之空心钻头,其特征为:横截面增厚区(1d)紧接着槽(1c)的底部逆钻孔方向延续一段距离(G),此距离(G)等于槽(1c)沿支座(1)圆周方向测量的宽度(B)的O.5至1.4倍。
