The barrel turning seat 37 is inserted in the middle of the turning shaft 35 and can rotate around the turning shaft 35, the lower end of the barrel turning seat 37 is rotatably connected with one end of a telescopic rod of the barrel turning electric push rod 42, and one end of a base of the barrel turning electric push rod 42 is rotatably connected to a mounting base of the base plate 36.
The overturning shafts 35 at two ends of the overturning seat 37 are symmetrically provided with barrel locking mechanisms respectively, and the barrel locking mechanisms comprise a barrel hanging frame cross beam 39, a barrel hanging frame vertical beam 38 and a traction electromagnet 41.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when wet garbage is required to be transported, the carriage is placed on the turnover upright base 15 by the transport vehicle, the carriage 1 is guaranteed to be positioned in the middle of carriage limiting guide rails 16 on two sides, and the moving wheels of the carriage 1 are guaranteed to be positioned on carriage wheel positioning grooves 17 of the turnover upright base 15, so that the accurate placement position of the carriage 1 is guaranteed.
The carriage locking mechanism 18 is started, an electric push rod 21 of the carriage locking mechanism extends out, a lock hook 22 is rotated and lifted, a carriage locking groove on the lock hook 22 is meshed with a carriage locking shaft at the lower end of the carriage 1 to be locked, and the carriage 1 is in a locking state and fixed on the turnover upright base 15.
The control joint for connecting the ground and the carriage 1 controls the turning-up and erecting electric push rod 19 to start, and the turning-up and erecting electric push rod 19 stretches out to push the turning-up and erecting base 15 to rotate together with the carriage 1 until the turning-up and erecting electric push rod is completely turned up and erecting. At this time, the lifting pulley block on the lifting frame is in a descending position, the garbage can 44 is hung on the can locking mechanism, the can hanging groove 47 of the garbage can is aligned with the can hanging hook 45 on the can hanging frame vertical beam 38, and the can is hung on the can hanging frame vertical beam 38. The traction electromagnet 41 on the cross beam 39 of the bucket hanging rack is controlled to be electrified, and the bucket locking hook 40 is driven to rotate inwards along the connecting axial direction, so that the garbage can 44 is locked.
The lifting motor 30 is started, and the lifting pulley block is driven to move upwards along the guide rail groove 27 through the steel wire rope 34 to lift to the bucket turning position.
The electric bucket turning push rod 42 is controlled to extend out to drive the turning seat 37 to rotate around the turning shaft 35, and meanwhile, the bucket hanging frame cross beam 39 is driven to rotate around the turning shaft 35 under the action of the turning connecting rod 43, and finally, the garbage bucket 44 is driven to rotate, so that bucket turning and dumping are realized.
After the dumping operation is completed, the bucket turning electric push rod 42 is controlled to shrink, the bucket turning seat 37 and the bucket hanging frame beam 39 are restored to the original positions, and the garbage bin 44 is driven to restore to the vertical direction again. The lifting motor 30 rotates reversely to drive the lifting pulley block to move downwards to drive the garbage can 44 to return to the ground.
The traction electromagnet 41 on the hanging barrel frame beam 39 is powered off, the traction electromagnet 41 is reset, the barrel locking hooks 40 are driven to rotate outwards along the connecting shaft, the garbage can 44 is loosened, at the moment, the empty garbage can 44 can be removed, and meanwhile, lifting and barrel overturning and dumping of the next garbage can are carried out.
When all the garbage cans 44 are completely poured, the electric push rod 48 of the pouring opening cover mechanism 7 stretches out to the proper position, the pouring opening cover 13 is closed at the moment, the electromagnetic chuck 49 is powered off, the electromagnetic chuck 49 and the pouring opening cover 13 are separated from each other, and the electric push rod 48 drives the electromagnetic chuck 49 to retract to restore the initial position.
Then the locking cover electric push rod 8 is controlled to shrink, one end of the clamping groove of the locking cover cam 9 rotates towards one end of the locking cover hanging shaft 11, at the moment, the clamping groove and the locking cover hanging shaft 11 are mutually clamped, the pouring port cover 13 is completely locked by the pouring port cover locking mechanism 6, and therefore the pouring port cover 13 is completely locked and cannot be opened.
The turning upright electric push rod 19 is controlled to retract, and the carriage 1 and the turning upright base 15 are rotated and dropped until returning to the ground. Meanwhile, the jacking electric push rod 25 of the jacking mechanism 3 is contracted to drive the top plate 26 to fall until the initial position is restored.
After the turnover erection base 15 falls to the ground, the electric push rod 21 of the lock box mechanism is controlled to shrink, the lock hook 22 is in a rotary falling state, at the moment, the lock box groove of the lock hook 22 and the lock box shaft are separated from each other, at the moment, the carriage 1 is in an unlocking state, the carriage 1 and the turnover erection base 15 are not locked with each other any more, at the moment, the carriage 1 can be transported away by the transport vehicle, and therefore the whole wet garbage collection work is completed.
