Abstract

一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,包括设置上压塑面的型腔和下压塑面的型芯,上压塑面和下压塑面在合模时作用于型材的上下表面,所述型腔安装有冲孔系统,上压塑面对应设置有冲头孔;冲孔系统的冲头在液压力下作用于型材的上表面以形成注塑孔位;所述型芯安装有注塑系统,注塑系统的出胶嘴位于注塑孔位下方以注射材料填充注塑孔位。本发明提供的热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,在压模的同时实现注胶,能改善产品对于有些部位需要的特殊使用性能,采用不同的材料也能很好的合为一体,从而提高制品品质。

Description

一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具
技术领域
本发明属于模具技术领域,具体涉及一种注胶压膜装置。
背景技术
传统在制作汽车的后备箱底板时,为一体压模成型,并在板材上预留需要注胶的孔位,该孔位是为了与发动机或者其他机械传动在工作过程中震动进行缓冲,所以不能运用压膜成型的注塑材料,其材质震颤时会发生剧烈响动,所以此处需要填充注胶。传统是采用多次加工的方式,采用先压模降温,再升温注胶,该方式会造成注胶工艺粗糙,表面不平整,且耗时浪费人力物力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,在压模的同时实现注胶,能改善产品对于有些部位需要的特殊使用性能,采用不同的材料也能很好的合为一体,从而提高制品品质。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,包括设置上压塑面的型腔和下压塑面的型芯,上压塑面和下压塑面在合模时作用于型材的上下表面,所述型腔安装有冲孔系统,上压塑面对应设置有冲头孔;冲孔系统的冲头在液压力下作用于型材的上表面以形成注塑孔位;所述型芯安装有注塑系统,注塑系统的出胶嘴位于注塑孔位下方以注射材料填充注塑孔位。
进一步的,所述冲头尾部的液压力小于型腔和型芯的合模力,合模过程中型腔内的冲头随着合模的压力逐渐退回冲头孔。
进一步的,所述注塑系统采用针阀式热流道结构。
进一步的,所述型芯底面设置安装槽,所述针阀式热流道固定于安装槽,与型芯组合为一体。
进一步的,所述冲头孔安装有配合冲头的镶套。
进一步的,所述冲头尾部连接有油缸,油缸安装于型腔上并随型腔同步升降。
进一步的,所述型腔上对应配合有上模脚、上顶针板和上复板。
进一步的,所述型芯对应配合有下模脚、下顶针板和下复板。
进一步的,所述注塑系统的进料口设置在型芯侧侧壁。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:复合材料先铺在型芯上,型腔内的冲头是伸出状态,然后合模,在合模过程中冲头会随着合模的压力逐渐退回,等完全合模之后过设定时间,然后完全把冲头复位,这时需要打开注塑系统往模具内注射材料填充孔位。注射完成后再开模顶出产品。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,结合图1、图2和图10,上模包括上复板1、上顶针板2、上模脚3和型腔4;下模包括下复板8、下模脚7、下顶针板9和型芯5。其中型芯5和型腔4相对,共同模压成型复合材料的型材M;型腔4对应设置上压塑面4a,型芯5对应设置下压塑面5a,上压塑面4a和下压塑面5a在合模时作用于型材M的上下表面。
其中,结合图1-4以及图8,型腔4安装有冲孔系统,上压塑面4a对应设置有冲头孔4b;冲孔系统的冲头11在液压力下作用于型材M的上表面以形成注塑孔位M1。本实施例中冲头11尾部由油缸10推动向下伸出型腔4,油缸10安装在型腔4上并随型腔4同步升降。油缸10的液压力小于模具的合模力,以保证合模过程中冲头11会随着合模的压力逐渐退回。优选的,冲头孔4b安装有配合冲头11的镶套12,采用可更换的镶套12结构,可以更好的保证与冲头11配合的精确度和方便维修。
结合图1、图2、图5、图6和图9,型芯5安装有注塑系统6,注塑系统6的出胶嘴6A位于注塑孔位M1下方以注射材料填充注塑孔位M1。注塑系统6采用针阀式热流道结构。型芯5底面设置安装槽5b,针阀式热流道固定于安装槽5b内,与型芯5组合为一体。安装槽5b侧壁设置孔位,使得注塑系统6的进料口6b可以从型芯5正面侧壁进入。具体看图6,注塑系统6的热流道的热油管道铺设与进料口6b分隔开,型芯5底部设置凹槽并延伸至型芯5右侧壁。
结合图1、图2和图7,本实施例中模具的具体工作过程如下:复合材料先铺在型芯5上,型腔4内的冲头11在油缸10作用下是伸出状态,然后合模,在合模过程中冲头11会随着合模的压力逐渐退回,等完全合模之后过3S后完全把冲头11复位以露出注塑孔位M1,这时需要打开注塑系统6往模具内注射材料填充孔位。注射完成后再开模顶出产品。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,包括设置上压塑面(4a)的型腔(4)和下压塑面(5a)的型芯(5),上压塑面(4a)和下压塑面(5a)在合模时作用于型材(M)的上下表面,其特征在于:所述型腔(4)安装有冲孔系统,上压塑面(4a)对应设置有冲头孔(4b);冲孔系统的冲头(11)在液压力下作用于型材(M)的上表面以形成注塑孔位(M1);所述型芯(5)安装有注塑系统(6),注塑系统(6)的出胶嘴(6A)位于注塑孔位(M1)下方以注射材料填充注塑孔位(M1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,其特征在于:所述冲头(11)尾部的液压力小于型腔(4)和型芯(5)的合模力,合模过程中型腔(4)内的冲头(11)随着合模的压力逐渐退回冲头孔(4b)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,其特征在于:所述注塑系统(6)采用针阀式热流道结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,其特征在于:所述型芯(5)底面设置安装槽(5b),所述针阀式热流道固定于安装槽(5b),与型芯(5)组合为一体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,其特征在于:所述冲头孔(4b)安装有配合冲头(11)的镶套(12)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,其特征在于:所述冲头(11)尾部连接有油缸(10),油缸(10)安装于型腔(4)上并随型腔(4)同步升降。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,其特征在于:所述型腔(4)上对应配合有上模脚(3)、上顶针板(2)和上复板(1)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性复合材料模压成型、冲孔、注塑为一体的模具,其特征在于:所述型芯(5)对应配合有下模脚(7)、下顶针板(9)和下复板(8)。
