本发明涉及充电桩线束回收领域,具体涉及一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置,至少包括充电桩以及充电桩的充电线,包括壳体、限位部、滑轮组、电机、定位轮和驱动轮,所述壳体为底端开口的矩形箱体,所述壳体内左右侧表面可拆卸连接均可拆卸连接滑轮组,所述限位部设置在壳体底端开口内,所述壳体可拆卸连接在充电桩侧壁面,所述充电线对折设置在壳体内,且充电线与滑轮组接触,所述限位部两侧分别与充电线接触,所述电机设置在壳体外,所述电机驱动端延伸至壳体内可拆卸连接驱动轮。本发明由于采用了壳体,有效解决了线束长期暴露在外,进而实现了可以防止太阳光的照射,减少线束表面氧化。

一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置
技术领域
本发明涉及充电桩线束回收领域,具体涉及一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置。
背景技术
充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑(公共楼宇、商场、公共停车场等)和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电。
充电桩在使用时由于电流比较大,充电线需要采用较粗的线束才能满足要求,但是充电线较粗,操作起来比较费力,在充电完毕会后,很多使用人员不会按照要求进行摆放会原位,使充电线摆放在地上,在下一个充电车辆时驶入时可能会造成碾压,使充电线寿命减少,还增加工作人员的工作量,从而需要一种自动线束回收的装置。
发明内容
本申请提供一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置,解决了由于线束回收不易的问题,实现了自动回收线束,增加其线束使用寿命。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置,至少包括充电桩以及充电桩的充电线,包括壳体、限位部、滑轮组、电机、定位轮和驱动轮,所述壳体为底端开口的矩形箱体,所述壳体内左右侧表面可拆卸连接均可拆卸连接滑轮组,所述限位部设置在壳体底端开口内,所述壳体可拆卸连接在充电桩侧壁面,所述充电线对折设置在壳体内,且充电线与滑轮组接触,所述限位部两侧分别与充电线接触,所述电机设置在壳体外,所述电机驱动端延伸至壳体内可拆卸连接驱动轮,所述定位轮设置在壳体外侧,所述充电线一端穿过定位轮和驱动轮之间延伸至壳体外。
所述限位部包括限位架和一对第一限位轮,所述限位架前后两侧分别与壳体可拆卸连接,所述限位架两侧分别可拆卸连接第一限位轮,所述第一限位轮均与充电线接触。
所述限位架上设置第一压力传感器。
所述滑轮组由若干个第二限位轮组成,所述第二限位轮等距设置在壳体内左右侧表面。
所述壳体内顶端可拆卸连接第二压力传感器。
所述驱动轮外表面开有防滑纹。
所述壳体前壁面开有观察孔,所述观察口内覆盖透明的塑料板。
本发明的有益效果是:由于采用了壳体,有效解决了线束长期暴露在外,进而实现了可以防止太阳光的照射,减少线束表面氧化。
由于采用第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器,在线束收放时可以在极限位置触发,联动电机停止运转,防止造成线束在壳体内挤压和过渡拉伸。
由于驱动轮表面开有防滑纹,可以增加驱动轮与线束表面的摩擦力,防止打滑。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
参照图 1~2,是本发明实施例 1 的结构示意图,一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置,至少包括充电桩1以及充电桩的充电线2,包括壳体3、限位部、滑轮组、电机4、定位轮5和驱动轮6,所述壳体3为底端开口的矩形箱体,所述壳体3内左右侧表面可拆卸连接均可拆卸连接滑轮组,所述限位部设置在壳体3底端开口内,所述壳体3可拆卸连接在充电桩1侧壁面,所述充电线2对折设置在壳体3内,且充电线2与滑轮组接触,所述限位部两侧分别与充电线2接触,所述电机4设置在壳体3外,所述电机4驱动端延伸至壳体3内可拆卸连接驱动轮6,所述定位轮5设置在壳体3外侧,所述充电线2一端穿过定位轮5和驱动轮6之间延伸至壳体3外。
实际使用时:首先启动充电桩1,当充电枪头被拔出后,启动电机4,电机4驱动端带动驱动轮6旋转,驱动轮6带动充电线2在驱动轮6和定位轮5之间移动,同时充电线2在滑轮组内滑动,移出壳体3,当充电线2到达限位部的位置时,停止电机4,充电线完全移出。
充电完毕后,充电枪头与汽车分离,分离后,启动电机4,电机4带动驱动轮6反向旋转,使充电线2送入壳体3内,完成收纳。
在组装时,充电线2中间部位对折从壳体3底端开口塞入壳体3内,然后将限位部设置在壳体3内,然后在将充电线2的充电枪头一端绕过驱动轮6,然后在将定位轮5连接在壳体3上,使充电线2夹紧在驱动轮6和定位轮5之间。
实施例2:
参照图 1,本实施例的不同之处在于:所述限位部包括限位架7和一对第一限位轮8,所述限位架7前后两侧分别与壳体3可拆卸连接,所述限位架7两侧分别可拆卸连接第一限位轮8,所述第一限位轮8均与充电线2接触。
所述限位架7上设置第一压力传感器9。
实际使用时:充电线2在收放时,通过第一限位轮8可以防止充电线2与限位架7摩擦,当充电线2放出时,充电线2触发第一压力传感器9,触发后,电机4停止旋转,完成方线。
实施例3:
参照图 1,本实施例的不同之处在于:所述滑轮组由若干个第二限位轮10组成,所述第二限位轮10等距设置在壳体3内左右侧表面。
实际使用时:充电线2在壳体3内收放时,通过第二限位轮10可以防止充电线2与壳体3摩擦,防止损坏充电线2。
实施例4:
参照图 1,本实施例的不同之处在于:所述壳体3内顶端可拆卸连接第二压力传感器11。
实际使用时:充电线2在回收的时候,充电线2完全进入壳体3内的时候,触发第二压力传感器11,触发后停止电机4旋转,完成收线。
实施例5:
参照图 2,本实施例的不同之处在于:所述驱动轮6外表面开有防滑纹12。
实际使用时:通过防滑纹12可以增加与充电线2表面摩擦力,防止驱动轮6打滑。
实施例6:
参照图2与实施例1相比,本实施例的不同之处在于:所述壳体3前壁面开有观察孔,所述观察口内覆盖透明的塑料板13。
实际使用时:通过透明的塑料板13可以直观看到充电线2位置,看是否完全放出。

1.一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置,至少包括充电桩(1)以及充电桩的充电线(2),其特征在于:包括壳体(3)、限位部、滑轮组、电机(4)、定位轮(5)和驱动轮(6),所述壳体(3)为底端开口的矩形箱体,所述壳体(3)内左右侧表面可拆卸连接均可拆卸连接滑轮组,所述限位部设置在壳体(3)底端开口内,所述壳体(3)可拆卸连接在充电桩(1)侧壁面,所述充电线(2)对折设置在壳体(3)内,且充电线(2)与滑轮组接触,所述限位部两侧分别与充电线(2)接触,所述电机(4)设置在壳体(3)外,所述电机(4)驱动端延伸至壳体(3)内可拆卸连接驱动轮(6),所述定位轮(5)设置在壳体(3)外侧,所述充电线(2)一端穿过定位轮(5)和驱动轮(6)之间延伸至壳体(3)外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置,其特征在于:所述限位部包括限位架(7)和一对第一限位轮(8),所述限位架(7)前后两侧分别与壳体(3)可拆卸连接,所述限位架(7)两侧分别可拆卸连接第一限位轮(8),所述第一限位轮(8)均与充电线(2)接触。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置,其特征在于:所述限位架(7)上设置第一压力传感器(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置,其特征在于:所述滑轮组由若干个第二限位轮(10)组成,所述第二限位轮(10)等距设置在壳体(3)内左右侧表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置,其特征在于:所述壳体(3)内顶端可拆卸连接第二压力传感器(11)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车充电桩电源线地上自动收纳装置,其特征在于:所述驱动轮(6)外表面开有防滑纹(12)。
