The middle part of the barrel hanging frame cross beam 39 is vertically provided with the barrel hanging frame vertical beam 38, the upper end of the barrel hanging frame vertical beam 38 is provided with a barrel hanging hook 45 and a barrel pressing hook 46, and the barrel pressing hook 46 is positioned at the upper end of the barrel hanging hook 45. The garbage can 44 is provided with a can hanging groove 47, the can hanging groove 47 is aligned to the can hanging hook 45 on the can hanging frame vertical beam 38, the can is hung on the can hanging frame vertical beam 38, and the can pressing hook 46 on the can hanging frame vertical beam 38 presses the edge of the garbage can 44 when the can is turned over, so that the garbage can 44 is prevented from sliding off.
The lower ends of the bucket hanging frame cross beams 39 on the two sides are connected with the bucket overturning seat 37 in the middle through a bucket overturning connecting rod 43.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

The traction electromagnet 41 on the barrel hanging frame cross beam 39 is powered off, the traction electromagnet 41 resets to drive the barrel locking hook 40 to rotate outwards along the connecting shaft, the garbage can 44 is loosened, the empty garbage can 44 can be moved away at the moment, and the next garbage can is lifted, turned and dumped.
After all the garbage cans 44 are completely poured, the electric push rod 48 of the material pouring opening cover opening mechanism 7 extends in place, the material pouring opening cover 13 is closed at the moment, the electromagnetic chuck 49 is powered off, the electromagnetic chuck 49 is separated from the material pouring opening cover 13, and the electric push rod 48 drives the electromagnetic chuck 49 to retract and restore to the initial position.
Then, the locking cover electric push rod 8 is controlled to contract, one end of the clamping groove of the locking cover cam 9 rotates towards one end of the locking cover hanging shaft 11, the clamping groove and the locking cover hanging shaft 11 are clamped with each other at the moment, the material pouring cover 13 is completely locked by the material pouring cover locking mechanism 6, and the material pouring cover 13 is completely locked and cannot be opened.

After the overturning and erecting base 15 falls to the ground, the electric push rod 21 of the compartment locking mechanism is controlled to contract, the locking hook 22 is in a rotating and falling state, the compartment locking groove of the locking hook 22 is separated from the compartment locking shaft, the compartment 1 is in an unlocking state, the compartment 1 and the overturning and erecting base 15 are not locked with each other, and the compartment 1 can be transported away by a transfer trolley, so that the whole wet garbage collection work is completed.
